Let’s get something out of the way right now. This is the toughest time of the season to pick up streamers for a couple of reasons. The first reason is the fact that every competitive team in your league is doing the same thing. People who are this deep into the season are inevitably going to stream just like you, and it makes the pickings extremely thin. What makes it even tougher is the fact that many of these streamers have weird workloads right now. Some of them are being pushed back and scratched, while others are being held to abbreviated three-inning outings. That drives us nuts because it’s something we can’t predict, and it’s honestly only going to get worse from here on out. With that in mind, let’s hope none of these guys find themselves in that spot!

Last week was far from my best showing. While we got some good performances from Nestor Cortes, Ranger Suarez, and Steven Matz, the other guys were terrible. Avoiding blow-ups is the most important thing when evaluating these streamers, and I didn’t do well enough last week to avoid that. It has me as motivated as ever to bounce back here, though, so let’s go ahead and get into it!

Last week was full of mixed results. We got some great performances from Ranger Suarez, Reynaldo Lopez, and Tarik Skubal, but we also got a serious dud from Vladimir Gutierrez. That’s just how this racket goes, though, and it’s almost impossible to be perfect. What’s important is that you maximize your moves and use as many of these streamers as possible. That should help the volatility of a random blow-up and help you gain an edge in some of the counting categories. I’m actually tied for first place in my Razzball commenter league, and you better believe I’ll pivot to some of these guys to try to break that tie!

We went with a weird strategy last week, and it worked pretty well. There’s obviously going to be some stinkers when you throw out 20 guys, but it’s a strategy that I’m going to continue to use if the situation arises. It was simply a week with too many choices, but we’re back to normal here. What’s crazy is that we have only six weeks remaining in the fantasy season, and it makes streamers as important as ever. That has me motivated to hook you guys up with some gems, so let’s get into it!

I’m going to approach this article a little differently this week. Before writing this piece, I always formulate a list of streamers that I like for the next week, and I had more names listed than ever before. In fact, I had nearly 20 pitchers marked down as potential streamers! I’m going to provide my usual write-up for the two-start guys, but I’m going to do short clips of all the one-start guys I love as well. I have reason to believe that all of these pitchers can be successful this week, and I’ll let you guys pick and choose among the bunch.

We were absolutely rolling going into last week, but that article wasn’t pretty. Most of our guys struggled, and a couple of them didn’t even make a start. That has me more motivated than ever to bounce back and have a big week because we’re down to the final two months of the season. Riding streamers to gather up roto points is critical at this time of the year, so hopefully, some of these guys can help get you to the top. With that in mind, let’s break down this week’s streamers!

To say that trade deadline day was chaotic would be a drastic understatement. It’s easy to get lost in the moment when you’re in the midst of it, but that was one of the most impactful deadlines I’ve ever witnessed. While it definitely altered bullpens and lineups much more than rotations, it still left us with a lot of work to do, and it saw two of our recommendations from last week as some of those trade victims. The good news is that many great streamers opened up this week, and it has me ready to have another great week here. With that in mind, let’s talk about those guys!

The All-Star break gave us a breath of fresh air, and it really showed in last week’s articles. The craziness continues to pour in, though, because we have the trade deadline right around the corner. There were already a few moves over the weekend, and they’re going to keep streaming in with the deadline a week away. That’s something that needs to be monitored because it’ll wreak havoc on a lot of these rotations. With that in mind, let’s get into our favorite streamers for this week!

We provided you with some weekend streamers and things got off to a nice start with Vince Velasquez pitching a gem on Saturday. What’s annoying about this week is the fact that these managers are being coy about their rotations. There are a ton of N/A’s out there in projected rotations and it makes things tougher on us. In any case, we have a pretty good idea of who should start and it’s actually a great week for streaming. With that in mind, let’s kick things off with our two-start streamers

What a great All-Star break we just had! The Home Run Derby was an absolute spectacle, and it was nice to take a little break from baseball. With that said, it felt like a year, and I’m ready to get back into it and ride some streamers in the second half. This is one of the strangest weeks to talk about, though. We have every team playing this weekend, so we’re going to focus on those games and give you the normal Ride the Wave article come Sunday.

That means this article will be a bit abbreviated but starting this first week off with a bang is a great way to kick off the second half. There’s also a ton of question marks with these rotations, so all of these guys aren’t necessarily guaranteed the starts we have them projected for. With that in mind, let’s talk about the streamers we like for this weekend!

This marks the final week before the All-Star break! That sounds crazy to say because it felt like the season just started a few weeks ago. It was actually the midpoint of the season on Friday for many teams, and it’s going to be an exciting second half. What’s got me even more enthused is the fact that our streamers have been rolling recently. We’ve had three solid weeks in a row, and I absolutely love this group of guys. I actually had 16 pitchers that I circled before preparing the article, and I tried my best to limit it down and take out some of the crappier options. With that in mind, let’s kick things off with our two-start guys!

We were absolutely crushing our streamers last week until Mike Minor decided to have the worst start of his career on Friday. That nine-run dud was obviously disappointing, but it was the only blemish in an otherwise flawless article. That gives us two great weeks back-to-back, and it feels like we’re back on track! The one concern with this week is the fact that the two-start streamers suck! The pickings are slim, to say the least, but we have a couple of guys we like and some brilliant one-start streamers to ride. With that in mind, let’s kick things off with these lackluster two-start pitchers!
