Holding hands to eyes, sun blinds me, I turn back and call into the house, “Ma, how long is this break without baseball? Ma?” I realize now that I’m not emerging from my mom’s house. I’m emerging from a bunker. I had been in there longer than I imagined. I pick up a newspaper to see the date, “It’s 2026!” I scream, then I see even more distressing news, “This isn’t a newspaper. Someone’s printed out my fantasy team on a piece of paper! And I have Vladimir Guerrero Jr. on my fantasy team!” I scream further and walk back into my bunker. “So long, suckers!” Welcome to the unofficial end of the 1st half. I say unofficial because I’m not an official. I’m wearing stripes, because I’m in a prison camp, and standing against a wall to protect my juicy ass. One guy who is almost as juicy is Zack Wheeler (6 IP, 0 ER, 4 baserunners, 10 Ks, ERA at 2.13) with his third consecutive start with 10+ Ks, and he will undoubtedly be in the top 100 for the 2nd half coming tomorrow (out now on Patreon). Only question is how high will he be? Higher than me in high school? Methinks. You prolly heard he refused an invite to the All-Star Game because he was snubbed at first, and I say good for him. You should want all your players with the petty grievances that drive us all. Find someone who pisses you off and allow them to drive you to your greatest heights. Thomas Alva Edison was like, “I don’t give two effs about electricity if it wasn’t for that scumbag Tesla.” Let Wheeler be powered by it, too, as long as that chip on his shoulder doesn’t alter his mechanics. Anyway, here’s what else I saw this weekend in fantasy baseball:
PSYCHE! Hey, so I don’t know how many of youse find yourself wanting to search a player on Razzball and you only get the last three on the player page — click Aaron Judge to see — well, I do. So, I built an app to search players (it also searches any word, so if you want to see how many times I go to the “And that’s me quoting me,” you can search that too. (For unstints, I used this search to look up “capsule” to see prior players with Nick Kurtz’s injury.) The app is free. It’s MacOS desktop only. Here’s the Razzball search app. (You’ll be prompted to download Glaze, which you need to do — that’s free too. I’m not selling anything here, do not purchase anything. It’s merely to help me search the site because Google sucks now, so I know what I’ve said on a player previously, and I thought maybe some of you might want it too.) Anyway II, the roundup:
Tarik Skubal – 5 IP, 2 ER, 5 baserunners, 5 Ks, ERA at 3.09. Skubal clearly doesn’t have enough grievances. There was such an obvious one too: MLB touting Misiorowski vs. Skenes as the biggest matchup of the last Sunday when Wheeler vs. Skubal was right there. Then Mis backed out of his start, and still no one was like, “Wheeler vs. Skubal’s pretty good too…Right? Anyone? Okay.”
Kyle Harrison – Hit the IL with forearm tightness. Roy Scheider doing jazz hands, “Bye bye, happiness! Hello, loneliness! I think I’m gonna die!”
Jacob Misiorowski – Didn’t bounce back from his last start so he was skipped on Sunday and I shouldn’t even dignify this by typing it out. Of course this was just to give him some extra rest. I’m not concerned. If he’s skipped again after the break or looks bad, then I’ll worry.
Brandon Sproat – 3 IP, 2 ER, ERA at 5.16. “Hey, I thought I was the most consistently inconsistent starter.” That’s Jack Flaherty reading my mind about my thoughts on Sproat.
Robert Gasser – 3 IP, 7 ER, ERA at 5.24. On Saturday, putting in a FAAB bid for Gasser…On Sunday, removing said bid.
Shane Drohan – 6 1/3 IP, 3 ER, 5 hits, zero walks, 6 Ks, ERA at 3.09. Talk to the Drohan, the stats don’t care! You know how stubborn Sproat and Gasser must be to not listen to whoever in the hell is telling Drohan how to pitch well?
Brice Turang – 1-for-3, 2 RBIs and his 14th homer, and 2nd homer in four games. Bricet Urang for steals and getting power.
Braxton Ashcraft – 5 IP, 5 ER, ERA at 3.49. Find myself thinking, and I doubt I’m the only one, but when a guy doesn’t have a long track record, I always worry after every bad start that this is the end — well, if there’s many bad starts, then it prolly is the end — but Ashcraft’s underlying numbers look fantastic still.
Bubba Chandler – 4 2/3 IP, 2 ER, ERA at 4.77. Crazy thing (is this crazy — you be the judge!), he’s teetering on unusable in any format, but I could see him being an ace as soon as next year.
Paul Skenes – 5 1/3 IP, 2 ER, 4 baserunners, 7 Ks, ERA at 3.57. If you can buy Skenes low, even if “low” means a top 30 player vs. a top 15 player, I wouldn’t be opposed to it.
Nick Kurtz – Hit the IL with right thumb capsule sprain. Roy Scheider being zipped up in a body bag, last gasps, “Bye bye, happiness! Hello, loneliness! I think I’m gonna die!”
Gage Jump – 5 2/3 IP, 1 ER, 7 baserunners, 7 Ks, ERA at 3.51. Streamonator liked this start, and his next one, but I’m at the Road Scholar stage of my Jump involvement, and his next start is in Bing Bong.
J.T. Ginn – 4 1/3 IP, 8 ER, ERA at 3.67. Ginn dummy!
Sam Antonacci – 1-for-4 and his 6th homer, hitting .287. Samwell hits good, uh, well.
Braden Montgomery – 2-for-4, 4 RBIs and his 3rd homer. More like Monthomery! High five me right now! No? Okay.
Joe Ryan – 6 IP, 2 ER, 8 baserunners, 6 Ks, ERA at 2.85. It felt like a lot of top 20 starters went into the break thinking, “I finished pitching in June, I do doody now,” so it’s nice to see Ryan at least be somewhat decent vs. the Angels.
Taj Bradley – 7 IP, 2 ER, 8 baserunners, 6 Ks, ERA at 3.59. Taj Mah-number two.
Jose Soriano – 5 IP, 3 ER, 7 baserunners, 0 Ks, ERA at 3.49. Zero Ks is shorthand for, “I just want my peripherals to look worse.”
Freddy Peralta – 4 1/3 IP, 2 ER, ERA at 4.66. Just thought about how FreddyKBB was solid early on in the season, then became untenable and stodgy, as Paul Hollywood would say. You know what happened? He broke bad a little bit and, last year the Brewers could’ve helped him, but there’s no one on the Mets to fix him.
Zach Thornton – 7 IP, 0 ER, 4 baserunners, 5 Ks, ERA at 2.60 (in only 17 1/3 IP). Mets starting random minor leaguers who had a 4+ ERA says a lot about the Mets and Mets are also saying Thornton is remaining in the rotation. Oh…[holds the ‘oh’ throughout the All-Star Break]…kay.
Francisco Lindor – 2-for-4, 2 RBIs and his 5th homer, hitting .216. I don’t know if he has it in him to have a good enough 2nd half to make his whole year respectable, but here’s hoping he just has a respectable 2nd half.
Brayan Rocchio – 2-for-5, 2 runs, 2 RBIs and his 8th homer. He was in Friday’s Buy, as a hot bat, and he might be worthwhile, in general, but there won’t be much talk about schmotatoes in this post because guys get cold during the break.
Chase DeLauter – 1-for-5 and his 11th homer. Someone thinks it’s March again. Speaking of hot bats who might not stay hot but are hot right now, DeLauter has three homers in the last four games.
Nick Lodolo – 5 IP, 2 ER, 8 baserunners, 4 Ks, ERA at 4.60, but left Saturday’s game with a blister. You gotta be kidding me. This feels like a practical joke. Are there hidden cameras on me? Can you see I’m wearing leopard leotards?
Eugenio Suarez – 1-for-4, 2 RBIs and his 11th homer, and 3rd homer this week. It would be my luck that Eugenio finally gets hot, then cools off during the break.
Matthew Boyd – 6 1/3 IP, 4 ER, 7 baserunners, 3 Ks, ERA at 4.50. Buy!
Alex Bregman – 3-for-5, 2 runs, 4 RBIs and his 9th homer, hitting .241. Sell! I know y’all love to razz me and I can handle it, but you always talk about how I say to sell someone who then hits a home run the next game or next few games (like Randy Arozarena this past Friday), but I said to sell Bregman two months ago when he still had actual value to sell. I’m not going to say drop him, because watch him Pull A Swanson, but he was kinda droppable a month ago.
Zac Gallen – Scratched from Saturday’s start. Too bad because I was at that game. Maybe Gallen was afraid of my acerbic tongue belittling him from behind home plate! See, on Saturday, I was behind home plate in the Mary Hart section. Can’t believe she wears jeans. Didn’t she insure her legs with Lloyd’s of London? (I’m at 11 o’clock and Mary Hart is at 4 o’clock.)
Someone found me
— Razzball (@razzball.bsky.social) July 11, 2026 at 6:51 PM
Yoshinobu Yamamoto – 6 IP, 6 ER, ERA at 2.85. This was the game I was at and I kept screaming, “You were a preseason schmohawk!” and he was rattled!
Shohei Ohtani – 2-for-4, 2 runs and his 22nd homer. I would miss Sunday’s game where he homers. Why can’t daddy (me) have nice things?
Emmet Sheehan – 5 1/3 IP, 1 ER, 4 baserunners, 7 Ks, ERA at 4.70. He went from potential number one, at worst number two, to: This Dodgers’ starter is going to suddenly have an injury when Snell or Glasnow returns. Or traded for a prospect and River Ryan is called up.
Jake McCarthy – 1-for-3, and a slam (10) and legs (15), hitting .301. Was the biggest slate of games with the fewest slam and legses? “Stop calling us!” That’s Elias Sports Bureau.
Ryan Helsley – His UCL is intact, according to a 2nd opinion, and hopes to return in September, and his third opinion in August will say surgery is required.
Kyle Bradish – 6 2/3 IP, 1 ER, 4 baserunners, 5 Ks, ERA at 3.61. He’s doing a bit of a Sandy Alcantara. One month bad, one month good, one month bad, this month good. It’s like Saberhagenmetrics with ADHD.
Blaze Alexander – Fractured his hand–Well, technically Erceg fractured Blaze’s hand on a pitch. Now, Blaze can use his passive voice on a month-long IL stint.
Curtis Mead – 1-for-2 and his 17th homer, a pinch-hit homer, and 2nd homer in two games. You roster Mead, you never take him out of your lineup. Let the Nats do whatever they’re gonna do with their lineup and platoons. LuGaJu keeps being platooned for Andres Chaparro, who might be one of the worst hitters in all MLB. No exaggeration.
James Wood – 1-for-2 and his 28th homer, hitting .279. In line at the Curses Emporium, talking to the person in front of me, “I’m hear to talk to a witch about whether there’s a curse on James Wood to repeat his poor 2nd half last year or if that curse was lifted. What do you mean, ‘I cursed him by just being here?’ NoooooooOOOOOOOoooooooo….Oh, you were kidding. Gotcha.”
Cade Cavalli – 6 IP, 2 ER, 5 baserunners, 5 Ks, ERA at 3.83. Just had a real sicko thought: 2027 Cade Cavalli sleeper.
Reynaldo Lopez – 5 IP, 4 ER, 6 baserunners, 3 Ks, ERA at 3.50. For better or worse (usually worse), I don’t get back in a guy who looks off for a while. Like if someone dropped FreddyKBB, I have no interest. Now, if a starter gets onto my team because he pitched well (Reynaldo) to begin with, I’m not moving off him because of one bad start.
Trey Yesavage – 1 2/3 IP, 4 ER, ERA at 3.72. Trey Yegarbage. Is that something?
Ernie Clement – 1-for-5, 2 RBIs and his 8th homer, hitting .296. That’s your AL-leading, All-Star vote-getter, Ernie Clement! (Also, I had some extra hyphens to use before the break. They don’t carry over!)
Peter Lambert – 6 IP, 1 ER, 4 baserunners, 7 Ks, ERA at 3.14. So, let me ask you something, is the Astros’ magic with starters finished because of Imai and Burrows or is it still alive because of Lambert?
Cristian Javier – 3 IP, 3 ER, ERA at 9.98. It’s not a great sign that I thought he was out having arm surgery.
Jose Altuve – 1-for-4 and his 11th homer, hitting .235. On one hand, it looks like age caught up to him. On the other hand, he might have a dead cat bounce. On a third hand that is Hamburger Helper, this cat is close to the ground and doesn’t have far to fall, so won’t bounce back that high.
Cam Smith – 1-for-4 and his 12th homer, hitting .218. it’s gonna rock when he becomes Jordan Walker next year and I have him in no leagues, after suffering through whatever this is.
Jonathan Aranda – 1-for-3, 2 RBIs and his 14th homer. Hitting around .350 in July; he also hit .374 in May and .290 in June. Pound for pound, might be one of the best hitters. Not best for fantasy because of lack of speed. Just best hitters.
Ian Seymour – 3 1/3 IP, 5 ER, ERA at 4.59. The weekend games before the break clearly count for you and me, but I get the sense some major leaguers don’t think they count for them.
Griffin Jax – 5 IP, 1 ER, 7 baserunners, 3 Ks, ERA at 3.47 vs. Logan Gilbert – 6 2/3 IP, 4 ER, 11 baserunners, 5 Ks, ERA at 3.32. Starters are so perfectly stupid because Gilbert is absolutely going to be in the top 100 for the 2nd half, and Jax won’t, and Jax easily out-pitched him when they faced each other.
Emerson Hancock – Left the game after being hit by a comebacker on his hand. Thankfully, it missed the other half of his last name.
Christian Walker was offer in trade for Dylan Lile in keeper league

Keep 10 players – at moment I hope I have 10 better players to keep
hey which side here Mr Grey and thanks for your knowledge
Walker will be 36 next year – that kind of sucks
In a Vacum my Skubal for his CJ Abram’s Should I expect more for Skubal at this point? Is Abram’s a to 20 keeper at this point do you think. Thanks
It’s fair
Standard cats league. I’ve been offered Benge, Sean Burke, and Rafaela for my Tolle, L. Henderson, and E. Valdez. It seems like too much to give up, right? Maybe Benge for Tolle straight up?
Hold…or Benge for Tolle is fair
You good starting Hunter Greene in Colorado this weekend in shallow leagues?
Yeah
Weak in Saves but Lange (KC), IMO, does nothing except kill WHIP/ERA.
FAAB ($12 remains. No $0 bids). Assad is available. Claim Assad for Lange. btw, K’s irrelevent since I have big lead (so primarily want potential Wins and not destroy others).
You only have $12, don’t waste it on Assad
Not a keeper league -> Sep $ not meaningful. Does this change your answer?
How is it not meaningful? Feels like a whatever move but I guess if you have money to spare
IMO – Less weeks to take advantage of a move . Wish I had more $ but if Assad has some value, a move now is more value than a move in September. But obviously don’t want to act if Assad loses his value soon.
Don’t think he carries much value
Thanks.
No problem
Would you take either G. Williams or Meyer for Soder?
My rotation currently includes Cease, Gaus, Gray, Messick, Rogers, Tolle, Jax
OF eligible on my roster are O’Hearn, Belli, Julio, Happ, Soder, Carrigg, ramos, Cruz
Keep getting offers for Soder.

in win-now mode in keeper. would you trade kirk (C2) and a $1 Taj or Foster G to upgrade your C2 to William Contreras?
Yes, prefer to send Foster 1st
[me to Taj, my 2-year on and off again obsession] we’re back, baby!
HAHA
Well…
I mean, hopefully
Don’t worry, Taj is usually the crazy ex on my team!
Drafted him this year, traded him away, then traded for him back when he was real low, now I’m looking to trade him away again ahahah
Haha, yup!
Daylen Lile – been holding on to him in what else the keeper league – just hoping for some kind of better numbers – Do you see better numbers that I would be pleased with or
its not happening
He’s been fine
Mediocre at best, fine is not .246 ave with 10 hr and 9 sb. Nothing special.
He’s the 32nd best OF
Thank You falettine be my elf again
Naturally
Tanner McDougal – He is taking up a spot on my roster in a keeper League – Am I giving him way too much love – thanks
Ok
I don’t know anything about your league, maybe you should roster maybe you shouldn’t
12 teamer and need SVs. Add M. Montgomery and/or Kittredge drop Sproat or Seymour or even Lange?
Sproat and Seymour if you need saves
Sean Burke
Foster Griffin
Do you think both pitchers are real and might have value in a Keeper League going forward
thank you
Yup
Keeper League – looking to trade
Shea Langeliers
Jazz Chisholm Jr.
FOR
Samuel Basallo
James Wood
Would you do this trade Sir – thank you
Yes
I grabbed Seymour where I could. Just before his loss I started looking at innings pitched compared to last year. I guess we’re at that point of the season to start thinking about it. Seymour is equal to last year. Melton is there as well, while Burke is thirty under. Seymour could be hitting that wall now. Like to know your thoughts on this, and maybe other pitchers in the same innings count.
Ian Seymour threw 143 IP last year and he’s 27 years old…it’s generally not an issue for pitchers over 25
His name is Seymour because I want to see more innings
Haha
Well Grey, I did it, traded my Juan Soto and Riley Green for Ohtani (hitter only) and Jazz. I’m happy about it but this trade looks like a wash for the most part, not feeling nearly as much excitement as normal when I pull off a trade, let alone for the best hitter in baseball.
Seems solid
Congrats on your TV turn! Disappointing that the screen was cropped before it showed Mary Hart’s legs under her see-through desk.
And you’re so right about the petty grievances. I like Wheeler pitching with a chip on his shoulder, but I’d love lesser pitchers motivating themselves to “pitch angry” even without an all-star snub. Michael Jordan was the king of creating slights and insults simply to make every game a revenge game. That said, it’s a joke Wheeler wasn’t chosen as an all star to begin with.
Regarding Kyle Harrison worries, are we both assuming he’s now the broken pitcher of his last few starts? Got a roster crunch approaching after the break and not sure if I should view him as a hold. What does your gut say, swami?
Thanks, Grey!
We need more slights! Everyone! I think Harrison’s done but who knows
The Hancock blurb made me chuckle.
Haha
Looking to add some BA over the last two months, would moving Cade Smith for Vlad Jr acquire that ? Or aim higher
I would
I am currently running Okamoto out there at 1B, and would have to bench him with Vlad as my UTIL is clogged and I have Vargas at 3B
Even with Okamoto at 1B would you still take Vlad ?
Nope
Context matters ! Good thing I included that part
Will keep rolling with Kaz, enjoy the next few days off !
Thanks!
Dear Washington Nationals Manager: If every reliever analytic instinct is wrong, then the opposite must be true.
The manager’s face looked like a kid on Christmas who got new toys but parents forgot the batteries.
HAHA
Looking to make trade in keeper league
I would like to send Justin Wrobleski forJoshua Baez
also if he turns this down je might ask for Tolle
you also might turn down my trade offer Mr Grey
thanks for hanging
Works for me for Baez or Tolle, that order
Tolle and Justin Wrobleski are on my roster – would it work out trade wise if he wanted either pitcher in return for Baez sir
Send Wrobleski first, it works for either
Learned the Mead thing the hard way, sonovabench! Saw someone post this after the Yesgarbage start.
HAHA
A lot of questions about Valdez….sometimes people think including myself he’s always gonna be a .200 hitter. His K’ rate is very high. Reminds me of Judge first few years, NO ONE IS JUDGE, but you think he could succeed like an Aaron Judge.
With a 35% K rate probably a .220 hitter…but do you think he’s just hot or think a .250 plus average is sustainable?
He’s not hitting .250 with a 36 K%, but he could stay hot for a bit
Conine and Hernandez and Sowers…
That’s some of the most prolific power hitting outfield combination in baseball and forced to share time with Jakob Marsee and Reece Hinds and Estury Ruiz.
I see some real like amazing things happening with the MArlins, but then they do erroneous things.
Call me old fasion but I miss when baseball teams played their best performing players…
Same!
It seems my hitters production trends up right before the break, right along with my pitchers ratios!
HAHA

Soto/W Abreu or Tucker/Greene
Soto
Grey,
1) Tell me the guy in front of you at the game had a Muncy jersey, looks the part.
2) Esmerlyn Valdez, The Magician, is such a perfect nickname. Because I feel like I pulled a rabbit out of a hat to get this production. Timing could not have been better with losing Judge to IL. I am very intrigued by this kid, 10 HR in less than 100 ABs and he has an OBP of .371.
Really curious if this is the sell window, or if power is the need then just ride this hot streak out?
For context on how hot he has been, he is on an identical pace a Murakami.
Valdez will slow down, he has a hideous K%
The safe bet is that he cannot, but Murakami was able to sustain it for 200 ABs with an even worse K%.
Currently he is hitting .300, which is the unsustainable part, so expect a cold streak. That’s the buy window, and I would smash it. At 6 foot 2, 235 lbs, Valdez just unlocked this power last year, at age 21.
Worth a monocle.
Yeah, I’m not coming down ont he side of not liking Valdez, just being realistic that he’s a .230 or lower hitter
1. He looks like Muncy, right? Haha, it was a Smith jersey 2. Haha, ride it out!
just got offered C.Mead for my J,Aranda, I am thinking yes? Hope you have a great vacation in Hawaii, watch out for the Menehune!
Thanks! I’m fine with that trade
Boyd or Cavalli – standard roto
Boyd
Grey! How would you rank these 4 rest of season:
Ryan Weathers
Ian Seymour
Joey Cantillo
Will Warren
Thank youuu!!!
Cantillo, Weathers
Grey,
pick your 3 favorites ros from each for a pts league:
3B: Duban, Durbin, Karros, Lee, Lewis, Mead, Okamoto, Schmidt
OF: Bauers, Benge, Carrigg, DeLauter, Greene, Langford, Marsh, Valdez
3B Okamoto, Mead, Lee
OF: Riley Greene, Bauers, Carrigg, Wyatt
1. A week ago we liked Seymour over Melton. Still the case?
2. Please rank Detmers, Seymour, Castillo, Scott, R Lopez.
Thanks
1. Nah 2. Detmers, Scott, Reynaldo
Afraid of that. I traded away Melton cuz I needed an OF with JRod and Bux out. Got Merrill but feeling kinda silly now
Gotcha
Well, this is perhaps a lemon to lemonade story or lemons and more lemons. I traded away JRod for Skubal. I only had five starters and the WW is shaky. New rotation in 12 teamer is Skubal Wheeler Cease J Ryan, Eovaldi and M Meyer. My OF was a logjam so would have cut Bleday but now keep him with my five being Soto, Bux, J Walker, Merrill and Bleday. Fingers crossed.
Sounds solid
Don’t mess with Detmers, done messing around with him.
happy mondays kinky afro
Do you think NicoH has bounce back 2nd half? Worth pursuing him to replace Altuve or just hold?
thanks muchly
Haha, thanks! I have no faith in Nico, but I’d take him over Altuve for SBs and AVG
You’re looking right at the camera too! Lol’d at the Hancock blurb.
Which side do you like in this package? Weekly lineups 12 team keeper league but prioritizing 2026…
Haha, Cindy Brady staring into the camera — 1. Moniak 2. Moniak
haha love it – preference between machado vs antonacci ROS?
any concern with moniak .232 xBA or just noise? (just noticed that) thanks!
Little concerned, and away splits in case he’s traded
These are mostly about Antonacci and Machado no?
yeah i think so too (mostly about the non moniak piece)
Yeah
Machado
the new shirley temple. brady bunch references are ground zero gen x territory
HAHA
Two question for a traditional 12-team roto league as I set my team to start 2nd half:
1) How would you rank Eury Perez, Sean Burke, and Logan Henderson?
2) For a utility batter spot, how would you rank Jeremy Pena, Jackson Merrill, Benge, and Yelich?
Thanks!
Hey Grey, shallow league can you rank these SPs for me? Cavalli, Gausman, Martinez, Weathers
Cade, Weathers
Morning Peeps,
To those who have played in the Razzslam leagues before, how does it work now with the break down. If you made the consolation touney(ill take it for my first year!) do all teams remaining go into one large league?
Cutline rules…It cuts off at I think 50 maybe? Then every league winner and it starts that as the tourney then that gets whittled down with another cut off in September maybe
I think top 2 from each go to championship tourney, the remaining top 3(3,4,5) go to the cons. Tourney with 3 additional cutoffs haha.
Either way ill keep checking scores until it tells me im out haha
Oh crap, I just fell to third in my league
I was sweating bullets coming into the weekend. Been barely clinging to 2nd in my league for weeks, holding off a charge from mauledbypandas and Blair, but then once the Wheeler ASG kerfuffle started and I saw he was pitching Sunday, I knew I’d be good. That guy is pitching ANGRY.
Haha yep
The worst aspect of Yesavage’s 1+ inning was 7 walks. He is non-rosterable.
Brutal
I’m going to pick up and drop kyle manzardo every day until friday just to keep my waiver finger in shape.
I’m going to yell at Tatis to hit a home run with no games on the schedule to avoid going hoarse when games start again
I will check to see if kirby yates got a save with the same level of hope I normally have.
Haha
Only one addition to the 100 Best Fantasy Starts list on the weekend. Wheeler gave the Phillies their 9th entry with his second gem in a row:
11 Cristopher Sanchez May 16 @PIT
23 Cristopher Sanchez May 5 vs ATH
31 Zack Wheeler Jul 7 @CIN
32 Jesus Luzardo Apr 28 vs SF
36 Jesus Luzardo Jul 9 @CIN
48 Cristopher Sanchez Mar 26 vs TEX
84 Zack Wheeler Jul 12 @DET
85 Cristopher Sanchez Jun 30 vs PIT
98 Zack Wheeler May 17 @PIT
Yesavage had the worst of the weekend (2852 of 2888), but J.T. Ginn, Ian Seymour, Tyler Phillips, Robert Gasser, Danny Young, and Walker Buehler were all in the bottom 250.
Good weekend for meh starts, it seemed
Are you describing Roy Scheider or Rob Schneider? Two very different vibes
I think he meant Roy Orbison, unless I didn’t get the joke.
Roy? No, it’s All That Jazz
Why not both? tbh I must’ve Nelson Mandela’d the “N” into Roy’s name…Always thought it was Roy Schneider…Fixed the typo
I only thought of the Everly Brothers. I had to look up how All That Jazz fit in.
Yeah, All That Jazz parodied the Everly Brothers
I’ve never sounded so young and hip
Hey Grey! Twice in one week we had a Pirate give us a 3HR day! This is why I love imaginary baseball played with real humans. How does this order look for potential second half SP adds: Cavalli, Drohan, ReyLo, Seymour.
Haha, nice! Order seems fine
June 30. 15 games/0 S & L. (June 29 & 30: 28 games/0 S & L.)
It was McCarthy’s second leadoff inside-the-park home run in his last 22 games; maybe a slam & LEGS.
HA, yes
Oh wow, I thought for sure yesterday was least
Prolly because one happened it reminded me and those other days I didn’t even think of it
Went back and looked. You got a lot of TV time!
Counting my nose picks was more interesting than the game!
Don’t you put that evil on James Wood!
Haha, sorry
