A Muslim imam, a rabbi, and a priest are in a raft. They heard a tsunami was headed their way, so they went to sea because they’re hoping it’s a quicker death than having Garrett Mitchell, Sal Frelick or Blake Perkins as their fantasy outfielder. If only they heard Luis Lara just got paid and could be their secular savior. By the way, Secular Savior is the hippiest dog name I’ve ever heard. If you’re in a San Fran and you tell someone your dog’s name is Secular Savior, you’re getting a high-five. Two high-fives if you tell them you’re on your way to Bark-ley. So, Luis Lara received a seven-year deal the other day, and is smoking the ball at Triple-A. Why would he stay in the minors? Of course, he wouldn’t. He has 50-steal speed and makes excellent contact. Could be 15 K% in the majors with a promotion tomorrow, so he’s basically Brice Turang. Call him Basic Turang. Okay, maybe a little less power (prolly closer to 3-5 homers on the year), and he’s seven inches over five feet in the year 26 after 20, so he might hit one homer and .175 because he can’t make hard enough contact in the majors, but the speed will travel, literally, and I could see stashing him for his impending call-up. Now excuse me, I have to go walk my Havanese, Hairy Krishna. Anyway, here’s some more players to Buy or Sell this week in fantasy baseball:
PSYCHE! This post was released a week early for Patreon members. It will be released all year early for Patreons, so if people are getting a jump on you, it’s because they paid the $10. Anyway, the Fantasy Baseball Buy/Sell:
BUY
Freddy Fermin – Padres have finally found their hitting star, Freddy Fermin. He’s following Johnson/Song in the lineup, so his walkup music is Detachable Penis.
Brandon Valenzuela – Kirk is due to return today, so it doesn’t matter what’s on BV’s CV — pithy points for the win! — Valenzuela will lose some playing time. He has been hitting, though.
Kody Clemens – Nothing says, “The Twins really didn’t put any money into their team:,” then Kody Clemens is their three-hole hitter. Twins are asking MLB to implement a salary cap, that cap being, “Whatever change falls out of the owner’s pockets.”
Kyle Manzardo – You should pick him up because he’s hot, and, just think, when you drop him, you can rename your team, Sans-zardo.
Coby Mayo – Thinking about how funny fantasy baseball is. You draft Vlad Jr. and Manny Machado and you’re like, “Well, my corner infidels are all set,” then you get to June and you’re like, “Should I bench my schmohawks for this random schmohawk off waivers?”
Jared Young – Between Freddy Fermin and Jared Young, this was “sounding like another player” week. Get your Brice Hopper! Pick up your Corbett Carol! Grab your Paul Squenes!
Andrew Vaughn – Just gave you my Andrew Vaughn fantasy. Admittedly, his recent numbers might be on the high side because, well, keyword: high, as in Vegas’s elevation. By the way, I just googled Vegas’s elevation vs. NYC and it was 2000 feet vs. 30. (Coors is a Mile High, if you’re wondering. That’s why they call Denver the Mile High City.) Can I put money on Nick Kurtz being a HOFer? He’s gonna hit 40 homers every year for the next 12 years, assuming he doesn’t leave the A’s.
Matt McLain – I considered making McLain my lede buy this week, but going with the sexy prospect is just a lot more fun. How many times can I goof on BDon’s favorite player, Matt McLain? McLain’s average is garbage, but he’s on pace for a 25/25 season. There’s value!
Marcus Semien – Kinda same as McLain in that meh average and the other stats are fine. Call them both Mattcus McStain.
Mauricio Dubon – Like a British DJ, you should be asking for Maur-Dub.
Blaze Alexander – “Stop trying to smoke me!” That’s Blaze talking to Cody Bellinger.
Michael Massey – I’m sure he’s not popping ringworm pills, but, let’s just say his numbers look like he is. His HardHit% is way up, likely a small sample size thing, but it’s there. Maybe he can talk to Pasketti, the wet noodle.
Denzer Guzman – Here’s what I said the other day, “Called up by the Angels. Can’t believe they let him go to every level of the minors. They must hate him. He went 12/9/.336 this year in 238 ABs in Triple-A, but it’s inflated, due to league. He has a good shot at regular playing time, because the Angels are hitting Wade Meckler third. I’d count on speed and that’s about it, but worth a flyer in deep leagues.” And that’s me quoting me!
David Hamilton – One of the few guys who is hitting well and makes sense to be hitting 9th. Brewers don’t have room for him at the top of the order. What I don’t understand is why they keep platooning him with awful hitters, but alas. He won’t face lefties.
Heriberto Hernandez – Owen Caissie really isn’t working, and I don’t know if he’ll ever work if he can’t cut his Ks under 40%, but Heriberto, as good as he’s been, he does seem mostly on the short-side of a platoon.
Colton Cowser – The good news with Colton Cowser beyond him being hot is that maybe he can regain his 2024. Ya know, when he was good. Though, the O’s prospect development coach seems to be Benjamin Button.
Andrew Benintendi – His K% jump this year is about as high as I’ve seen in some time. It’s like if the Dodgers’ Max Muncy stopped wearing his glasses.
Jake Mangum – He could go 4/40/.300. In 250 ABs. El oh el. Shame he struggles to stay on the field.
Jung Hoo Lee – JHL isn’t Jet Hopulsion League, it’s the hottest schmotato in the league! Hitting near-.500 over the last three weeks.
Cedric Mullins – Looks like he’s abandoned any semblance of being a good hitter and now is just good for fantasy (speed/power/terrible actual baseball).
Lars Nootbaar – Walking into places and telling them I have a Nootbaar allergy and when they ask, “You mean nut?” I say, “No, allergic to outfielders who have 12-homer power.”
Dominic Canzone – I think it’s pretty cool how the M’s could use offense, and they don’t play one of their best bats. Cool, indeed!
Yohendrick Pinango – Sometimes I wake in the middle of the night and mutter, “Yohendrick Pinango,” and Cougs will tell me the next morning that I was, “Yohendrick Pinango’ing again in my sleep.” Looks like one of the Jays’ bright spots this year, and has a great contact rate and hitting everything hard. If you pick him up, you might find yourself Yohendrick Pinango’ing in the middle of the night, but it’s worth it.
Blake Dunn – You know what’s interesting? Every year the Reds produce a random outfielder or two that no one was drafting. This year it’s likely Bleday, but Dunn’s making a run for this year’s RRO (Random Reds Outfielder).
Braden Montgomery – Already gave you my Braden Montgomery fantasy. It was written while getting the key to the city.
Cole Carrigg – Here’s what I said the other day, “Called up by the Rockies. No one is surprised to see Carrigg. There’s one in every hotel room. “Hello, can you send some Carrigg pods up to room 310? Hmm, we’ll take two Blue Mountains, one Starbucks Lux Blend and two Caramel Mocha Chocolate Ya-Ya Creole Lady Marmalades? I’m on the phone with the front desk! Do you want a Carrigg pod? We can pick them up on the way out. I can put the pods in my Cupp-A-Chino pants with the extra pockets for later.” So, to believe in Carrigg, you have to believe in the Rockies’ ability to develop. Or, I guess, they do develop guys for their first taste of the majors, then disappear in year two. This year, Carrigg went 6/30/.338 in Triple-A with a 10.5 BB% and 15.2 K% in 225 ABs, and that looks like him every step of the way, outside the contact, potentially. Montgomery is a better bat/prospect, but Coors can fix a lot of wrongs. It could be either of them that is better this year.” And that’s me quoting me!
Stephen Kolek – This is a Streamonator call, like the call it makes to the movie theater.
Griffin Jax – This is also a Streamonator call. “I was there yesterday and someone thought I was a garbage and dumped a half-filled soda into my head. You should really put up clear signs to not dump soda into your robot guests.”
Yoendrys Gomez – Seeing Yohendrick Pinango and Yoendrys, and in my head I’m doing the David Letterman bit, “Uma…Oprah…Oprah…Uma…” but making it, “Yohendrick…Yoendrys…Yoendrys…Yohendrick…”
Orlando Ribalta – Is he actually good? I wouldn’t say that, and Clayton ain’t Beeter’ing the allegations!
Keaton Winn – Feels like the Giants change their preferred closer once a week, in theory, but not really. As I keep saying, some of these teams just don’t have closers.
Tony Santillan – It’s a shame Francona isn’t blessed by better options, because he does seem like he really wants one guy to be the closer, which is more than you can say for most teams. Most teams are like, “This guy is good? Sweet, I’ll go with the other guy who isn’t.” Seranthony is a multi-Oscar winner in the SAGNOF category of “Best Supporting Reliever Behind Me Is Better.”
Jacob Webb – Cubs have produced zero saves this year. Slight exaggeration, but barely. Like the slightest of slights. Either way, Webb’s been excellent. As excellent as the new Vince Staples album, Cry Baby? I wouldn’t go that far, this new album is amazing. Webb’s been good though, and is your middle reliever pickup of the week. Or MR POW, as they’re calling it by people who have only seen The Great Escape.
SELL
Vladimir Guerrero Jr. – Ya know what? I’m glad Vladimir Guerrero Sr. had sixteen other Vladimir Guerreros, because it’s time we got a new Vladimir Guerrero. We need a system update. This one is buggy, as in it’s buggy the shizz out of me. What’s the next Vladimir Guerrero’s launch angle like? Because if it’s not up to code, we can skip that Vladimir Guerrero and go right to the next Vladimir Guerrero. This current Vladimir Guerrero, i.e., Vlad Jr. is neutrally a .310 hitter. That’s nice. He’s also on pace for eight homers. I think he’ll hit more, but what the hell are we going to get? 15? One-five?! Fifteen freakin’ homers?! And how many RBIs? 60?! Adam walked out of the Garden of Eden with more ribbies. Vladimir Guerrero Sr. needs to teach his future Vladimir Guerreros upper-cutting way earlier! This is out of control! I wouldn’t sell Vlad Jr. for a license plate frame that says, “I brake for attachment parenting seminars,” but I would go to the Fantasy Baseball Trade Analyzer and explore options.
Thanks
1. yeah 2. damn 3. lose Ragans
12 team, 5×5 roto
Top 2 ranked to fill in for injured JRam? Thanks.
Mead, Meidroth, Emerson, Jung, Duran, Peraza
Mead, Emerson
I would like to play in a league without catchers. The worst. Lost Jeffers and been scrambling ever since. Available: Basallo, Rushing, Kirk, FranAl, Ruiz, Y Diaz
1. Any of these likely to make a longer term impact (H2H)?
2. If streaming the spot, who you got this week?
Basallo 3 @ Sea 3 @ Dodgers 6RHP but tough
Rushing 3 v Rays 3 V Orioles
F Alvarez 3 @ Reds 3 @ Phillies
Kirk 3 @ R Sox 3 @ Cubs
Ruiz 3 v Royals 3 @ Rays
Basallo is a top 10 catcher right now
Head to Head redraft
replacement for j-ram
Royce Lewis or Alec Bohm
Lewis
question. in my 5×5 roto i need pitching. the other guy needs home runs and obp. he offered Miz for either Soto or woo cabano. would you do this for either bat? And which bat would you give up
I’d send Soto for Miz
my man. Love the confidence. Thankyou
No problem
he replied back Yordan. doesnt want Soto. you doing yordan if push comes to shove
Guess so
ROS (limited move league. Fairly deep – 396 players): Betts or Bolte.
Note: Although I’m interested in ROS, I do see that Bolte’s A’s have a full week in Vegas. Brewer says “Betts”
Betts
Speaking of which, I benched him today–in case you’re all wondering why he had a nice game.
Haha
Thanks.
No problem
@Grey: weekly roto. one of these guys for next week. who do yo like?
lodolo – vs nym
bradish – @ sea
soriano – @ ath
gasser – vs cle, @ atl
b young – @ sea, @ lad
thanks!
“like” — I guess Lodolo
Haha…yeah, I know. Not sure if it’s my league but looks like a tough week for streamers.
Grey, the article is about buys/sells but each week there are a bunch of guys in the buy section who are questionable buys if that : in their lone hot streak of the year that could/will end any day, guys about to lose playing time,
ultimate longshots, guys who have proven over time they are borderline, guys you trash… ex Valenzuela, Ribalta, Nootbar, Mullins, Jax, Dunn….
you really think all these guys are Buys?
thx. really. btw lived the reference to Quick Change.. great movie!
People have different sized leagues and needs
Weathers has really struggled lately. would you drop him to pick up Ritchie (it looks like he will probably replace Strider in the rotation)
Yes
Grey- Happy Saturday! I know you have great disdain for Bregman and his bat speed seems like he might be cooked… would you drop for Royce Lewis? Thanks!
Nope
Thanks- frustrated by a league that doesn’t trade. I have Maikel, Braden Montgomery and Stowers on my bench. Starting OF and U is Carroll, Pages, Walker, Bauers. Starting 2B, SS and MI is Otto Lopez, Neto, and Witt. Would you drop any of the bench options to add Royce? Redraft 10 teamer.
Thanks again!
Stowers seems redundant, but I don’t know why you have Braden either
Gotta get Cags in my lineup. Replace him with Adell or Marsh? 5×5 roto.
And is it time to give up on Manny? Thanks!
Marsh — no
Appreciate your wisdom!
No problem
Well, was just offered this:
I get Colt Emerson, Bo Bichette, and his 3rd round pick
I give Manny Machado
Do or do not?
Works for me
@Grey: weekly roto. who do you like for next week?
moreno – 3 vs laa, 3 vs min
rushing – 3 vs tb, 3 vs bal
also,
naylor – 3 vs bal, 3 vs bos
horwirtz – 3 @ ath, 3 @ col
thanks!
Rushing — horwitz
ROS – Keaschall or Lewis?
Royce
Davis Schneider is back after hitting .188 in the minors. He did also draw 24 walks and had an OBP of .550.
Haha I actually saw his bother other day and I thought it was a typo
I was at the Brewer game last night. The Miz hits a record 104.5 MPH & then in the 9th hits 103 MPH with his last 2 pitches all while pitching a complete game & facing the minimum thanks to a double play. It was absolutely GLORIUS!!. Amazing performance topping the game in April where he destroyed the Yanks.
Great Day to be a Brewer fan!
Just hope he holds it together healthwise
Sounds like a good time.
You starting Soroka today in Cincy?
Yes
Hahahaha I just saw there is a pitcher named Shane Drohan, and I’m not messing with him. Sorry if this is a joke rerun it’s super obvious.
Next week which 2 would you start in
a QS league out of Mclean @ Cin
2 start Jones @Ath @Col (yikes)
Bradish @ Sea (he has sucked)
Sasaki vs Baltimore
Mcclanahan @ LAD No thanks why am I adding this.
Or explore waivers
Have a good weekend everyone.
Hahaha == None of these are good…Shane Mc, Roki
Would you trade Framber Valdez for Wilbert Urena or be patient with Valdez?
If you were going to trade Valdez which SP would you suggest trying to get?
Thank you!
Urena isn’t better
Can you please think of a SP to try and get for Valdez or just be patient?
Would you try and trade Valdez for Woo or Sasaki?
Thanks!!
Roki yes
Soroka?
Thanks!!!
No problem
Would you waive Christian Scott to pick up Shane Baz?
Thanks!!!
Sure
Thank you!!!!!
No problem

Great, thanks much. If I could I’d drop Herman here…
haha, No problem
NL 10 team keeper league please rank $6 Lourdes Gurriel, $5 Kyle Karros and &10 Cole Carrig
Cole, Lourdes
Limited transaction league – I have 20 add/drops left – and I’d like to save them for streaming in the playoffs. Currently in 6th (of 12) though, so situation is dicey. My bats are great, but pitching blows. What are your thoughts on a modified Marmol strategy – drop my trash pitchers, keep 3-4 decent arms, and stack RPs? Need to find a way to strategize/game the system right now, and that’s the only thing I can think of that might work. Thoughts? FYI, my best SP is like G. Jump and W. Urena. So, waiver guys.
Makes sense
Jung or Junior? who’s been stuck at 30 RBIs since the price of gas was under a buck.
Caminero
Which bat matches up well with a trade for Grant Taylor ($7) in a dynasty?
Adames $23
Meidroth $4
Brooks Lee $4
Coby Mayo $4
Kaelen Culpepper $3
Cooper Pratt $3
Eli Willits $3
Jefferson Rojas $3
Lee, Mayo or Chase
Please weigh in on each trade idea. Pick a fave if any. Many thanks!
A. Trade away Framber and Kirk for Adley.
B. Framber and Bregman for Machado.
C. Meyer
and Kirk for Goodman
Framber — Machado — Goodman
One down, one to go. I traded Framber and Breg for Machado and T Megill. Megill is actually helpful too.
Working on my catcher issue next. Thanks
No problem
Royce Lewis has 8 hits, 2 HR, and a 5 game streak going.
He has 17 hits, 3 HR, in his other 32 games.
Nice
Who is the start at short, Brooks Lee or Nico Hoerner?
Nico
Drop Pasquantino for carriage
I have Kurtz
What’s up with Vinny?
Sure
Because my OF is made up entirely of waiver wire pickups (and an underperformer I should have listened to you about) I have my 9th OF/Util glut question for you. It’s also a weird 6×6 categories league with OBP and AVG. I appreciate all your past help.
Which 4 of these would you leave on the wire:
Carrigg, Steer, Antonacci, Cags, Bleday, Bauers, Benge, Langford, Eldridge, Bazzana
Thanks as always!
Steer, Antonacci, Eldridge, Bauers
My SP are Cease, Gray, Messick, Gausman, Brown, Tolle, Jones
I was offered The Mis for Gray and Messick.
I take that, right?
Lol AFTER tonight’s start? Slam accept.
Yes, you take it
safe to drop Ryan weathers for a streaming spot or next good pick-up ?
Sure
Kirk and Lawlar sure seem happy to be back!
Yup!
We’ll definitely have a new #1 start.
Odds he goes in the first round next year?
Absolutely
Absolutely
Sasaski 7 runs in the 5th? How does that happen. I know why…I picked him up. My bad luck with pitching never disappoints. Kudos to Treinen for allowing every inherited runner to score.
Yeah, brutal…thanks to Treinen
My two-pronged stream attack of Imai and Littell not quite working the way I hoped it would.
I mean what’s the worst that could happen? That everyone on the Ms tees off on Littell except my JRod and Naylor? Impossible!
Hahaha
Not great!
Misiorowski is just insane tonight
Incredible
Gave up 1 hit, embarrassing!
Awful!
Please rank ROS: Carrigg, Noelvi, Caglianone, Marsee. Thx and happy weekend
Cag, Carrigg
Who do I drop? Dynasty league.
Meidroth, Brooks Lee, Mayo, Kerry Carpenter, O’Hearn
Mayo
Yordan Alvarez with 2 HR & 6 RBI.
Not a bad… uh, 1st inning?
He’s on pace for 18 HR and 54 RBI this game
Is that good?
Barry Bonds type ish.
Hahaha
He’s no DeLino DeShields.
Haha
3rd AB just a single. He sucks.
He’s going for the cycle.
Hahaha
Crazy
Hahaha
Would you want more than Rasmussen for Soda? Or is it a fair offer?
Sounds fair
With Colt Keith becoming the 77th player with a Slam & Legs this season, I decided to check which of the 77 are lowest on the Player Rater:
1001 Jake Fraley
966 Nick Allen
922 Francisco Lindor
809 Royce Lewis
708 Wade Meckler
679 Endy Rodriguez
620 Joey Wiemer
613 Kyle Isbel
605 Isiah Kiner-Falefa
588 Isaac Collins
579 Colt Keith
Haha this is awesome! Fraley will be hard to beat!
Kenny Jansen or newly named closer Caleb Kilian going forward?
Jansen
If you don’t need SB would you rather have Yandy or Acuna?
Acuña who? Ronald? Yes him
Grey: I’m trolling for another closer in a 12 team roto with OBP and QS. With Carrig joining the Rockies, would it make sense to drop T. Johnston and pick up Yoendrys Gomez who has the CL job, Clayton Beeter, who seemingly has the Closer Job or Elvis Alvarado who should have the CL job in Oakland. Johnston is an OBP and doubles god but not much else. If I have to go the trade route, I might target Jacob Latz. What level of bat or pitcher would make sense?
Yoendrys
Maybe a 2nd outfielder? Mid-tier corner or middle man
Winds out to dead center at a helpful 9 mph in Vegas with Rockies pitching in town. Let’s feast A’s bat owners.
LFG!
Brent Rooker on the IL because the fantasy gods have forsaken me QQ
Never again Rooker
10 tm league. Have 5 guys on IL in 3 slots. Don’t have a healthy catcher. Is Will Smith the drop or one of my SP? Or hold? Catching options are Hicks, Basallo, Rushing…
C- empty
1B- Naylor
2B- Schmitt
3B- Jazz
SS- Hoerner
OF- Captain Woo Cubano, Wood, Walker
UTIL- Jung, Jac
IL/Bn- Elly, Acuna, Will Smith
SP- Ohtani, Kirby, Rasmussen, King, Weathers, Strider, B. Miller, McClanahan
RP- Seward, Scott, Hader, Latz
IL/Bn- Glasnow, E. Diaz
Lose Smith for Hicks
thanks Grey!
No problem
Hi Grey
Are you starting Bryce Miller today @ WSH?
Im in a 14-team h2h categories league scoring HR, Hold, ERA, WHIP, K/9, Quality Starts, Net Saves.
Thanks my friend.
Yes
Batty call for the evening:
Vaughn vs. Painter (Bulk) in Milwaukee
Bolte vs.some Rockies scrub in Vegas
Pasquatch vs Imai in KC
Cole Young vs. Littell in DC
Who do you like?
Bolte
I’m with it, thanks
No problem
Taylor Ward or McLain?
Braden Montgomery better than either or both?
Ward, Braden, McLain
Got it. Thanks!
Have a great weekend!
you too!
Hey Grey. What are your thoughts on Roki Sasaki? Do you think he has finally turned the corner? Are you starting him tonight at the White Sox?
I think he’s turned the corner. I would start him
That splitter has been amazing.
It has!
Have to drop Jacob Young or Frelick for Lawlar. Great in HRs, RBI’s and AVG. Middle of the pack in HR’s and SB’s. Which one?
Frelick
McLain and Carrigg available in my league.
Who’s the grab in a 10-team weekly roto?
My OF is solid and my 2B and MI is currently occupied with Schmitt at 2B, Emerson or Maikel at MI.
McLain
McLain or Gleyber?
McLain
Do you think Like for R. Suarez is a fair swap?
Do you think R. Suarez is a top 30ish pitcher the rest of the way? Or close to it?
Thanks!
That’s Ranger, I guess there are two R. Suarez.
Are you saying Lile? I’d take Ranger — top 40ish sure
Yes, autocorrect, thank you. I saw your Lile sleeper post, is it safe to say he won’t live up to your expectations and that he won’t be a top 120 guy next year/keeper in a 12 team mixed league for next year?
I like Lile, I just like Ranger more
Borderline 120, possibly…maybe higher, still half a year left
Thank you, much appreciated. Another ower has expressed interest in Grisham as well. Do you think Lile above Grisham for this year and next year?
Prefer Lile
Thanks again
No problem
Add? Coby Mayo, Jacob Young, BLAZE, Canzone, Gleybar Torres, Durbin, Meckler, David Hamilton
Needs? I guess Mayo
HEy Hey, Grey!
Isn’t Pagan on his way back to being Francona’s guy in a few weeks?
Also, do you think E Sheehan is worth a roster spot? I think you recently said you’re not as in on him as you once were or something, but I’m just trying to decide if I should keep holding out or just use the spot to stream or grab a guy like Mize, who is available to me.
LURVEYAAS!
I’d go Mize — lurves!
Thankyasurveyas! And do you know anything about Pagan returning? Will he reclaim the role?
I’d guess he’s the e closer upon return but I haven’t heard when that is
Holds and saves separate cats. 12 teamer, H2H. My staff is Wheeler, Cease, Ryan, Eovaldi, Meyer, Cameron, B Brown, Framber.
Would you do any of these deals? Favorite?
1. Send Framber and Cameron for Gausman and Keller.
2. Send Framber and Brown
3. Send Brown and Cameron
1
What are your thoughts on a pitcher making his major league debut vs the A’s…in Vegas?
I know you weren’t asking me, Vin, but my thought is that I hope that A’s activate Jacob Wilson in the next 6 hours so that I can get him into my lineup with Kurtz and Gelof :-)
Sounds pretty stupid. At least we all know that already and won’t do it. I don’t even know who it is haha.
Sounds terrible!
haha. OK, I won’t add him.
Sometimes you have to put your foot down on streaming.
Haha
Why are they even playing there, sounds like stupid*** ¢¢¢¢¢. Dummies. At least there will be home runs.
Actively hoping for mariners to fail bc theyre dumb enough to play refsnyder and his .160 over canzone…bud black level of incompetence.
McClain or Hoerner ros?
Lose M.Boyd for M.Abel?
I hate it! Ha… Nico…I’d want Boyd
So….. what did you do to Woo? (angry face emoji)
Hold and pray
McLain or Maikel?
McLain
Winn over Holderman in a SV+HOLDS league?
Nah
Hey Grey,
Friday once again, cheers.
Standard 5X5 Yahoo prize league. My team needs pitching (have Joe Ryan, Logan Webb, McLean, Yesavage, Gore, Tolle, Weathers, May with Abel on the IL). I have 44 points total from my bats and 32.5 from my arms and sit tied for 3rd place, 2.5 out of first. I’m most desperate for Wins actually…I’m currently tied for 11th, but I’m midpack in ERA (7th) and WHIP (5th).
I’ve been proposed his Skenes + Dansby for my Jordan Walker and Miguel Vargas. I just lost Acuna to the IL (again), but otherwise I have Vlad, Sal Stewart, Langford, Vinnie Pasq, Neto, Rooker, Wetherholt, McGonigle, and Seiya.
I’m inclined to accept this, but what say you? Two (valuable, so far) waiver wire acquisitions for the second pitcher off the board?
Sounds fair, would lean Walker but if you need pitching then go for it
Pls rank Lara, Carrigg, Noelvi and Antonacci
Carrigg, Lara
Keeper league, my team has much better pitching than hitting. Would you consider trading Chase Burns for Sal Stewart? Both players are same salary scenario, could keep them both for next five years cost controlled. Stewart sticking at 3B or at least getting 10 games a year there would be important for the deal. Thoughts?
It’s fair, bat>arm
What order would you take ROS?
Harrison, Ryan, Hancock,
Ryan, Harrison
Ryan’s harry hancock?
Hey Grey!
10tm H2H redraft
Acuna Jr just out on 10IL. Who you like best to replace OF for 10 days?
Caglianone? Braden Montgomery? Carrigg? Yohendrick? (lol, he reminds me of Jermajesty).
also, if Lara gets activated, does he replace your choice?
Thanks and have a GREAT day!
Braden…nah on Lara unless you just need steals
Sounds fun, will do! Gracias!
No problem
Yohendrick sounds fake. Some people are dumb.
