Happy Thursday everyone! I hope you’re all shaking off the dust from a productive Burning Man, and are looking to fine tune your offseason dynasty strategy. Actually I don’t really wish those things, it was just the first thing that popped into my head. With that said, welcome back to another episode of the Razzball Prospect Podcast with myself, Prospector Ralph, and Michael Halpern of Imaginarybrickwall.com. This week on the pod we talk Byron Buxton‘s resurgence, Rockies rookies Raimel Tapia and Tom Murphy (of course!!), and the curious case of Shohei Otani. Then as always we get into this week’s edition of “Lists w/ Prospectors”, as Halp and I take your through our Outfield Prospect ranks. We discuss in painful detail, such luminaries as Austin Meadows, Victor Robles, Lewis Brinson, Bradley Zimmer, Eloy Jimenez, and several others. Enough with the words! Subscribe, tune in, and tune out. It’s the latest edition of the Razzball Prospect Podcast.

And be sure to check out the newest episode of the Razzball Football Podcast with Tehol, Zach, special guest Ramona from SportsGalPal, and Jay going over the first week of the NFL!

@The Hack: No that’s redneck Utah. The towns were St. George and Cedar City it’s right on the Arizona boarder. We were coming back from staying at this small truck stop on the edge of the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Weird town…

@Ralph Lifshitz: I think byu is in provo. I went through saint George in 1988 on our way to lake Powell and it was like a three hotel rest stop. Then when I went by there in 1997 I was shocked with what I saw. Talk about a developement. I know a lot of Californian retiring out there to get away from “those people”

@Grey: Paso wine is delicious. This is the funniest thread I’ve seen on Razz.

Grey if you are in Paso Robles check out Herman Story wines, they make some of the best around. The guy’s wife runs her own label label Desparada that is awesome too.

@Grey: @Grey: he even does his wine’s tasting notes in an unconventional style that I think you would appreciate. and the wines are seriously good too.
            e.g.
            “TASTING NOTES:
There’s no denying it, with this much attitude, swagger and raw unbridled power nothing can stop this. This is basically an axe wielding shark wearing a tuxedo, driving a monster truck in an Evel Knievel jump across the Grand Canyon. Prickly pear jam, salted cherries, hoisin sauce, fire scorched poblanos, brand new BF Goodrich 33’’ Baja T/AS off road tires, char crusted bloody filet mignon, blasted limestone quarry, Ferrari seats, well spiced Mexican hot chocolate and rusted pocket knives.
(DRINK NOW: 2+ hour decant, CELLAR: 6-10 years) ”

@Ralph Lifshitz: me fighting for the butchering of my Latin brothers names is really just a reflection of what’s going on in my life.. I got stuff. It sounded more like the Russian currency over here. Besides I was giving you the easy white guy way yo say it that won’t offend our 8 latino readers

Yo Ralph, nice podcast! Thinking of getting on board the Rowdy wagon. I have Volgelbach and Dom Smith on my 10 player MILB bench in an OBP league. I’m all about power so i’m questioning if Dom has the power upside to really be a difference maker. Plus the Mets stadium is a downer. Whatcha think?
