Brewers cook up one thing: Excellent starters. It’s how they produce those weak hops, Amber. Know what ales them? Nothing! No ups and downs for a yeast inflection. Oh, hey, Googler, glad you found us from your search, “How to make beer?” This is exactly going to help you, because when I stand at a urinal, “IPA…ay…..ay…Hold one second….ay…ay…” Okay, stop fooling, we’re here for Logan Henderson (5 IP, 0 ER, 3 baserunners, 6 Ks, ERA at 2.34), and can someone tell me what Christian Scott, Andrew Painter and anyone else who pitches has in common? If they were on the Brewers, they’d be aces. Here we go: Logan Henderson has 21 career starts and he hasn’t allowed more than three runs in any. That’s 2nd to start a career only Zac Gallen bests him (23). 15 whiffs, 54 swings (28%); one hard hit ball all night and only 11 batted balls; 95 pitches and 65 strikes (lots of foul balls). Three pitchers with the lowest starter ERA for this year and last year combined with a minimum of 100 IP: Ohtani, Schlittler and Henderson. Logan Henderson in 2027 won’t be drafted too high for me to get in, because this Brewer doesn’t allow anyone to mash. Anyway, here’s what else I saw yesterday in fantasy baseball:
Christian Yelich – 1-for-4, 3 RBIs and his 11th homer, 2nd homer in September. He has a chance to make some personal history as only one month this year he had more homers than two (3; that’s higher, I checked). I didn’t say it was especially revelatory personal history.
Jackson Chourio – 3-for-5, 2 RBIs and a slam (23) and legs (17), 2nd homer in two games. Ja-Chou, God bless you!
William Contreras – 2-for-3, 2 runs, 3 RBIs and his 15th homer, 2nd homer in four games. Brewers were my preseason pick to win the World Series, and I have to say, I feel better about that then any preseason World Series pick in some time.
Kevin Gausman – 4 IP, 6 ER, ERA at 4.60. You can’t take the Jays’ stink off players.
Blaze Alexander – Hit the IL with a sore back. He should try some Icy/Him.
Coby Mayo – 1-for-3, 2 runs and his 22nd homer, and third homer in three games. The Emulsification pours it on (slowly with oil so it emulsifies).
Shane Baz – 5 2/3 IP, 5 ER, ERA at 4.05. He gave up nothing but hard contact and got the win vs. Griffin. Just the most frustrating game that we love.
Rico Garcia – 1 2/3 IP, 0 ER, ERA at 3.03, and his 7th save. Kittredge who?! Andrew Kittredge, Orioles reliever, who seemed to be the O’s closer until yesterday might’ve changed that. I know, Random Italicized Voice, it’s a figure of speech. ‘Kittredge who’ is not a figure of speech.
Foster Griffin – 2 1/3 IP, 8 ER, ERA at 3.65. Good news is I can say all 2027 preseason how Foster Griffin would have a barely 3 ERA if not for one start. Bad news, where do we start? Every single hit off him was a 65 MPH dribbler. Orioles had lefty Dylan Beavers hitting leadoff vs. a lefty, which is a call for help, and he managed multiple squib shots. My beautiful boy, Griffin, got squibbed to death. Send medics! For me, not him!
Chase DeLauter – 2-for-5, 2 RBIs and his 14th homer. 60-Grade power and headed for 16-ish homers. DeEffthatabout’er.
Nathaniel Lowe – 1-for-4, 2 RBIs and his 17th homer, 2nd homer in three games. Hot schmotato alert!
Jake Bennett – 5 1/3 IP, 6 ER, ERA at 3.69. Yesterday was a bad day to quit sniffing glue. Or even sniffing old horses who will become glue. By the way, what kind of sicko was the first guy who was like, “Hey, see that old horse? Imma make some glue from him.”
Roman Anthony – 1-for-5, 2 RBIs and his 4th homer. One of the best hitters ever, bar none.
Wilyer Abreu – 1-for-3 and his 24th homer. “Wilyer/Roman” is also a vague suggestion to put on a condom, and yesterday they took Johnson deep.
Zach Neto – 2-for-3, 3 RBIs and his 25th homer, and 2nd homer in two games. Neto being neato!
Jose Siri – 2-for-4, 2 RBIs and his 8th homer, hitting .225. He had one hit since August 23rd and he was hitting third. That’s who beat Jake Bennett yesterday.
Denzer Guzman – 3-for-4, 2 runs and his 7th homer, hitting .227. He had five total hits since August 21st, and hit .181 in August. Just incredible stuff was going on with the Angels.
Trea Turner – 2-for-5, 2 runs, 2 RBIs and a slam (19) and legs (19), 2nd homer in two games. He’s alive! Finally!
Kyle Schwarber – 1-for-5, 4 RBIs and his 44th homer, hitting .242. I give the Phils crap for years for hitting Schwarber leadoff, and his loss of RBI chances, but I will say he’s likely gained hundreds of extra at-bats through the years.
Cristopher Sanchez – 6 IP, 6 ER, ERA at 2.79. Sanchez held the NL Cy ceremony last night, awarding Misiorowski.
Hunter Brown – 5 IP, 4 ER, 7 hits, zero walks, 7 Ks, ERA at 3.52. Brown is an aptly named color for this year’s performance.
Isaac Paredes – 2-for-4, 3 RBIs and his 19th homer. Every nine days like clockwork (if a watch had a home run hand and a nine-day hand).
Cam Smith – 2-for-4, 2 runs, 2 RBIs and his 19th homer, 2nd homer in two games. Not sure what he can do to interest me for 2027, but going to Driveline might help.
Jose Altuve – 1-for-4, 1 run, hitting .244, as he recorded his 2,500th hit. I’d bet that he will get to 3,000 hits, but I’d also bet his final 100 or so hits to 3,000 are going to be some of the saddest you’ve ever seen.
Connor Norby – 2-for-3 and his 7th homer. He was last Friday’s lede buy, and hadn’t done much since, but it’s a brand new day, Sting.
Will Warren – 6 IP, 1 ER, 6 baserunners, 8 Ks, ERA at 4.05. That’s called “Facing the Suckies in your home is a pretty sweet matchup.”
Jazz Chisholm Jr. – Hit the IL with a thumb sprain. Gonna hinder his chase for 50/50.
Cody Bellinger -1-for-4, and a homer, hitting .264. He hits 25 homers, give or take three, every year, except that absurd year he hit 47. So, how many does he have this year? 21? 22? 20? He has 13! In 440 ABs!
Luis Garcia Jr. – 2-for-4, 2 runs hit his 29th homer, hitting .288. Also, in this game, George Lombard Jr. (1-for-4, 4 RBIs) hit his 3rd homer. LuGaJu! GeoLomJu! LuGaJu! GeoLomJu! The crowd goes crazy. Literally. Saying, “LuGaJu! GeoLomJu!” makes people crazy. It’s an ancient curse.
Henry Bolte – 1-for-4 and his 10th homer, hitting .277. What a glorious season he’s having that I bet could even produce a 2027 sleeper. My general take is people still have not adjusted to Bing Bong and how great it is for all their hitters. Even great for visiting hitters. Except Vlad Jr. Can’t even go deep in that rinky-dink stadium. Seriously, does Vlad Jr. have the worst Launch Angle in history? Even Yandy Diaz is like, “Stop killing them worms, lil’ bro.”
Leo Bernal – 1-for-4, 3 RBIs and his 2nd homer. That’s in nine games, and he’s hitting for a solid average too (.278). Not sure I understand the Cards’ fascination to develop seventeen catchers at once, but Bernal looks solid.
Andre Pallante – 5 IP, 1 ER, 5 hits, zero walks, 4 Ks, ERA at…Guess his ERA. C’mon, within 0.30! You can do it! What, 4.10? 3.90? 4.25? You’re losing this Price is Right showcase showdown. It’s 3.45.
Zac Gallen – 3 1/3 IP, 1 ER, ERA at 6.22, as he was activated from the IL, and piggybacked with Michael Soroka – 4 IP, 3 ER, ERA at 3.53. But Derek Law was in-between. DBags’ Gallen/Law/Soroka, the three guys in one trench coat of MLB pitchers.
Nolan Arenado – 2-for-3 and his 23rd homer, 2nd homer in four games. Hey, check out this very cool handkerchief I bought at auction. It was used by Newman after Keith Hernandez spit on him. Here, I’ll show you, it’s haphazardly placed by this open window–NOOOOOO!!! Torenado!
Carter Jensen – 1-for-3, 2 runs and his 23rd homer, 2nd homer in a week, and has four homers in September. I believe they (me) call that a Septacular performance. Better a Jockstuffer than a Septumbler. (I get a Triscuit Wiz wit if I use three terms in one blurb.)
Bobby Witt Jr. – 2-for-4, 3 RBIs and his 18th homer. Homers and speed, just one of the many joys de Witt this Suzanne Somers.
Mookie Betts – 3-for-5, 3 runs, 2 RBIs and his 19th homer, 2nd homer in three games. Mookie Best-Is-Behind-Him-But-He’s-Hot.
Max Muncy – 1-for-5, 2 RBIs and his 27th homer. Max is the Municiest!
Kyle Tucker – 3-for-5, 2 runs, and his 13th homer. Joke’s on you who said he was retired. Kyle Tucker: Only Seemingly Retired.
Yoshinobu Yamamoto – 7 IP, 1 ER, 4 baserunners, 10 Ks, ERA at 2.62. Got Yamamoto completely wrong this year. Thought for sure he’d be exhausted from last year and babied like what they did with Snell and Glasnow, but Yoshinobu is clearly made with a special ability to bounce back. Call him Yoshinobu Rubberarmamoto.
Elly De La Cruz – 1-for-3 and his 26th homer, and 5th straight game with a home run. Okay, don’t need to dig up Dale Long just yet, but ready the shovels.
Jake Burger – 1-for-3 and his 26th homer, three homers in three games. Burger King (of hitting homers and nothing else). Actually, I take umbrage with that parenthetical. (Oh, really?) Yes, Burger’s also gonna end up around 95 RBIs. That’s not nothing.
Cody Bradford – 4 IP, 3 ER, ERA at 4.72. For what it’s Wuertz, Streamonator hated this start and likes his next one, and, while I like Bradford long-term, I can’t say he’s safe right now.
Corey Seager – 2-for-4 and his 14th homer, and 3rd straight game with a homer. September’s fun because we have a pretty good idea of what a guy’s doing for the season and Seager’s at 17 homers and 40 RBIs. Schwarber had 17 HRs through May 12th.
Kade Anderson – 6 IP, 1 ER, 7 baserunners, 5 Ks, ERA at 4.29, and out at 81 pitches. This season’s 4.29 ERA has no real bearing on what he’ll do in the future. A long-time comp I do with rookie starters is Clayton Kershaw sucked during his first call-up.
Walker Buehler – 2 1/3 IP, 2 ER, ERA at 4.61. Buehler…? Buehler?…and out of the game because two people called on him (he was removed because coaches forgot how many trips they took to the mound).
Jackson Merrill – 4-for-5, 6 RBIs and his 23rd and 24th homer, as he hit 5th. 14 homers since the break, and only people with more are Tatis, Devers, Bregman, and PCA. Overall, not a terrible season, which is why I’m rolling my eyes so hard when I see Xander Bogaerts hitting 2nd. Bogaerts (1-for-4, 1 run, hitting .218) hasn’t been good since 2023 (okay, slight exaggeration, but not that much).
Keibert Ruiz – 1-for-4 and his 10th homer. “!&*(@%!$!^%$!”
Reynaldo Lopez – 4 2/3 IP, 6 ER, ERA at 4.13 as he was activated from the IL. He looked solid in rehab, and I jumped right back on him, because I am a sucker for Braves starters and Reynaldo and I got roped in like a dog.
Drake Baldwin – 1-for-3, 2 runs and his 23rd homer, hitting .276. Don’t believe in drafting catchers high, but I will say Baldwin is way more interesting to me in 2027 than Raleigh was this preseason. Baldwin is actually a good hitter.
Griffin Jax – 5 IP, 1 ER, 3 baserunners, 2 Ks, ERA at 3.71. “I trusted Reynaldo but not Griffin,” he mumbles as he wanders onto the freeway wearing nothing but a potato sack.
Esmerlyn Valdez – 1-for-2 and his 17th homer, hitting .235. His K% is down to 37.7 and his walk rate is up to 14.8%. If three true outcome didn’t exist, they’d have to invent it for him.
Davis Martin – 5 IP, 1 ER, 6 baserunners, 1 K, ERA at 4.05. I’m pretty sure I could strike out more Pirates hitters than one. Alas, Streamonator says he goes to Cleveland next, and meh, but I say why not?
Munetaka Murakami – 1-for-3 and his 31st homer. Someone doesn’t like Okamoto stealing his thunder!
Pete Fairbanks – Activated from the IL. Ready for some P.F. Changes.
Francisco Lindor – 1-for-5, 2 runs, 3 RBIs and his 18th homer. Mets scored 15 runs, so you know everyone got involved! Right, Juan Soto?! Juan?! Hello?! Soto went 0-for-5? What a ticker tease!
Joe Mack – 3-for-5, 2 runs, 3 RBIs and his 13th homer. Return of the Mack, baby! Marlins scored 14 runs, so you know Heriberto Hernandez got involved! Right?! 0-for-4, 1 run? Oh, cmon!
Colt Keith – 1-for-3, 2 RBIs and his 10th homer. That’s refreshing, and to think some called Co-Ke zero.
Keider Montero – 4 IP, 2 ER, ERA at 3.55. If a guy goes four innings and will only go four innings, then I want an Opener in front of him. Make him Yarbro!
Kody Clemens – 1-for-4 and his 26th homer, and his 2nd homer in two games, and I can’t believe I actually just thought to myself, “If HRody Clemens is available after 200 overall next year, he might be a steal.” Don’t fall for the tailpipe’s banana, Grey!
Josh Bell – 2-for-4 and his 19th homer. You can’t even clear waivers anymore, Bell. You’re not impressing other teams. They’re not watching you. You’re not being traded.
Zebby Matthews – 2 1/3 IP, 5 ER, ERA at 4.98. Taj Bradley and Zebby Matthews sitting in the Twins’ clubhouse, eyeing the dry erase board. Derek Shelton standing in front, lecturing, “So, you need to look great, then awful. Then, and here’s the part that trips up so many pitchers, great again. Then, and this part is very confusing, but you need to be awful again.”
6×6 with QS instead of Wins. I’m leaning toward using all of these SP tomorrow. Do you agree?
Sale vs Phl (every time)
McLean @ NYY
Cavalli vs LAA $15.5
Messick @ MIN $7.7
Taj Bradley vs CLE $13.5
Yes, agree
Coach would you start shota imanaga at home vs Pitt in a Quality start , k/9 league?
I would
And by the way, did you see the Angels lineup that beat up on Barrett yesterday? Other than Neto and Trout, it looked like an early March spring training lineup for an away game across the state!
I was leery of streaming Barrett until I saw that lineup. Shows what I know…
Yeah, I think I mentioned it in the post above
Seggasse or Pratt to finish out the season?
Pratt
thats all folks Kristian Campbell landed on the injured list at Triple-A Worcester due to a left foot contusion.
Forgot about him
It figures Jrod finally does something today of all days (been waiting forever). Degrom pitches great and gets a W taken away that I desperately needed. I also needed a save from Latz.
HAHA, I needed that deGrom win too
Degrom may be a legend, but his luck is also pretty freaking legendary
HAHA
He’s never won more than 15 games in a season
He was virtually unsuitable too. It is such a shame
Yup!

PCA is pulling away in this battle. He is now $11.40 ahead of Mis, and $15.80 ahead of the second best hitter. De La Cruz and Witt return after long absences. Elly jumped 23 spots to sit just outside the top 10 (thanks to 12 for 24 with 6 runs/5 home runs/10 RBI/1 SB). CJA dropped only 1 position despite hitting under .100 for the week. He did have a homer and a steal.
Pretty crazy that Jordan Walker’s gonna likely end up top five after not being drafted anywhere…That’s incredibly hard…Whole top 25 is a bonanza of late picks, crazy year
Time to cut dead weight in Montero if they’re only letting him go 4 IP/75 P?
2a. Holmes and Jax both better than Thornton too?
Thanks!
There’s only three-ish starts left for guys….Who are they facing?
Sup grey. Need SBs this weekend. Who’s the speedster pickup? Sanoja vs LAD, Edman at MIA, nasim Nunez vs LAA, Palacios vs HOU or victor mesa jr vs HOU
Forget Nunez he went on bereavement this weekend
Oh, damn…Sanoja
Nasim
Hey Grey! Martin Perez and Nick Martinez both throwing goose eggs into the 7th. ¡Viva el beisbol! (And don’t draft starters early!!)
Hahaha
Hey Grey, final push for 1st place, 5×5 roto i need all cats except for SBs, can you rank these guys for the final push plz: CES, Bohm, K Tucker, Yelich, Mayo, Rumfield, AJ Ewing
I don’t know their matchups I’d look at them
“He went to Driveline” is the MLB version of “He went to Jared.”
I can hear the Beyonce chorus, “if you like it, then you shoulda fixed the swing on it … Whoa-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh.”
Hahah
Hey Grey
I’m making a cinderella run in my h2h playoffs and down goes Jazz. Who should i pluck from the wealth of 2b options on the ww: luis arraez, edman, meidroth, tawa, sanojan, Palacios. Any other options you might consider. Thanks as always
Edman
@Grey: weekly roto redraft. need wins and ks. which two do you start next week?
sandoval – @ tex, @ tb
ryan johnson – vs sea, vs min
drew anderson – @ tor, @ cws
thanks!
Not Drew
Hi Grey,
I have only 93 innings. I learned a lot of lessons for next season. Therefore, I really have to watch my starts.
Auto starts;
Degrom at Sea
Rodon vs NYM
Cavalli vs LAA
Tolle vs KC
Schlitter vs NYM
Rodon at MInn
Degrom vs Boston
Question mark:
Logan Gilbert vs Texas
Jax vs The A’s at home
Thanks!!!!
Those all make sense, I’d start Gilbert
Thanks!
No problem
Master in a 14 team dynasty league cats are runs homers RBI Stolen bases Average On base percentage OPS
How would you rank Naylor, Delauter, Bolte , heriberto.hernandez, Coby Mayo
Bolte, Heriberto, Mayo
With O’hearn coming off the IL this weekend I need to drop someone in my NL only. I was thinking Moniak who’s been terrible but the Rockies have all next week in Coors for my playoffs. Who would you drop out of Carrigg, Moniak, O’hearn, De Paula, Busch, or Joshua Baez?
De Paula
29 total runs scored in the Mets-Marlins game. I had Soto, Stowers and Heriberto playing, so I am thinking one of them had to do something with that much offense. Then I check my team page and see:
Soto – 0 for 5
Stowers – 1 for 6, 1 run
Heriberto – 0 for 4, 1 run
It would be hysterical if it weren’t so sad and pathetic.
HAHA, I know, brutal, same
Need a 3B for the next week and a half and the pickings are slim, could you rank these please
Kyle Karros 10 games: 3@DET, 4vs.SD, 3vs.SEA
Royce Lewis 10 games: 3vs.CLE, 3vsNYY,4@LAA
Vaughn Grissom 10 games: 3@WSH, 3vsSEA,4vsMIN
Coby Mayo: 9 games (Does he play everyday though?): 3@TOR, 3@NYM, 3vsMIL
Mayo, Karros
Thoughts on Mayo’s playing time moving forward?
In last 7 days, he’s played 7 days https://razzball.com/mlbhittingstats-last7days/
He didn’t start Saturday (9/5) against a righty
Not sure who else you’d want here, Grissom?
I need to keep two from this list:
Troy Melton
Gausman
Sheeran
Quinn Mathews
Davis Martin
Melton, Martin
J Merrill at .245 / 24 / 79 / 25 as a 23 year old makes me think there is more upside. 30 / 30 is not out of reach this year if he stays hot. Yes his BA is way down from his rookie year but he doesn’t turn 24 until next April and is still learning. Could continue to improve.
I’m all in, more so than coming into this year…I think he’s headed for top 10 year
Bennett or Cameron
Noah
Yusei Kikuchi or Jake Bennett last 2 weeks of the fantasy playoffs?
Who are their matchups?
This write up felt/hurt so good. I started Logan and Zebby. Hmm, is there a name for owning/starting the first and last player in the daily notes? So many other players today that are on my bingo card. Dropped Tucker and now he’s on my opponent’s team this week. Oh the joys of Elly! Fortunate to have survives Baz’s start relatively speaking. Ok I’ll stop there. Fantasy baseball is a helluva drug!
Cheers, Grey, these write ups are the best.
HAHA, there should be! Thanks!
Alright, now to the questions:
A. How do you rank the following for next week – top 3-4. Points league, can’t have the Ks bombing me:
Bolte @TB @CLE
Jones @MIN @ARI
Tucker @CIN vs SF (7 games)
Neto vs SEA vs MIN
Caglianone @HOU @PIT (if healthy – will he be?)
Lile vs PHI @STL (only 5 games)
Heriberto @ARI @SD
B. How would you rank these starts for next week – let’s say top 4?
Molina @STL
Buehler @COL
Javier vs KC
Johnson vs SEA
Baz @NYM
Zebby @LAA
Jobe @CHW
Wesneski vs ATL
Gray-Rod vs MIN
Add in Quantrill vs TOR
Ah actually also Imanaga vs ATL
So let me refresh the list:
Molina @STL
Buehler @COL
Javier vs KC
Johnson vs SEA
Baz @NYM
Zebby @LAA
Wesneski vs ATL
Gray-Rod vs MIN
Quantrill vs TOR
Imanaga vs ATL
When do you have to decide? I’d look at Shota if the wind was blowing in that day
Quantrill over Jobe
Neto, Tucker, Bolte, when do you have to decide? I don’t know on Cags, maybe Heriberto b. Wesneski, Johnson, Baz, Jobe, these are not good
So there’s a waiver deadline today and then on Sunday. Next week is the final matchup. Trying to get ahead a little to try to avoid competition with others.
Do you have to pick up any of these guys?
Yah, I’d have to pick up everyone except Jones, Lile, Heriberto; pitchers, I have Zebby, Baz, Jobe rostered.
Currently planning to try to have these guys after today’s deadline:
Neto, Tucker, Bolte, Heriberto
Quantrill, Wesneski, and then Imanaga and Jobe because I’m starting them later this week
That makes sense!
Ok actually I’m back again. For the back half of the week, which two are you starting among:
Jobe vs COL
Imanaga vs PIT
Wesneski @TB
Lopez vs SEA
Jobe, Shota
Hey Grey!
10Tm H2H redraft
I only have 2 streamers left. Pick 2 best ones plesase:
1) Jobe vs COL
2) Pfaadt vs TEX
3) Alvarez vs LAA
4) Melton vs COL
5) Peralta vs HOU
6) Bryce Miller @ATH
7) Perez vs LAD
Thanks!
Jobe, Peralta
great! Thank you
No problem
(Hmmm. Stream says Peralta starts on Sun vs HOU, but ESPN says next is 15th vs ATH. ESPN is often wrong and I trust Rudy more, lol.)
Ha, not sure
Grey
Trying to get my SP’s ready for next week
10 team points league
Would you keep or drop Jake Bennett
Here are their schedules
Jake Bennett @ Texas,
Griffin Jax home vs Ath, home vs Boston
Quin Matthews home vs SF , home vs Wash
Cal Quantrill home vs Toronto
Bubba Chandler home vs KC
I’d keep him, all of these seem fine
OPS H2H final. Lost Ohtani and Jazz and need replacements. How would your rank these players:
Nathaniel Lowe, Tristan Peters, Jake Burger, Jonah Cox, Saggese, Y. Morales< Mickey Gasper, Bernal
Desperate times! How would you rank these SP for K’s, K/9, and QS, my ratios are pretty much blown:
Scherzer for his two starts (vs BAL, vs DET)
Robbie Ray (@SF, @COL)
Bassit (@TOR, @NYM)
Burger, Lowe
Scherzer, Bassitt
What the faaaack do I do with CJ Abrams in a H2H league!? He has been *abysmal*
Guess can lose him
Jonah Cox – i am thinking 2027 – keeper league thing – what are your thoughts here – I do not know that much about him – Thanks for hanging Mr Grey
As someone who plays in 16/18/20T dynasty 25-30 MLB players and 25-35 prospect slots, he wasn’t even owned in my 16 or 18T until he got called up and was stashed in 20T.
He might be one of those guys where it just “works” suddenly and all the scouting reports were wrong. The speed is real and will play at MLB level. The contact is the issue (despite what he did in AA/AAA this year) and the power is one of those, “if you throw me a meatball I can indeed hit it over the fence” types….and that is about it. He had 1250 AB and 24 HR in his minors career.
I like the “underdog out of nowhere 1.115 OPS in minors this year” but I don’t think he is much more than a Jose Caballero type.
If your keeper is as deep as those dynasty leagues than sure. If you are in a 12T keep 10 prospects I don’t think you should. Unless you *really* want to for funsies. Always that aspect and if it makes you happy and you aren’t keeping him over a guy like Sloan or Rainel Rodriguez, sure.
Well said JR – agreed with everything you said
He looks like he’s going to hit .190…Not sure why his Ks have ballooned but they’re bad and his BABIPs are insane
Good morning Grey,
First off, thank you for all your help getting me to my leagues championship week!
Is Jared Jones worth a shot today at the Whitesox today?
Thanks again for all your input!
Yes
Morning Grey,
What are your thoughts on De Paula up for LA? Skipping AAA is he ready for the show? Thoughts on him for next season as well…..
Looks awesome, another top prospect from the Dodgers…25/25/.300 long term, maybe not next season, maybe more like 10/20/.260, if he plays
Did you hear lombard’s grand slam was the yankees’ first this year? Crazy. Also Lombard looks pretty good in the box. Seem to see the ball really well and doesn’t chase.
Hadn’t heard that, nuts…Lombard’s stats look okay, Ks ballooned a bit, no?
Altuve signed thru 2029. Yuk!
Altuve in 2029 is going to be the worst thing you’ve ever seen
Time to ask Vlad and Kyle Tucker to slide over and allow Julio his rightful seat next to them as a disappointing, over rated, miserable SOB? Wouldn’t surprise me to see Julio trying to catch on with other teams much in the way LuBob has. And yet, somehow, Julio will be ranked in the first round. Can’t make this stuff up.
Julio gave first round value in 2025. Maybe he never will again, but it wasn’t unreasonable to rank him up there for 2026. He has finished in the top 10 for MVP voting 3 of his first 4 years.
Yeah, JRod was awesome in 2025, so was Vlad
Ha, I hear ya
Jensen made it less Razzbally with a meaningless run late in the game, but his 23rd homer yielded his 69th Run and 69th RBI
I’m never growing up.
You trusting Painter @ ATL this week?
Currently rolling with Kikichi @ Was
Only need 1
HAHA…Can’t trust Painter
I probably couldn’t guess anybody’s ERA within 0.30!
2.00 for Misiorowski, that was a guess
Nice. I guessed 0.00 for Mis.
HAHA
If Cam Smith goes to Driveline in the offseason, I think he’s next year’s Jordan Walker
I’d hope so
Should I just be outright dropping Gausman at this point? I have zero clue in guessing what Gausman OR Gore are going to do game in game out. It’s nightmarish. Early Halloween. May sleep better with a streamer at this point
Yeah, drop him
Would you roll with J.Jones @CWS
Sure
