Bit like Edman in that respect, and much like him, why is Acuña not playing? That goes back to not knowing what we don’t know. His path to playing time looks obvious, then we get a week into the season and he’s platooning out of the nine hole. There is absolutely a chance where Tilbaby hits well in April and is hitting 2nd by May 1st between Soto and Lindor as the Mets need to shake up their lineup as they are 1-21 in April. |
