“I love the smell of napalm in the morning” is a famous quote by Robert Duvall in Apocalypse Now after he started Joe Ryan (4 IP, 8 ER, ERA at 3.38) in his fantasy league. Yeah, Robert Duvall was just sitting there on the river, scrolling on his iPhone and checking his fantasy team. Is how I remember it, at least. Then Duvall chucked his phone into the air and shot it to smithereens. Then he said, “I don’t care if Joe Ryan just allowed six homers in four or fewer innings, which is something that’s only been done six times in history, the last time being by Michael Blazek, a guy I don’t even remember. Stop reading me that crap off the newswire!” So, getting the festivities started was–honestly, I don’t know, let’s just go through them! Rhys Hoskins (2-for-5) hit his 10th and 11th homers and has four homers in his last seven games, but he’s also hitting .182, so hot schmotato, if you like, but also meh. Then Petey Halpin (3-for-5, 3 runs, 3 RBIs) hit his 1st and 2nd homer, which is comical because he goes by Petey, B) He has roughly five-homer power and might hit .190, C) There’s no C. Next up! Brayan Rocchio (1-for-5, 2 RBIs) hit his 9th homer, and 2nd homer in five games, and was the guy I picked up to replace the injured Otto Lopez, because Rocchio’s actually just been good all year. Moving on! Travis Bazzana (3-for-5, 2 runs) hit his 9th homer, 2nd homer in three games, and is a rookie on a 20/30 pace in 162 games. More like Travis Bazinga! Finally, Patrick Bailey (4-for-5, 2 run, 2 RBIs, 4th homer) had a huge game. Ya know the biggest clue it was the Guardians’ night? “Patrick Bailey had a huge game.” Anyway, here’s what else I saw yesterday in fantasy baseball:
Byron Buxton – 2-for-3 as he was activated from the IL. Kevin from ESPN’s “Get Him In Your Lineup” Department said, “I won’t apologize for saying ‘Negative, Ghost Rider’ instead of no. It’s a cool saying.”
Jazz Chisholm Jr. – 2-for-4, 5 RBIs and his 15th and 16th homer. Jokes of 50/50 aside (were there jokes?), if Jazz gets to a 25-30 homer/40 steal/.240 season, I won’t hate it. Unlike this next guy…
Ryan Weathers – 4 2/3 IP, 5 ER, ERA at 4.40. Dude is more toasted than my Strudels. Put him on the IL already; he’s so done and dusted!
Braxton Ashcraft – 3 IP, 7 ER, ERA at 3.95. Think he was a good guy to bench this week, and his underlying numbers still look excellent. I know, Little Dipper, i.e., small consolation. I’d say buy, but he might be hitting a wall.
Esmerlyn Valdez – 1-for-3, 2 RBIs and his 13th homer, and that’s in 32 games. “This is yours.” — That’s Aristides Aquino handing Esmerlyn a sword that is engraved, GGOATOAT.
Adley Rutschman – Hit the IL with wrist inflammation. When a prospect is highly touted and ends up being “just okay?” You got the Ruts, man.
Christian Encarnacion-Strand – 2-for-3, 2 RBIs and his 1st homer. Could he be a post-post-post-[says post for the next 90 minutes]-post hype sleeper? No, prolly not.
Shane Baz – 6 IP, 2 ER, 7 hits, zero walks, 6 Ks, ERA at 4.13. He gave up some unearned runs yesterday, but he’s allowed three or fewer earned runs dating back to May 10th, except for one start. That’s 2.70 ERA in 73 1/3 IP. It’s a bit cherrypicky, but it’s not nothing.
Payton Tolle – 5 2/3 IP, 4 ER, 9 baserunners, 9 Ks, ERA at 3.31. I’m not sure it’s safe to start any pitcher until September.
Caleb Durbin – 1-for-4 and his 10th homer. Every night it’s a different guy for the Red Sox. Well, except for Tsung-Che Cheng, I’m not sure it’s been him.
Nick Martinez – 6 IP, 1 ER, 7 baserunners, 0 Ks, ERA at 2.59. So, the entire league is pitching with bouncy balls, except Nick-Ma?
Victor Mesa Jr. – 1-for-4 and his 8th homer, and 3rd homer in three games. Hot schmotato alert!
Cedric Mullins – 1-for-5 and his 12th homer, hitting .199. Mullins’s entire year has been, “How much are you willing to punt batting average?”
Luis Robert Jr. – 0-for-4, 3 Ks, as he was activated from the IL. Mets said he’s 1000% healthy and they won’t give him away in a trade for just anything, then they cocked their head and winked.
Freddy Peralta – 5 1/3 IP, 7 ER, ERA at 5.01. This is how you pitch when you got a good deal on a rent-control apartment in New York.
Andrew Vaughn – 2-for-4, 2 RBIs and his 3rd homer. Hasn’t translated at all to power, but Vaughn’s actually hitting the ball well this year. Great, just what the Brewers need, another weapon.
Cooper Pratt – 3-for-4, 2 runs and a slam (1) and legs (7). Stop with the weapons!
Jacob Misiorowski – 4 IP, 0 ER, ERA at 1.57. This start was the Brewers saying they would build him back up after his layoff of 13 days. Wild to say this about a guy who is arguably the best pitcher in baseball right now, but he doesn’t seem to be at 100%. Not at 50%, don’t get me wrong, but maybe 85-95%. Let’s say The IO Update is 88% charged.
Joey Ortiz – 1-for-4, 3 RBIs and his 5th homer, and 2nd homer in four games. Saw he was near the top of the 7-day Player Rater, so I put him in my lineup yesterday. Not one of my better teams! Still early!
Heliot Ramos – 1-for-4 and his 9th homer. Any time he’s mentioned in the comments, it’s to drop him. Not by me. I like him.
Willy Adames – 1-for-4, 2 RBIs and his 18th homer, 3rd homer in four games. Doode’s gonna have one of the least attractive 30-homer seasons. Silly Adames, normal hits are for kids!
Salvador Perez – 1-for-3, 2 RBIs and his 13th homer. This isn’t backed up by facts but vibes: Sal just had his 61st birthday this year.
Michael Wacha – 6 IP, 1 ER, 5 baserunners, 5 Ks, ERA at 3.66. If you start him, he will give up 6 ER. Don’t ask how I know, I just do.
Ronel Blanco – 4 2/3 IP, 4 ER as he was activated from the IL. Astros are desperate for pitching. Hayden Wesneski is starting on Friday. I’m merely pointing out to you that to say, “Are you as desperate as the Astros?” Because you’re asking about picking up Ronel and I am concerned for you. He had an internal brace procedure last June. The 32-year-old has a career 4.36 xFIP and a 9 K/9, 3.9 BB/9. Yeah, a bit risky.
Yordan Alvarez – 3-for-4, and his 32nd and 33rd homer. Captain Woo Cubano going for the Triple Crown makes me so proud, even if I roster him nowhere. My baby’s a man! My 275-pound baby!
Jeremy Pena – 1-for-4, 4 RBIs and his 7th homer, a grand slam. Snuck him into the end of the top 100 for the 2nd half because I love me some Pena. To a Spanish-speaker, that sounds a lot different.
Max Meyer – Hit the IL with a made-up injury to throttle his innings. He’ll be out for anywhere from ten days to two months, and he says, “I feel good,” and the Marlins said, “No, you don’t. Shut up.”
Liam Hicks – 2-for-5, 2 RBIs and his 14th homer. Next year, Hicks is gonna have two homers through August and I’m gonna say, “Ball sure was bouncy last year!” and this Magic Eight Ball I’m reading this off of is crazy accurate.
Cal Raleigh – 1-for-5, 5 RBIs and his 10th homer, hitting .163. The biggest ass is actually that batting average.
George Kirby – 6 IP, 0 ER, 4 baserunners, 6 Ks, ERA at 3.57 vs. Andrew Abbott – 6 IP, 0 ER, 6 baserunners, 6 Ks, ERA at 3.89. This matchup was billed as, “Abbott and Kirb-stellar.”
Corey Seager – Ran at 70-80% intensity. I would’ve ran at 69% intensity, but I guess I’m built different.
Jacob deGrom – 4 2/3 IP, 5 ER, ERA at 3.76 as he returned from. Dot dot dot. I don’t know, to be honest. Something. He’s always returning from something. He’s prolly headed back there, too.
Joc Pederson – 1-for-3 and his 17th homer, 2nd homer in three games. Too bad he can’t get position eligibility, because him at 1B or OF is a lot more interesting. Can’t Burger get locked in an elevator with Rowdy Tellez?
Jake Burger – 1-for-3 and his 17th homer, hitting .239. Jake, buddy, pal, just go into that elevator right over there with Rowdy Tellez. C’mon, chum!
Gleyber Torres – 2-for-3, 1 run as he was activated from the IL. Doesn’t it feel like teams are in weekly leagues? They’re always activating guys on Monday.
Casey Mize – “Undergoing tests on his groin tightness after being hit by a comebacker on his wrist on Sunday” was the latest news on Mize and that has me asking all kinds of questions. Where was his wrist? Was he making the jerking off motion? Is he just using an injury as an excuse to have his tight groin checked?
Dillon Dingler – 4-for-5, 3 runs, 3 RBIs and his 20th and 21st homer. He’s hitting 5th, below Gleyber (2nd) and Colt Keith (3rd). Just say you’re forfeiting the game, Hinch! Save us all some time!
Riley Greene – 2-for-5, 2 runs, 3 RBIs and his 15th homer, 2nd homer in two games. He was BDon’s top sell of the 2nd half, eff why eye.
Seiya Suzuki – 1-for-4, 2 RBIs and his 16th homer. Seiya ball!
Michael Busch – 1-for-4 and his 13th homer, 2nd homer in three games, and 3rd homer in July. Hmm, that last one was less impressive. He is hitting over .315 in July. That’s something!
Ian Happ – 1-for-4, 2 RBIs and his 18th homer, hitting .218. Shizz Happ’s, and it’s Happ’d this year, unfortunately. His average has completely bottomed out.
Jameson Taillon – 4 1/3 IP, 4 ER, ERA at 5.38. as he was activated from the IL. In most mixed leagues, he’s a Streamonator call. Unless you need at least one Taillon in your league and Pasketti, Cags and Antonacci are taken.
Joshua Kuroda-Grauer – 2-for-3 and his 1st homer. He left the game with jockular sphincteritis, after taking a foul tip into his grapes.
Jacob Wilson – 2-for-5 and his 6th homer, hitting .292. Love that the A’s built their team with excellent contact hitters. Yes, I’m being sincere. Why is it so hard to hear it?
Andres Chaparro – 1-for-3, 3 RBIs and his 4th homer, and three homers in three games. After shoving him into the three-hole against all lefties, it’s time to shut off the Talking Heads, because it’s finally making sense.
Jacob Young – 3-for-4 and his 9th homer. Nats are a good lineup anywhere. Don’t be juicing them with a series in Colorado. Speaking of juice, Corange Juice Abrams (1-for-5, 2 RBIs) hit his 22nd homer.
Bryce Elder – 6 IP, 2 ER, 6 baserunners, 4 Ks, ERA at 4.06. Sonavabench! Glad to see him right-side the Ivictory Cruise ship, but I can’t say one start against a mediocre Padres’ offense has me completely sold he’s fixed.
Ozzie Albies – 2-for-4 and his 15th homer. With the defeat of Altuve, Ozzie has to carry the Short King torch for all of us (me, Altuve and him).
Michael Harris II – 1-for-3 and his 18th homer. It’s legit bizzonkers that Megahertz can’t sneak into the lineup above the five-hole. I know Riley’s been hot, but c’mon.
Manny Machado – 2-for-4 and his 20th homer, hitting .201! Actually even more heartened by the multiple hits. Let’s go!
Miguel Andujar – Diagnosed with a fractured wrist. Went to look at the Padres’ depth chart to see who could replace him and maybe it wasn’t a great idea for their GM to trade away their future the last ten years.
Trea Turner – 3-for-5, 5 RBIs and his 13th and 14th homer, 3rd and 4th homer in four games. He clearly read my Sell on him two weeks ago. Well, who’s the real winner, him or the guy getting $0.0000000000001 in ad revenue for his pageview?
Brandon Marsh – 1-for-4 and his 16th homer. He was hitting .157 with only one homer in July, so welcome back, you hairy freak!
Cristopher Sanchez – 5 1/3 IP, 3 ER, 7 hits, zero walks, 7 Ks, ERA at 2.71. “On June 1st, 2026, Cris Sanchez placed a rather sizable bet on Misiorowski to win the NL Cy.” Future breaking news!
Emmet Sheehan – 5 1/3 IP, 6 ER, ERA at 5.13. Bigger disappointment, Sheehan or your hairline?
Mookie Betts – 4-for-5, 3 runs, 3 RBIs and his 12th and 13th homer. Mookie Best!
Edwin Diaz – Could be activated later in the week vs. the Mets. Ha, just to pour salt on the wounds.
Seth Halvorsen – Traded to the Dodgers for Landyn Vidourek and Nick Frasso. Dodgers woke up Monday morning and made-up two names and traded them to the Rockies. I be Landyn on these aren’t real people. Landyn Vidourek is going to be the key to unlocking George R. R. Martin’s writer’s block. Seth Halvorsen was one of the Rockies’ in-house closing options. Rockies will now turn their 9th inning over to Jimothy. Jimothy is their new closer. Welcome Jimothy to the Colorado Rockies!

Aaaaaaand now Kuroda-Grauer on the 10-day IL for surgery following his ruptured testicle.
If only they made some sort of protective device for the twig & berries like they do for the shin & elbow. If only. Ah well.
Also it almost physically pained me to type the words “ruptured testicle”.
Ps – not a chance he’s back in 10 days.
Ouch
Standard 10-team weekly roto. Turang or J-Rod?
JRod
Thoughts on 2 seperste trades in H2H dynasty

I am concerned about Bassalo’s shoulder
Jeffers
Oh Ovine Master, Grey-son,
Good afternoon from the Mid State Fair. Almost as good as Hawaii🤔. Thank you, you are starting the second half en fuego🔥!
Okert, over Logan Henderson, Sproat or Bradley? Adding a fifth RP, that’s been a thorn in our side for a while. (Added Logan’s first name in case you thought it was Rickey, so fun to watch)!!!
Thank you, if you want an over priced corn dog, get on the 101 and head south for a couple hours 😜.
Have a great Duesday 🤙
CCC
I’m the Sheep God?
I’m jealous, I love a good state fair
Sproat
Sorry, my son is showing a lamb for FFA so that was your name theme🤷♂️. Thank you, Fantasy Master Lothario🤙
Haha, good luck, son!
Hey Grey. Wonder your thoughts on Brent Rooker for next season. I can get him for a reasonable offer but I’m not quite up to date on his chances of bouncing back. Thanks, boss.
Think he can bounce back but has odds stacked against him
Keep forever QS league
Who could you see keeping? Maybe 3-4

Grey –
What are your thoughts on The Magician Esmerlyn Valdez as a keeper for next season? Staying power or disappearing act?
He’s a hot bat
Grey –
A dog’s breakfast of questions :
(1)Given ur druthers, would you spec on Whitlock or Weaver at closer, dropping Lynch?
(2) Is it too late for a solid middle reliever to impact ERA + WHIP?
With an eye towards WHIP, replace Sheehan, Sasaki or H. Brown with Flaherty, Sproat, Baz, Manaea, Roupp, Thornton–or stream # 70 – 100-ranked SPs vs. Bottom 5 offenses?
My apologies for all the boring WHIP questions.
1. Flip a coin? I guess Weaver 2. Not too late…helps just to get Sheehan off your team
(In the voice of Jimmy Cagney from Yankee Doodle Dandy) “I thank you and my hairline thanks you.”
Hahaha
Hey Grey!
I’ve got two questions for my shallow ten team categories league where I’m trying to rebalance toward pitching. Working with five total bench slots and usually I only use one hitter, but right now I’ve got two bench batters and I need to activate Julio.
C- Rice
1B- Freeman
2B- Tatis
SS- E De La Cruz
3B- Stewart
OF- Alvarez, Langford, Reynolds, Soderstrom
UTIL- Neto, Betts
BEN- Otto Lopez, Luis Garcia Jr.
SP- Skenes, Kirby, Bradish, Messick, Imanaga, B Miller, F Peralta
RP- C Smith, T Megill, Sewald
When I say Freddie I should clarify I mean Peralta, not Freeman.
1. Freddy P. 2. Otto and Luis Garcia Jr. 3. Same. Overpay for a better SP
I can always shave my head and wear a hat. Not sure what Sheehan can do.
Hahahahaha
Lange has been complete dog doo. Any clue who gets the Royals’ closing gig? Lynch? Slim pickings in the closer cupboard
I guess Lynch, but the Royals suck — maybe try Petersen?
Marlins’ Petersen? Sorry if I’m being dense.
I could also spec on the Mets trading Weaver to be someone’s closer
I like the idea of trying Weaver or Marlins’ Petersen
Thanks, Grey!
No problem
Oh great Grey:
two trades in the works. Which side of each do you prefer?
A) deGrom, Reynolds for King, JRod
B) deGrom, Reynolds for Burns, Harris
Jrod
Harris
I’m surprised you didn’t choose your boy there.
I strongly considered it
Morning & Happy National Junk Food Day (Day?? I’ve been observing this all year)!
Just got a couple SP “Start/ Sit” ones for ya today(SON dislikes both, but he’s a robot and doesn’t even know what junk food is):
Brandon Sproat vs. NYM
Kumar Rocker vs CWS
And before you ask, yes, I am as desperate as the Astros for SP. My top-end looks good but this league seems to hoard SP’s like a fat kid does potato chips!
Thanks as always!
From ice cream the other day to this, bad week to diet…I’d start Sproat
What’s a diet?
and thank you!
Haha
Drop happ for mead? 5×5 Category league with obp instead of avg
Yes
Please rank OF’s ros for a pts league:

Grey,
Another season swirling around the toilet so looking to reload for next year.
Looking at a couple of trades that would net me keepers for 2027 specifically. Which combo do you prefer? All are at significant discounts (next to free) for the following year auction.
Schlittler, Benge, Varland, Kade Anderson
Kurtz, Jesus Made, Walter Jenkins
Basically, take Kurtz top 5 player value and some rookie cookie, or spread out among more solid keepers but none top 20 players next season.
Kurtz, Schlittler
Sorry, I wasn’t very clear. I can have the top group or the bottom group. Not mix and match between.
Kurtz
1) Is this the right ranking for the week?
C.Scott @MIL ($12.9)
RobbieR vLAA ($26.5)
Tolle vTOR (-$5.7)
2-start Rey-Lo vSD (-1.8) and @NYM (-18.6)
2) You prefer Skenes or Skubal for ROS?

5×5 mixed league, roto, one year keeper league.
For next year only, who would want(how would you rank them):
Judge
Woods
Gunnar
Thanks in advance.
Wood, Judge, Gunnar
Love that quote! You nailed it. My day was a full onslaught. Ryan got blown up, DeGrom took heavy fire, and then Sheehan, who I didn’t even play capped it off, exactly as i expected.
The one positive? I finally saw things clearly and did the right thing by dropping Sheehan.
Ha, yup!
Please rank
Jacob Wilson
Moniak
Ramos
Durbin
Moniak, Ramos, Wilson
Hey Grey, how would you rank Wrobleski, Imanaga and Troy Melton ROS?
Shota, Wrob
Is Sheehan a drop? Could use the spot to stream pitchers in a 10t h2h redraft.
Who do you like better at 3rd in same format-Durbin, Edman or Suarez?
Thank you
Yes, drop him
Durbin
I’ve been rolling with two catchers in rcl for awhile now, which is pretty wild. Dingler and Baldwin. Best year ever for catchers?
Easily from what I remember…I ranked like eight catchers in the top 100 of the 2nd half, and none of it had to do with position scarcity
Was Jeffers on the IL when you made the rankings? If so, where would he be?
Just after top 100
I lost Jeffers to the hamate, IL’d him, scooped up Moreno, got excellent production from him, now I’m starting Moreno at Util when the need arises because he’s a stick.
And in my 12 team deep roster league, Kyle Teel is still sitting on the FA list. Any other year people are rostering him, desperately hoping he pays off.
C is crazy deep this year.
Teel just hit the IL
Shows how little I’ve paid attention to him. lol
Meh was just today
Hey Grey,
My pitching staff is a bit in shambles with some injuries and underperformers: Gausman, Rasmussen, Sanchez, Ray, Scott, Melton, Henderson, R. Suarez, Kremer, Sprout. I have 3 IL spots filled by: Ohtani, Soroka, and Palencia. E. Diaz is still on the IL but coming off soon, and Mize could be heading there. My closers are O’Brien, Lange, and Killian. There is little on the waiver wire. My question is: would you drop any for Thornton, Bieber and/or Leahy? I could cut from starters, closers, or IL guys. Lange and Killian seem pretty weak, Sprout and Kremer are questionable, is Palencia even coming back?
Thanks!
Thornton, Bieber and/or Leahy are not good, they’re streamers right now, at best…I doubt Palencia returns, but I haven’t heard the latest
16 team keeper league, keep 5, yahoo, roto, 5×5.
I was offered this for Bryce Eldridge.
Munetaka Murakami, Bryson Stott, Justin Wrobleski.
in a 16 team league I have a 4 in the AVG category so Murakami AVG makes me cautious. will his R/HR/RBI with a weak AVG be better than what Eldridge will give me?
I would not keep Eldridge.
I would likely drop Hernandez and Grissom.
MY TEAM
C-Langeliers, 1B-Busch, 2B-Wetherholt, 3B- Okamoto, SS-Neto, IN- Eldridge.
OF-Soto, OF-Harris, OF- Bleday, OF- Marsh, UT- Cabarello.
BN- Ruiz, JGonzalez, HHernandez, Grissom. IL-Caissie
SP-Misiorowski, Schlittler, Wacha, LHenderson, Boyd, Ober. IL- Lodolo.
RP- Soto, Montgommery, GTaylor, YGomez, Lange, EAlvarado. IL- Palencia
Seems terrible
Wait, I think it’s backwards in my mind…You were offered Eldridge or Murakami? I’d want Murakami
Ohtani (hitter only), Cal Raleigh, and Colson Montgomery or Ben Rice, Kurtz, and Jose Ramirez?
Ohtani
Which side – Trea or Cruz?
My SS/MI eligible are B. Lee, Dansby, Otto, Schmitt, Cole
OF eligible – Julio, Cruz, Belli, Happ, Soda, Schmitt, Ramos, O’Hearn
Trea
Thanks.
Was offered Elly for Julio too.
Which side based on my SS/MI and OF eligible guys?
Elly
Hey Grey!
Start Cavalli @COL? (grimace face). Normally I woud prolly avoid, but he DID do well in Bing-Bong last week, and it is, well, the suckies. dot dot dot
Meh, doesn’t seem worth it
I have Sal Stewart and Kevin McGonigle I use interchangeably at 3B. Mourning my loss of Max Meyer to IL. I received two trade offers to move McGonigle, one for Kevin Gausman and one for Shota. Do I take a deal, or sit tight while swapping both 3Bs out based on matchups? 12 tm h2h
Shota seems fine
Hello! We’re coming up on our league trade deadline and I’m sitting in 6th place. We’re a 12-team head to head categories league and we auction draft. We’re allowed two keepers at auction value. I currently have mcgonigle as a $9 keeper for next year. The 10th place team is willing to trade me Jose Ramirez for McGonigle due to the keeper value. Worth the trade to ‘go for it’ this year? I also have Witt Jr. and Freddie Freeman on my team.
Thanks!
Go for it, take JoRam
10 team 5×5 OBP
Still waiting for that Adell hot streak, dump him for bazzana or hold?
Sure, Bazzana
If it makes you feel any better when I drafted Yordan the only reason I took him as high as I did is because of your preseason ranking. So yeah that probably didn’t make you feel better but thanks!
Ha, nice
In a league with no bench, I have to drop one of these pitchers — who do you feel least confident in RoS?
Bryce Miller, Logan Henderson, Eury Perez, Jared Jones
Logan
Hey Hey Hey!!!
Are we streaming Will Warren v. PIT (13.4)?
Lurvarooskis!!!
I am not, lurves
Then I shall not, as well. My lurve is strong.
Haha
Rain expected for NYC tonight so there is also that…
Has any GM done less with more than David Stearns?
They would’ve been better off with the predict-a-dog that hits basketballs into trash bins
Good morning.
1) SON loves Weathers’ next start (@PHI, $27.6) and his start after that (@CHW, $28.8) as well. What’s up with that?
2) Rank for this week please:
Weathers (@PHI, 27.6)
Tolle vTOR (-$5.7)
Seymour @TOR (-$26.1)
2-start Merrill Kelly vATH ($10.3) and @PIT (-2.5)
2-start Rey-Lo vSD (-1.8) and @NYM (-18.6)
3) If need pitching and Skenes/Skubal available, which do you prefer, and is giving up J-Rod or Caminiero too much?
1. It doesn’t know he has a dead arm because it’s a robot 2. Tolle, Lopez, Kelly 3. Junior C
This is probably just me liking my own players too much, but would you take Christian Scott over Jack Flaherty for the rest of the season? Regardless of who you have ranked higher, are either worth rostering in a 12-teamer? I have Flaherty and have liked his run, but it’s been two mediocre-to-poor performances in a row, albeit against two good offenses.
I’d want Scott
Hey Grey! Who has two thumbs and traded for Joe Ryan just in time to enjoy last night’s start?!?! Ugh. On the bright side, who needs pitching when you have the GGOATOAT!
Ugh
How would you like to be Nick Frasso’s agent?
“Nick? Good news. Remember when we talked about Skubal being signed and blocking you and River Ryan forever? Well, I got you out! Where? Colorado! (Long silence on phone) Hello Nick? Nick?”
Bye bye Nick Frasso!
Hahaha
Me encanta la Pena, Senior Grey.
My hairline. since you bring it up, but Sheehan is a close goddamn second. ;-)
Hahaha
I was offered Corbin Carroll/Josh Naylor for Cam Schlittler/Alec Burleson in a league that I am way over on innings and crushing the SP categories. Corbin’s injury is unclear. At what point would you pull the trigger on this? Never? If Carroll starts a game this week?
Seems decent right now
Joshua Kuroda-Grauer: testicular contusion. 😬
Damn, he just homered, too.
[slowly crosses legs]
I feel like that GGOATOAT sword got passed from Eric Thames to Gary Sanchez to Aristides Aquino to Christopher Morel and now to Esmerlyn Valdez. Am I missing anybody?
Chris Shelton carried the sword. As did Tuffy Rhodes, for a single day
Tuffy forged the sword from cheap waiver wire homers
Hahaha this is awesome
Shane Spencer?
Kevin Maas!
Benny Agbayani!
Hahaha, awesome
