When it comes to fantasy baseball, perhaps our “virtuous” actions are the little parts of the grind – the FAAB, the examining underlying data, the listening to podcasts obsessively (or is that just me). When it comes to actual baseball, perhaps the “virtuous” actions are the little details that players work to correct to take a weakness and turn it into a strength. In both cases, the likely karmic consequence will be increased competitiveness, possibly more money, and a level of contentment with the commitment to getting better.

Top 100 Hitters: The Full Story

Over the last three weeks, we’ve taken this list apart piece by piece. The foundation came first with the elite bats who carry fantasy lineups and soak up first-round draft capital. Then we moved through the roster builders, the category specialists, and the volatile upside plays that can tilt a standings column when things break right. Now it’s time to put the whole thing together. Today we release the full Top 100 Hitters for the 2026 fantasy baseball season. One list. One board. The entire player pool stacked from top to bottom. Seeing the rankings in full always tells a slightly different story than reading them in weekly tiers. You start to notice where positions thin out, where the power pockets live, and which players sit right on the edge between “target” and “someone else can take that risk.” So with that said, here it is. The complete Top 100 Hitters for 2026, giving us our final board before draft season fully takes over.

Angels SS Zach Neto 39.9
Neto might be paying a price for being on the Angels, and that’s not totally unwarranted given that runs and RBI might be hard to find. Still, he hit 26 homers and stole 26 bases while batting .257 in his age 24 season on a team with little lineup protection. He’s going after a trio of first basemen in Matt Olson, Rafael Devers, and Bryce Harper, and I totally understand that impulse to take the safest bats you can find. I just prefer the five-category contributions of a guy like Neto, who’s going almost ten spots higher than this in the NFBC: 30.37 since March 1 (121 drafts).

Good day, everyone.
Today’s post is simple – an all-in-one cheat sheet of the 400 players I have ranked. As the weeks have passed, some of the players ranked have been suspended, injured or traded, which obviously either helps or hurts their value. But that just means you can remove them from the rankings yourself or make whatever adjustments you need to make. I’m going to leave them where I ranked them earlier.
Additionally, the little blurbs about each player (or mostly each player) are not going to be found here. For those awesome nuggets of wisdom, you can go to the individual rankings I produced.
