Opening Day is almost here, and the Razzball Fantasy Baseball Podcast is diving into the madness of early-season decision-making. With the first run of FAAB and waivers already in the books, Grey and B_Don are debating how quickly you should be adjusting. Are you already mixing things up or sticking with the team you drafted? […]

The code I cracked? Not the Da Vinci Code or The Code, a movie I think I saw that I can’t remember seeing or who was in it and Google no longer works. This time, I cracked the NFBC code by drafting the best team I’ve ever drafted in forever. Forever, forever ever? Forever ever? […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?Happy Monday, Razzball faithful! I’m going to cut right to the chase today. I should have done this one last week and saved the RazzSlam recap for today. Chalk it up to poor planning on my part and not realizing how close we were to opening day. Alas, here we are. I hope that pruning […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?Where I find the Four Opponent Powers most useful in fantasy is probably in discussions with ourselves. As I have suggested in multiple articles, we tend to be our own worst critics, a tendency that almost certainly isn’t constructive in any way. Another potential use of the purification practice is when we are wrong – which happens a lot when creating draft strategy, analyzing players, and coming up with FAAB bids.
Please, blog, may I have some more?It has become a staple of the preseason: Bold Predictions articles. I get it. They’re fun to read! I know I look forward to seeing what the rest of the staff here comes up with. However, theirs are almost certainly to be made with roto/categories leagues in mind. But what about the points league boldness? […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?Braves are hilarious. You think I was kidding all of those years and fifteen thousand references to the Shroud of Touki. You thought I just made up this mythical jacket that one Braves’ starter would wear each year that made them great out of nowhere. There was no truth to it? Explain how prior to […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?Spring training lies to you. It always has. Batting averages spike, ERAs balloon, and every backfield breakout starts to feel like a prophecy. But every March also leaves breadcrumbs, real ones if you know where to look. Approach, bat speed, physicality, how a player carries himself against arms a level above where he’s lived. That stuff travels. This year, three rookie shortstops are on everybody’s minds and just how much they will be able to force the conversation. Konnor Griffin, Kevin McGonigle, and JJ Wetherholt didn’t treat camp like a tryout. They treated it like a preview, so let’s see what we can expect from this trio in 2026.
Please, blog, may I have some more? What’s up Razzballers!? Andy_p here, and I will be covering the 2026 Two Start Pitcher Weekly Rankings! Unfortunately, I am not creative enough to come up with a cool theme… yet. Today’s post will be just a brief introduction from me, as well as a brief overview of what to expect for the upcoming season. […]

You’d find a couple hits in there. Mostly misses though, as is the nature of the exercise. Let’s see if we can do a little better this time around.
Reds 2B Matt McLain is a problem. 30/30 season incoming.
Please, blog, may I have some more?Every spring, players churn out headlines that make you want to throw your draft board out the window and start over. A guy who crushed your fantasy team last year is suddenly raking again, a top prospect is mashing big league pitching like it’s Triple-A, and a pitcher you gave up on two seasons ago […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?Hello Razzball Friends! Less than a week until Opening Day, and it’s already gotten pretty busy on the injury front. It’s still too early to act on some vague or “day-to-day” reports of tightness or slow ramp-ups. However, that doesn’t mean hearing this news doesn’t get our wheels turning, wondering how a roster that looked […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?Greetings, friends! If your week has gone anything like mine, you’ve realized that your RCL drafts are suddenly upon you, and are cramming to prepare. For me, it’s always a bit of a shock to go from the slow drafts I’ve been doing all winter and jump into a live draft where I have little […]
