Taijuan Walker, $15,000, is an absolute steal against the Quad A Mets in Citi Field tonight!  Granted, he’s been scuffling a little bit as of late, but it’s the dog days of summer and I guarantee he’ll dominate tonight.  The Mets were one of the biggest sellers during the trade deadline and basically they have Yoenis Cespedes as their one sole major league hitter.  The rest of the team is a mish mash of Quad A talent and they’ll post big strikeout numbers vs a strikeout pitcher.  I encourage you to take a walk on the wild side tonight because it will pay off big time!  My other SP for tonight is Chris Stratton, $13,600, vs the strikeout prone Milwaukee Brewers.  The Brew Crew ranks numero uno in Ks versus RHP.  Stratton isn’t anything special, but he’s at home in a pitchers park vs the top K’ing team in the league.  I’ll take my chances, especially with his discounted salary. Now that we have our pitchers in place tonight, let’s throw some cash towards our offense.

Manny Machado, IF: $10,800 – Macho, Macho Man!  Grey predicted a monster second half and he’s delivering!  Thanks to a 3 HR night on Friday he has 5 HRs in his last 7 games.  He’s number two on the Hittertron tonight against Chris Smith.

Elvis Andrus, IF: $9,900 – Tyler Skaggs is just getting his legs back after being on the DL.  Elvis is rocking a solid 6/12 BVP with a Bomb and Bag.

Jason Kipnis, IF: $8,800 – I thought this Dirtbag was going to pack it in for the rest of the season after going on the DL for the second time, but dude is swinging it.  He’s hot as a pistol.

Brian Dozier, IF: $8,700 – He’s starting to heat uo with 3 HRs in his last six games.  I guess it doesn’t hurt that he’s rocking a BVP of 7/19 and 3 HRs against Carlos Rodon.

Trey Mancini, IF/OF: $7,800 – Boom Boom Mancini!  He’s 3/3 with 2 Boom Booms against Chris Smith.  Super small sample, but he’s in my favorite park of all time, Camden Yards and it’s Homerun weather in Baltimore.

Khris Davis, OF: $9,000 – Krush City has out done his predecessor and he’s in Baltimore…yes, please, and thank you!

Adam Jones, OF: $8,800 – AJ, I feel like I haven’t featured you in a minute, do what you do big dog.

Byron Buxton, OF: $7,500 – It looks like this Blue Chip prospect has turned the corner.  He’s doing his best Mike Trout impression, Slams and Legs.  Please, please, please keep it going.

I’m Only Happy When It Rains

The Twins and White Sox gmae maybe get a little sprinkle with a 38% chance of thunderstorms an hour after game time.  We’re not rostering any of the starting pitchers, so we’re good.  The O’s and the A’s might get a little wet too, but nothing to worry about.

Alex Wood and the Big Blue Machine, AKA the Dodgers are the lead dog tonight at -165 vs the Pirates.  The Oakland and Baltimore game is slated to be the highest scoring tonight at 10.5 o/u.  Bird, Bird, Bird…………  Bird is the Word!
