Good Afternoon Baseball Fans, and welcome to my final article of the season. I wanted to start off by thanking those that reached out last week in response to my opening up about my personal story. Really meant a lot. I hope my story was able to help at least one person. Tonight’s six game slate is a doooooozy. We have good pitchers going against good lineups and bad pitchers going against bad lineups. I’m going to try my hardest with my write up today to attack the bad pitchers while also sprinkling in some hitters that while not in a great matchup, they’re just really good and should always be considered. My favorite pitcher today, and I hope you were able to decipher that by the title, is Lance McCullers Jr ($8,700). He’s a bit underpriced and will most likely be chalky.

Good Afternoon MLB DFS’rs, and welcome today’s FanDuel analysis.

Before we dive into the today’s slate, I want to spend a few short moments talking about mental illness. With it being Suicide Awareness month and recent news about Dak Prescott I thought it would be good to share some personal info about myself. About a year ago my brother took his own life. He had everything you could ask for in life. Beautiful family, super successful business, married his high school sweetheart. But he suffered in silence. In the end it was just too much to bear. Please, if you’re ever feeling down, SEEK HELP. Talk to friends, talk to family. Just know, someone loves you. And someone will be beyond crushed if you’re gone.

If you’re still with me, let’s dive into today’s action. We have a small three game main slate that I’ll focus on. I’ll be honest, I’m not a huge fan of anything where there’s less than four games. The game that I’ll be focusing most of my attention on is the Braves/Orioles game. In this game you have two pitchers who are both below average. This should, in my and Vegas’ opinion, be the highest scoring game of the day. If you’re going to win all the money, tonight’s a night where you may need to get a a little crazy. Pick a batter opposing the pitcher you’re using, stack the bottom of the lineup. When it’s this small, go crazy! Let’s look at some individual plays!

Nice six game slate tonight.  This size slate is one of my favorites as it gives you enough options to choose from, but also few enough where do you have to overthink it too much.  My day will start with Zac Gallen ($10,600).  He’s expensive, but he’s been as consistent as any pitcher outside of Degrom and Darvish.

Today’s going to be an interesting day for baseball.  It’s TRADE DEADLINE DAY!  Make sure you are paying close attention to lineups.  While you may see some get scratched late, this also leads us to some possible value plays where we normally wouldn’t see them.  My favorite pitcher tonight is Tyler Glasnow ($9,500) vs. the Yankees.  This isn’t the same feared lineup without Stanton, Judge, Torres, and now Hicks.  I expect Glasnow to take us to the profit land tonight.

We have a smaller slate to work w/ today and I’ll be focusing my analysis.  In my opinion, it’s a pretty weird slate.  You have some Aces going, but not the ideal match up or a super expensive price.  This has me most likely landing on Jesus Luzardo against the Rangers.  Most of the Rangers pop comes from the left side of the plate, so this is a better match up for Luzardo.

Now lets dig in to today’s slate!

Good Afternoon DFS’ers and welcome to Monday Afternoon Toilet Talk w/ Jared.

We have a fun slate today that should yield some offense.  We have several teams that are in great spots, including the Dodgers, Braves, White Sox, and <insert homer status> Mets.  Pitching is void of Aces today so you’ll need to look to find a pitcher that you like.  My early lean is on Ryu against the somewhat hot bats of the AAAA Orioles.  Let’s dig in to today’s players!

Good Morning baseball fans and welcome to Monday Morning Toilet Talk with Jared!

Hope everyone had a nice weekend.  As we start to get deeper into this shortened season we are getting to the point where we can really pick on up on trends and use some advanced statistics to determine who is playing well and who isn’t.  Today’s slate is a fun one.  There are some cheap bats that you can plug in that will help you pick up some of the higher priced bats that are in really great spots. As you can tell by the subject line, I’m pretty high on this Dustin May ($7,500) lad.  The Padres have some scary bats on their team.  Tatis, Machado, wait, that’s it.  May is pretty cheap tonight for his skill set.  Over the past 2 weeks, he’s K’ing nearly 11 per 9.  One of the things that really stands out to me is the 57% swing rate in the zone.  Essentially, that means players are fooled by his pitches.  He’s also inducing a soft contact rate of 27.30% over the past 2 weeks.  That’s 2nd best of all pitchers on today’s slate.

Morning Y’all!  Today’s FanDuel slate is shaping up to be an absolute cluster.  Well, every day so far this season has been one.  At this point, any game can get called on a moment’s notice so make sure you are following the news throughout the day.  John Heyman and Jeff Passan are two guys I follow a lot to make sure games have been called due to, and I quote Cardi-b, “Coronavirus”.  Besides the rona, we have several of the 8 games that will have potential weather impacts.  Keep an eye on NY, ATL, CHI, and also COL. With that out of the way, let’s jump into today’s slate.  Several dynamic offenses have really good matchups.  Colorado, Philly, Minnesota, and to an extent the A’s.

Good Morning Everyone. I’m Jared Levitt and welcome to Monday Morning Toilet Talk! With the season so new, I wanted to spend some time this morning on some hitters I feel will do well tonight and some pitchers that I don’t think will get destroyed tonight.
