Asians are wild on this week’s Sausage Pod. No, not B_Don, Asian fantasy baseball players. The great Tim McLeod makes a guest appearance gracing the guys with his in-depth knowledge of the Asian baseball scene. Tim gives his scouting report and expectations for the next hot Asian, Yusei Kikuchi, as well as a couple other intriguing names that might be crossing the ocean in the near future.

McLeod is also driving the bandwagon of several other players for 2019 fantasy baseball. Find out why you should jump on board Victor Robles, Adalberto Mondesi, Josh Bell, Josh James, Jose Alvarado and much, much more in this week’s episode.

Not to be rude, but who is Tim McLeod? I enjoyed his comments on the podcast (thanks, Tim!), but I couldn’t understand who Tim is or what site he writes for from the introduction here. I’d like to look at more of his thoughts/writing, but can’t find him anywhere.

@Pouss-Pouss: Hey, first of all, thanks for listening. Tim is great and it’s always enjoyable talking ball with him! He is at Patton and Company (https://www.pattonandco.com/) and Prospect 361 (https://prospect361.com/). You can also find him in the Facebook group, Baseball 365, along with myself and several others from Razzball, Friends with Fantasy Benefits, and more.

Love me some Kikuchi. Got time to riff on some other Japanese potential imports? Looking at guys like Tomoyuki Sugano, Kodak Senga, Yoshitomo Tsutsugo, Seiya Suzuki?

@Eric L: Happy to talk some other potential imports. I will admit up front that I do not have much knowledge on the Asian game. Tim Mcleod is the expert in that area. He mentioned Tetsuto Yamada during the podcast as one to watch in case he comes over.
