Colton Cowser aka the Milkman delivered Friday night with twin bombs, first, this shot to centerfield and then a second in the sixth inning to extend the Orioles lead to seven runs! Holy Cowser! It’s his second multi-homer game of the year and he extended his hitting streak to five games, hitting .417 with a […]

Weekly Razzball news delivered straight to your inbox.
Welcome to another week of Razzball Ambulance Chasers! Folks, I have got to tell you that the injuries are ramping straight into “out for the season” like the most bad ass truck at Monster Jam you’ve ever seen. The rumors you’ve heard are true. I am not a doctor, but I have still been leaving […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?To quote one of the great poets of our time, as Pitbull said, “Hello, my name is not Mr. Right…” Something-something for a few lines then, “…But Imma be your Mr. Right Now. Right now, right now, right now….” Mr. Bull is exactly right (now). All that is right for, uh, now in fantasy baseball […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?As another wild and wacky season of fantasy baseball comes closer to its inevitable end, we’ll take another swim away from the deep end of the pool, and spend this last week or two reflecting from more of a big-picture perspective. I for one feel like starting pitching has been more unpredictable than ever this […]
Please, blog, may I have some more? Before we talk about Shohei Ohtani‘s historic day, let’s first enjoy this: The best take https://t.co/nki2nFBxZ6 — Razzball (@Razzball) September 19, 2024 There’s no take greater. The best take possibly ever. Sorta like how Shohei Ohtani had one of the best games ever, while also achieving a 50/50 season. He is absurd. Shohei is the […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?In our 60th episode, Mike Couillard and Jeremy Brewer open by discussing the developing playoff races before diving into the latest moves and injuries impacting our player pools. Then we discuss and analyze players that have had hot second halves to determine what’s going on and whether their performances are sustainable. You can find us on twitter […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?Ryan Pepiot (6 IP, 1 ER, 2 hits, zero walks, ERA at 3.64) struck out 12 guys yesterday. That’s the lead. The B story? Guess how many pitches he needed. Hint: I am howling. What’s the most he could’ve possibly thrown? 115? Okay, now what’s the least? 75? Guess how man. Bzzt wrongo, Jack! But […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?Rookie Angels C Gustavo Campero (26) spent just 14 games in Triple-A and turns 27 on Friday, so we probably aren’t talking about a long-term piece when discussing the 5’6” switch hitter, but crazier things have happened than a catcher-eligible outfielder making a rotisserie splash over a short stretch. He hit 15 home runs and stole 29 bases against 36 attempts in 93 games (80.5 percent). If he does carve out a niche, I’ll be ready with a nickname for him.
Please, blog, may I have some more?Well folks another fantasy season is slowly coming to an end. With roughly 10 games left to go for most teams, our hopes and dreams are either dashed or excitedly awaiting a tremendous payout. I have had a blast bringing some stolen base insights to all of you Razzballeroos who tune in every week. This […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?As the title implies, there are aces all over the place for tonight’s slate. We’re going to try to pick the correct 2. Skubal, Cease, Framber, Gray, Miller, Nola, and Peralta all take the bump tonight. Out of all these guys, I’m taking Sonny Gray ($9,400) against the Pirates. He’s only given up 1 run […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?Bo Bichette (2-for-5, 1 RBI) was activated from the IL. He only missed two and a half months with a calf strain. His season-long numbers are four homers and five steals, while hitting .220. Bo knows garbage. Bo knows how to be the biggest bust in history. Bo knows stats that most players put up […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?Only two weeks left in this grueling marathon of a fantasy baseball season. Are you a Phillies team, cruising to the finish line and waiting to collect your winnings, or more of a Mariners team looking to scrap for every win you can as you fight into your league money spots? Or maybe you are […]
