Happy Labor Day to all the women currently in labor. And to Tony Blair’s political party. And to my High School gym teacher who called every janitor Manual Labor. Together, you have made this world a better place. Okay, less so my gym teacher. Though, as a guy who also goes to work in shorts, I salute you. With a holiday that is mostly about a day off from work, teams did some work yesterday expanding their rosters by one hitter and one pitcher. Member when they’d expand to 40 men? We’d say rosters went from an oil can of Fosters to a St. Ideas and howl in laughter. There would be so many guys no one heard of. Now there’s guys who no one’s heard of playing for the White Sox. Any hoo! One of the biggest call-ups is the Guards’ Kyle Manzardo (2-for-3 and and his 1st and 2nd homer). He looks like a poor man’s Josh Naylor, which is a little odd since they have the real thing. You don’t mash the tomatoes and make homemade ketchup when you have Heinz in the cabinet. Manzardo went 20/3/.267 in Triple-A in 83 games, after flaming out in the majors earlier this year. He’s still only 24 with potential, but unless he’s getting regular at-bats, there’s not much here for weekly leagues. Pick him up if you need a corner infidel with power if you’re in a daily league and can switch him out when he’s not playing, if it’s not too much labor for you. Anyway, here’s what else I saw this weekend in fantasy baseball:

Alex Cobb – 6 IP, 0 ER, 2 hits, zero walks, 6 Ks, ERA at 2.76. Was throwing a perfect game through six innings, and I thought to myself, “Self, why the hell didn’t you stream him?” And self said back, “Dude, are you okay? You’re talking to yourself.” Streamonator hates his next one and I agree.

Jose Ramirez – 2-for-5, 2 runs and his 34th homer, hitting .275. JoRam is gonna hit 40 homers this year, and still be underrated! Also, no one talks about him in the MVP discussion.

Andres Gimenez – 1-for-5 and his 7th homer, and 2nd homer in three games. And-Gim isn’t just a middle schooler listing his favorite classes!

Luis L. Ortiz – 6 IP, 0 ER, 1 hit, 3 walks, 5 Ks, ERA at 3.19 vs. Matthew Boyd – 6 IP, 1 ER, 4 hits, zero walks, 8 Ks, ERA at 2.38. This matchup was billed as, “If you rostered them, they’d both give up a bazillion runs. Since you don’t, they’re both aces.” They both have 7-ish K/9, Boyd’s slightly more interesting, but barely, and only if the matchup is right.

Aroldis Chapman – 1 IP, 0 ER, ERA at 3.48, and the save on Saturday. Shit-the-Bednar was removed from the closer role. Pirates said, “We made the mistake of having a guy close games with ‘Shit-the-Bed’ in his name, so that’s prolly on us.” Would add Aroldis Chapman anywhere I needed saves.

Coby Mayo – 1-for-2, 1 run as he was recalled. We love Mayo, and not just because this white bread needs something. With Urias hitting the IL, Mayo could see ABs. Worth a pick up for a corner infidel power bat.

Zach Eflin – 7 IP, 1 ER, 5 baserunners, 9 Ks, ERA at 3.60, and this start was in Coors. Not to sound like the CIA in Cuba doing psychological warfare, but we must dismantle every humidor.

Reid Detmers – Called up by the Angels. First the Angels call up Johnny Cueto, and now Detmers? Damn, they’re gonna look so good for the 2019 season!

Caden Dana– 6 IP, 2 ER, 6 baserunners, 4 Ks as he was called up. Dana, you might know from being your high school sweetheart, and Caden was the boy you had with Dana when you were 19. By the by, Dana was born in 2003, Rich Hill debuted in 2005. I sorta half-mentioned Dana the other day because I get lazy sometimes. Nothing says not lazy like quoting someone else, so here’s Itch’s thoughts, “A prototypical innings-eater type at 6’4” 215 lbs with easy velocity and three off-speed pitches, Dana repeats his delivery well and commands his arsenal with a deftness beyond his years. In 68.1 innings across two levels, he recorded a 3.56 ERA and 1.19 WHIP with 89 strikeouts. Should open this season in Double-A and next season on some sleeper lists, and I’d put Grey in a sleeper hold from which he would never wake.” Not cool. Between Dana and Sam Aldepizza, Angels have interesting arms (which they will turn into Detmers or one of their other dozen pitching prospects that never panned out).

Tommy Pham – 2-for-5 as he was claimed by the Royals, and hit leadoff. Taking a guy who couldn’t crack it on a few loser teams, then putting him at leadoff on a playoff-contending team is pure Galaxy Brain with Shiny New Toy Syndrome. Also, with Tommy in KC, I could see a scenario where Pham loses his fantasy football week and accosts Mahomes.

Bobby Witt Jr. – 1-for-4 and his 30th homer, 2nd homer in two games. Absolutely winning the AL MVP! (If he hits 25 homers in September.)

Yuli Gurriel – 1-for-3, 1 RBI. Traded to the Royals. He should take over a bunch of ABs for the injured Vinnie Pasketti, and Pham said he’s a good fantasy football commissioner.

Cole Ragans – 5 IP, 5 ER, ERA at 3.46. I broke a cardinal rule — no, “trade a bad outfielder to make them good” is a Cardinals’ rule — my cardinal rule I broke was I traded for a guy who I said was a schmohawk, and Ragans has been so lackluster since.

Yusei Kikuchi – 7 IP, 1 ER, 5 hits, zero walks, 12 Ks, ERA at 4.24. Love how everyone is genuinely convinced there’s nothing weird going on that Kikuchi became an ace after going to the Astros. [whistling] Ho-hum, nothing to see here.

Yordan Alvarez – 2-for-4 and his 29th and 30th homer. Happy for him to reach His Bare Minimum.

Tarik Skubal – 8 IP, 1 ER, 4 hits, zero walks, 8 Ks, ERA at 2.51. Got no skin in the game here. Don’t roster Skubal anywhere, won’t next year because he’ll be too pricey. With that said, they should shut him down.

Spencer Torkelson – 1-for-3, 2 RBIs and his 8th homer. Been a schmotato for a minute, but an Urban Dictionary minute which is more time than a minute.

Riley Greene – 1-for-4, 2 RBIs and his 20th homer. Still like Riley, so don’t take this the wrong way, but the Tigers are where fantasy value goes to die.

Steven Matz – Activated from the IL. Opposing hitters gotta be excited about that!

Jordan Walker – 5-for-5, 4 runs, 3 RBIs and a slam (1) and legs (1). Okay, but if he hits 27 homers in September, everyone’s gonna look so stupid for not drafting him! He’s supposedly going to play every day in September. Not sure why the Cards thought that was a good idea now and not, like, 19 months ago. I could see grabbing him, because I do still think he’s crazy talented.

Luken Baker – 1-for-3, 2 RBIs and his 2nd homer. He is an all-power guy, who might hit .210, if he’s lucky. It is extremely comical how Marmol thinks that’s a two-hole hitter.

Jasson Dominguez – Was not called up. He’s hitting .383 with a 1.039 OPS in his last 14 games, but the Yankees can get an extra draft pick after the 1st round in 2026 if he wins the 2025 AL ROY. A potential extra draft pick in roughly 20 months is obviously more important than winning now. Instead, the Yanks brought back Anthony Rizzo.

Giancarlo Stanton – 2-for-3 and his 24th homer. Thank you, Gian, may I have another?

Nestor Cortes – 4 IP, 5 ER, ERA at 4.08. Mr. Unreliable is Cortes and not just something that sounds like a Counting Crows song.

Jake Fraley – 1-for-3 and his 4th homer, as he was activated from the IL. If you saw Fraley has four homers on the year, you might think he’s been on the IL for a long time. Well, you’d be wrong! He’s played in almost 100 games this year. “Home runs are way down, huh?” That’s Jake Fraley commenting on Jake Fraley.

Willy Adames – 1-for-5 and his 28th homer. Can we all take a quick moment to bow our heads and pray the Brewers win the World Series because I bet they would? Solemnly, “Amen.”

Randal Grichuk – 3-for-5, 3 runs, 4 RBIs and his 6th homer, and 2nd homer in three games, but not the DBags’ last three games, so you have to play platoons for the schmotato.

Eugenio Suarez – 2-for-5, 2 runs, 2 RBIs and his 22nd homer. Wouldn’t want any part of the DBags’ offense if you’re streaming a potential steamer.

Lourdes Gurriel Jr. – Will undergo an MRI on his left calf. Perhaps the universe can only handle one Gurriel.

Michael Harris II – 1-for-5  and his 9th homer, hitting .245. Megahertz has mega hurt fantasy teams this year.

Spencer Schwellenbach – 5 2/3 IP, 2 ER, 6 baserunners, 2 Ks, ERA at 3.69. Strider’s due back almost the same time as Schwellenbach is due to be shut down with elbow soreness from overwork this year. What a coinkydink!

Zebby Matthews – 2 IP, 9 ER, ERA at 7.41. Hey, do you mind if I leave my Diet Cherry Cola on the bar of this al-Qaeda-run bar and grill? Thanks! Need to hit the head!…[four hours later]…is that guy feeding my liver to his iguana? AHHHH!!! Roofie!!!

Bailey Ober – 6 IP, 1 ER, 1 hit, 3 walks, 8 Ks, ERA at 3.95. Not a bad start, said Mr. Obvious as he picked up the hammer and saw, but three walks from Ober tells me he’s not actually okay. Next start @KC might be a disaster.

Royce Lewis – 1-for-3, 2 runs, 3 RBIs and his 16th homer in 12 games. He homered off Chad Green (1 IP, 3 ER, ERA at 2.17) in the 8th inning. Green was in the game because the Jays’ manager John Schneider is a literal moron.

Ernie Clement – 2-for-5, 2 runs and a slam (11) and legs (11). Having a nice 2nd half and he has OCD, so easy to root for!

Griffin Conine – 2-for-4 and his 1st homer on Saturday. Conine is a Quad-A player with power, who might not hit .200, who was called up by the Marlins. You can call him, Nepo Baby.

Logan Webb – 6 IP, 6 ER, ERA at 3.43. Against the MIA Marlins? Losing your shizz vs. a team who is hitting Kyle Stowers (1-for-4, 3 RBIs, 3rd homer) leadoff is just so sad.

Sean Manaea – 7 IP, 0 ER, 4 baserunners, 5 Ks, ERA at 3.35. Starting September off right, and talk about consistent, his previous six months’ ERAs: 3.07, 3.27, 5.40, 2.70, 3.52. About as steady as they come.

Garrett Crochet – 3 1/3 IP, 1 ER, ERA at 3.61. I don’t know, starting a guy who should be shut down to avoid your 107th loss feels slightly dumb.

Cody Bradford – 7 IP, 2 ER, 4 hits, zero walks, 8 Ks, ERA at 3.21. Ya know what he could be next year? Seth Lugo this year.

Josh Jung – 2-for-5, 3 RBIs and his 5th homer. Someone check in on Bruce Bochy’s giant medulla oblongata to see if he’s still paying attention, because, while Josh H. Smith (1-for-5, 1 RBI) was fine when Jung first returned, he’s hitting around .215 since August 1st and there’s no reason Smith should be hitting third and Jung down at sixth.

Jackson Merrill – 1-for-5, 2 RBIs and his 21st homer. If you drafted Merrill before Langford in March, you would’ve been committed to a Crackers Factory, and burnt at a stake now for being a witch.

Shane Baz – 5 IP, 2 ER, 5 baserunners, 5 Ks, ERA at 3.49. Streamonator projected him for a 5 1/3 IP, 2 ER, 6 baserunners, 4 Ks. Geez, a full 1/3 IP, strikeout and a baserunner off!

Ryan Pepiot – 3 IP, 3 ER, 8 baserunners, 4 Ks, ERA at 3.76, as he was pulled with 89 pitches. Elias Sports Bureau said, “89 pitches in three innings gotta be some kinda record, but our files were corrupted when a can of La Croix exploded.”

Javier Assad – 6 IP, 3 ER, 10 baserunners, 4 Ks, ERA at 3.21. He hasn’t given up more than 3 ER since June 23rd. Cust kayin’.

Pete Crow-Armstrong – 3-for-5, 2 runs. Be careful of the Cubs (and DBags). Lately been acting like the 1927 Cubs. Hmm, that year doesn’t exactly work for the Cubs.

Darren Baker – 1-for-1, as he pinch-hit. That’s right, Dusty Baker’s son was called up by the Nats. Or rather, he was carried up to meet the MLB team by JT Snow.

If Cal Raleigh gets another 30 HR season next year he will be top 10 all time for Mariners. Would legit be top 5 for them if he could get to 190. At 87 which is top 20 in franchise history and then a bunch within striking distance.

It really is.

Speaking of sad but things we all knew to be true, Tucker had a fracture?

Latest On Kyle Tucker
September 2nd, 2024 at 5:30pm CST • By Darragh McDonald
Astros outfielder Kyle Tucker hasn’t played in a big league game since fouling a ball off his leg on June 3. The club placed him on the 10-day injured list shortly thereafter, listing his injury as a right shin contusion, and it seemed like a short absence was possible. But weeks gradually turned into months without much progress being made towards a return and now Chandler Rome of The Athletic reports that Tucker suffered a fractured shin, even though it was never framed that way to reporters.

As noted by Rome, the club has described the injury using terms such as a “deep bruise of the bone” or a “shin contusion” but never used the word “fracture”. As recently as Saturday, general manager Dana Brown responded in the negative when asked if Tucker had a fracture, though he seemed to cop to it today.

“After several rounds of medical imaging, we suspect there was some type of small fracture,” Brown said this morning. “As with all injuries of this type, once the fracture heals it takes time for the muscles around the leg to regain strength. Tuck has worked extremely hard to get back on the field and thankfully is ready now to help us in September and in the postseason.”

Hey Grey,

Weekly lineup league and I have a hole at 1B. I have a bye this week so I am looking ahead to next week. Tori from The Challenge has already said once Walker comes back Bell will be on the short side of a platoon with Joc, with occasional starts at 1B against select righties. So I’m just looking for the best option to accumulate the most amount of consistent ABs for the next week but also beyond hopefully if I advance.

Bell (5 games 2 vs TEX, 3 vs MIL)
Jonah Bride (7 games 3@PIT, 4@WSH)
Rizzo (7 games 3vs KC, 4 vs BOS)
Manzardo (7 games 3@CWS, 4 vsTB)
Andres Chaparro (6 games 2vs ATL, 4vs MIA, has played 17 of the 18 games since his call-up)
Nolan Schanuel (6 games 3@MIN, 3vs HOU)
France (6 games 3@STL, 3@MIN)

Thanks!

OK, this is going to make me sound like a real wanker.

Mostly I come here to moan and complain, as some readers may be aware. Why is this guy so bad, such-and-such is 1/19 this week etc and so on. Any reasonable observer would conclude that my team is terrible. And, at times, some individuals have been.

However, what the rest of my roster has been doing is winning my last 7 matchups of the regular season, helping me to climb from 9th and no lock to even get the 6th (and final) playoff spot, to second and a first-round bye in the playoffs.

As Joe Walsh so keenly observed, I can’t complain, but sometimes I still do.

As much as we prioritise hitting round here, it’s starting pitching that’s kept me afloat – Gilbert (6th rd), Keller (10th), Miller (14th), Kutter (21st) have been great, snagged Lugo off the wire (traded him eventually), grabbed Wacha, a few good streams etc. Gausman in the 4th was a bit of a dud, but swapped him for Pablo which has worked out mostly well.

Still three weeks for it all to fall apart, though!

Happy Labor Day Grey! Hope you’re enjoying some day games!!

NL-Only H2H w/OBP

A) I’m 7 games ahead of the 3rd place team (also own the tie breaker), so it’s really likely for me to be the money again for the regular season purse, and my team is looking pretty good going into the playoffs. I continue to appreciate the great content you put together.

B) Drop McCray over one of Ortiz/Tena? I need to lose one with Walker due back this week.

C) —

D) Please rank the top 4 for the final 3 weeks from: Lynn, Parker, Pérez, Megill, Matz, and Wicks. If Smith-Shawver was brought up, would you give him a shot over any of the 4?

Thank you!!

The steals thing is his in his head. It is playing up a lot and you can see him trying to setup a throw for his C instead of just worrying about the AB.

Also, there is no way Emmanuel Rivera beard is real. Looks so fake.

Serious question: is this the worst weekly roto move in history? I played Jonah “3 for 22” Bride over Lawrence “The Second Coming of Babe Ruth” Butler last week.

Not sure what kind of Pretzel Logic I was using, but as for my chances of winning my league, it’s now safe to say “Those days are gone forever, over a long time ago.”

Well in 2002 my dad in his weekly H2H benched Shawn Green before his 4 HR game. He still tells the story every year how “this 50 HR .300 guy year before was being a frickin bum and was hitting .230 with 3-4 HR. IN MAY! IT WAS ALMOST JUNE! So I benched him. Then he busted out a can of whoop ass on my bench. Got like 8 HR that week.”

Not sure if that makes you feel any better but definitely in running for rough move.

Grey, thanks—infinitely—for all the work this year and every year. I’ll need to activate Walker, Tucker, and Albies off the IL in coming days (weeks?), so I’m going to have to drop either Caminero or Holliday. It’s a keeper league, but we only keep 6—I have Tucker, Albies, Elly, Seager, and Wood as locks. Who would you prefer between Caminero and Holliday ROS, with slight weight on the fact that they’ll be considered for final keeper spot?

Different league same question. Cuts this time are yoshida, y diaz, j lowe. Needs are the same obp, r, rbi, sb (always need them but lost hamilton so I don’t think I am.making up a point there).

For me the cuts are always the hardest except Harris. I am done with him forever. It feels like a much needed divorce. Thanks

Tell me if you agree. I think I am going to add melendez (c/of) and cut harris. I saw your buy on Friday. I also need rbi. My logic is that he may be the guy who gets those rbi that vinnie was getting. He has positive career splits in 2nd half. His obp while not good has been better lately and it is at least equal to harris on the season. Mj won’t steal but Harris hasn’t been either.

Are we starting Wacha at home against the Guards today? The robot is iffy and so am I.

Also, which of these schmoes at 2B: BLowe, Holliday, Norby, or Colt Keith? Probably need HRs, maybe AVG

Nice timing. As I watched the Atl game yesterday, I said to myself that I am going to l say something about how $hitty Harris has been this year. He was bad before the injury and is just as bad after returning. He has been a huge drain on my obp all year. There isn’t a pitch that he doesn’t like to swing at. Over 41% of the pitches he swings at are out of the zone.

He is up their hacking at every pitch he sees, 56% swing%. He homered yesterday but he ends up 1 for 5. He has a .289 obp. He hasn’t stolen a bag since May 27 either.

Jasson Dominguez is already fine for Rookie qualification for 2025 AL ROY EVEN if he is called up now, meaning amount of at bats he can get now won’t block 2025 rookie ROY potential. So in reality Yankees look even worse not calling him up.

I have Dominguez using up a roster spot. Yankees want him to play everyday if/when he is called up. So by next week he could come up and play everyday and still be below the 130 by the end of the regular season. I thought I heard that in order for him to play in the post season he would have had to been called up before September 1. I think I’m gonna wait until Sunday to see if he gets the call. If not, I drop him. So in regards to his at-bat limit to retain rookie status, do you know if that pertains also to post season at bats (if he is allowed to play)?

I know, I need to drop one to add a two-start pitcher for tomorrow – I play a guy that punts saves so I need volume. Will drop Pepiot for Ryne Nelson.

But maybe I should drop Stroman for Albert Suarez’s start against the White Sox? It’s a question of whether you’d rather have three starts (Stroman + two player adds left for rest of the week) or two starts (Suarez + one add left).

Corbin (@Mia,@Pit), Keller (Was), Gore (@Mia), Baz (@Bal), Fedde (@Mil), Herz (@Pit), Diaz (Bo’s, Cin), Kimbrel (Chw, Tb).

I already have Skubal, Imanaga, D Williams in my line up.

I need 5 of the above and I am thinking: Corbin (pitching well and 2 turns), Gore, Keller (but unsure as he is a guaranteed 3 earned runs a game), Baz, and Fedde.

Who would be your 5?

Also, I have Austin Wells (@Tex, @Chc) in C over O’Hoppe (Lad, Tex). Do you agree?

Also, my OF open position is either Butler (Sea, Det), Noel (@Kc, @Nyy), Langford (Laa, Nyy), Wood (@Mia, @Pit).

I need only 1 of the above and leaning towards Butler just bc he has been so hot. Only thinking of Woof bc of matchups. What would you do?

Hey Grey! Missed round 2 of my h2h playoffs by a couple runs and .02 obp, so now thinking keepers! $260, Keep 5 forever, obp ops instead of AVG, QS, 3 outfielders and 2 UTL (no MI or CI).

After Witt, which other 4 are you keeping?

$20 Witt

$29 Kyle Tucker
$5 James Wood (12.3 walk rate!)
$5 Doyle
$18 Jazz (3B elig)
$5 Neto
$5 Fitzgerald
$5 Turang
$5 Woodruff (would go for ~$35 if looks himself in spring)
$5 ReyLo
$5 Gil

Thanks!

Thanks! That’s the fun and heartbreak of H2H! At trade deadline I sent Yordan to the guy who beat me in a package for Witt…both guys put up 5 HR against their former league owner but the 2 yesterday from Yordan were the official nail.

Thanks! That’s the list I had penciled in too. jazz in NY for a full season should be chefs kiss.

Keeper question. We keep 8 (Lindor is expensive – $27; others ~ $7). Who doesn’t make it? 33 player roster ($260 budget)
(7 definite – I think).
Lindor ($27)
Westburg ($9)
Casas ($7)
Caminero ($7)
Crews ($6)
Skenes ($6)
Vientos ($6)

Other (Keep 1, or bump someone from above).
Soto ($50)
Altuve ($35)
Naylor ($11)
Turang ($8)
Jordan Walker ($6)
Bowden Francis ($6)
Schwellenbach ($6)

I’m leaning keeping Francis or Schwell for my 8th (depends on September performance). Your opinion?

Who do you like this week? H2H, Points, -1 for K

O’Hearn 3 v CHW, 3 v TB (all RHPs)
K. Carpenter 3 @ SD, 3 @ OAK (5 RHPs, 1 LHP)
Crow-Armstrong 3 v PIT, 3 v NYY
Kiner-Falafa 3 @ CHC, 4 v WAS

Hittertron likes Kiner-Falafa, but it has liked him for about a month and it hasn’t panned out (likewise for Yandy Diaz all season). Crow Armstrong is red hot, O’Hearn has nice match ups, and Carpenter is hot but will probably sit versus the LHP.

Thank you for all your help, as always (daiquiri graphs!).

Hello Grey and Happy Labor Day! Thanks to you and your advice, I’m in the Playoffs in both my leagues. Not super strong teams, but we shall see.

So, who are we starting for our last OF spot and Util spot out of McCarthy, M. Harris and Pete the Crow in our Yahoo H2H Points League.

Thanks.

Jordan Walker also stole his first base of the season yesterday, so it was a slam-and-legs day. His batting average was .143 coming in to yesterday’s game and his 5-for-5 day raised it by 52 points to .195, lol. Love small sample sizes. Are you still as excited about Jordan Walker as you were when you wrote your sleeper post on him? He’s still just 22 years old and has not yet played a full season in MLB (144 games total, 117 last year and 27 this year).

Happy Labor Day Grey!

Now is when the rubber meets the road. Bohm out last few games with a hand issue. Up and down production and talk that he may be back Tuesday but weekly lineups lock today. My other options are to start either Noel or Burleson. In other words, I’m starting two of the three (1B and CI). Main worry with Burleson is him losing ABs if they are starting Walker every game, Burleson came off bench yesterday.

2nd lineup question: Crews or McCarthy?

Last my pitching rotation: Houck at Mets or Baz at Baltimore? Other options are Bradley home vs Minnesota or Ranger Suarez @Miami, but Ranger didn’t go even 5 innings last outing and the Phillies may be babying him here in preparation for playoffs.

Thanks again for all your help all year! Hoping I’ll need it one more time for the final!

Similar situation with Bohm at 1B this week playoffs. Grabbed O’Hearn v 6 RHP/ home this week. Not taking the chance with Bohm.

Hey Grey – A few questions for OPS league.

1.) Jeffers (4@TB, 3 @KC) or Amaya (3 vs PIT, 3 vs NYY)
2.) Norby (2 vs WSH, 4 vs PHI) or B Lowe (4 vs MIN, 3 @ BAL)
3.) Mayo (3 vs CWS, 3 vs TB,) DeJong (3 vs CLE, 3 vs MIN,) IKF (3 @ CHC, 4 vs WSH,) McKinstry (3 @ SD, 3 @ OAK) or Edman (1 @ ARI, 2 @ LAA, 3 vs CLE)
4.) Don’t start Torkelson (3 @ SD, 3 @ OAK) over LuBob or Seiya, right?
5.) Patrick Corbin (@MIA, @ PIT) or Blanco (vsARI)

Thanks!

Hey man I’m still alive thanks for asking! I’m glad to keep reading razz this late in the season. I just stopped asking questions is all. I played with myself and not with u I hope that is ok! I know ur rly into the shitwolves and every fantasy team u answer questions for. With the brainpower to memorize lineups!

Anyway I figure I’m in playoffs so maybe I’ll ask some questions today for starting my weekly lineup. 5×5 OBP over avg and net svs/hlds

Question 1) Muncy or Eugenio for 3B
2) Mason Miller or Kopech for my final RP slot Miller just pitched 31 and blew up last night so I was leaning Kopech
3) I need to sit 3 of James Wood, Chourio, Merrill, Tyler Oneal, Randy Arozerena or Oneal cruz START 3 SIT 3!

TY LOVE

Mornin’ & Happy Bison-Ten Yell Day!

My team absolutely popped the bed last week and dropped me 2 spots in the standings because of it. Need some matrix-style help (Happy Birthday Keanu) to come back this week and secure playoffs.

Few questions for ya to help me do that:
12-team, 6×6 (OBP & QS).

W. Langford = hold or cut bait? – hitting ~.200 (less this last week) and only 2 HR’s in the last 30 days)

ERod = same question. – starting today v. LAD, but ain’t no way I’m trotting him out there.

Bobby Miller = feels like I’ve asked you about him no less than 5 times… didn’t look terrible v. BAL & gets LAA next. Feels like a “hold” thoughts?

Thanks as always!

Thank you & I just realized the autocorrect changed “pooped” to “popped”. Not entirely sure how you pop a bed now that waterbeds are nearly extinct.

Anyway, thanks again and good luck to ya as well!
