When this article drops, it will be my Christmas Day – the real, MLB opening day. OK, so this year, we call it the “domestic” opening day, but whatever. This is when baseball officially starts back for everyone, and it’s beautiful. And we’ll do our best to ignore how COLD it will be in many […]

Please, blog, may I have some more?Baseball, like a flower, blooms in the spring. They also share equally effusive PR people. Just the other day I read about how a petunia’s branches gained 15 pounds and was in the best shape of its life. Sure, it’s always good to look at spring training numbers to give you an idea what you […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?Astros OF Cam Smith has officially made the opening day roster after a slow speculative leak broke that news across a couple days. Wasn’t rocket surgery. Smith is making the Houston brass look pretty good given the context, and he’s earned it on the field. Fun story to follow. I suppose there’s a chance he can slump his way back to the minors, but I’m betting against that, envisioning something like .265 with 25-ish home runs.
Please, blog, may I have some more? What’s poppin’, Razzpimples? Sorry for my lil hiatus, folks. Went on a lovely little vacation to the Big Island of Hawaii. Kinda sucks to be back in Arkansas after that little slice of paradise. Picture perfect weather every day of the week there, basically. Already sneezing my rump off being back in pollen country. Anywho. […]
Please, blog, may I have some more? What’s that smell, you ask? Is Grey attempting a technical from season 5 of GBBO? Not quite, it’s the smell of taeks so hot they could bake all the buns you can handle. It’s bold prediction SZN and we here at Razzball are getting in on the action. For an example of hawt our taeks […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?Back when I was in college in the cornfields of northwest Iowa, there was a prank called “snipe hunting.” Basically, you find a city slicker, tell him that you are going to a field to hunt snipes, give them a bag and send them out in the field, then the car you are in drives […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?Stateside baseball starts tomorrow, get psyched! Right now, though, it’s time to focus on what’s important: preseason predictions! Before we dive deep into countless hours rearranging lineups, FAAB bids, and making trade offers in order to win a couple hundred dollars in our friends and family league, which equates to roughly twenty-eight cents per hour, […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?Draft season is just about done. But it’s not too late to knock off a couple more before the curtain lifts on the 2025 MLB season, stateside edition. Every year I grapple with my love of drafting with my desire to not have too many FAAB teams. I meant to stop at 6, but I […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?It was smooth sailing for filling the Razzball Commenter Leagues this year. Thank you everyone for getting in early and often! Only five drafts remain at this point with the Champions League waiting until the last possible moment to draft. Three leagues drafted Monday night, including the Perts League. Those Monday drafts are not included […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?On this week’s Razzball Fantasy Baseball Podcast, we finish up the rankings reviews with starting pitchers part 2 where we talk about pitchers 42, AND BEYOND! The second part of starting pitchers rankings covers the depth portion of your pitching staff. There are some nice draft values in here, and we talk about where we […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?I’m a big fan of the everyman. I consider myself the everyman. I’m every man’s everyman. A pioneer of normcore. Track pants and a blinking light on my car’s dashboard that either means my seatbelt isn’t on or I need oil. That is me. What better way to elevate the Everyman Culture than to take […]
