Yes, I’m a Baz-leiver, and I couldn’t leave him if I tried. OK, I’m dating myself with a reference to a Monkey’s song but this guy IS the real deal. SP Shane Baz, $6900, gets the Marlins at home and this is TOO good to pass on.  While taking on a fearsome Toronto lineup in his first-ever MLB start, Baz captured the win and struck out five and walked none over five innings, with the only base runners he allowed on the night coming on a pair of solo home runs.

As the Reds struggle to the finish line Suárez has finally found his groove. It may be too little too late for him and the Reds but great timing for us today!

Didi Gregorius, SS: $2700

Another player having a down season, DiDi went deep Thursday and Friday and could be coming around just in time to help us cash.

Paul DeJong, SS: $2200

Getting some play with Sosa down, DeJong has back-to-back homer games and gets the Cubs in windy Wrigley.

Juan Soto, OF: $4500

Putting on a nightly show, Soto is hitting .500 with a 1.528 OPS in his last 15 games.

Bryce Harper, OF: $4500

I’m Only Happy When It Rains

No rain but several games in the 50’s and 60’s and beware of the wind blowing out to center in Wrigley
