Grey and B_Don are back to finish out the rankings podcasts with starting pitchers part 2. We talk about ADP variances and where we would potentially take some of these arms (or not draft at all) when comparing rankings and ADP. We discuss how each of the pitchers may help your team and what pitchers may fit a specific build or league. Throughout the pod, B_Don gives you some guys that he believes their performance can be tied to velocity, and we should monitor spring training and early season velocities on.

Thoughts on my staff. Currently I have Buehler Burnes Montas Clevinger R. Suarez and Clase Romano at rp. 10 team league no bench pitchers points league. Gallen and Luzardo are available. Keep what I have? Drop an rp and move Suarez to rp spot? I can’t seem to make up my mind. Seems like sp/rp may be the smarter option considering the pitcher roster size. Thanks!
I think you’re good with what you currently have. I would like to add Luzardo if possible, but with no bench spots, I think you’re pretty set. If it does skew heavy starters over relievers, I wouldn’t mind dropping one of those closers, but you have 2 good ones.
Thanks for taking time to give your input. I appreciate it.
Okay rank my staff please. (1-10…10 being great) Year-long 12 team mixed points league:
Montas Luzardo
Meanea SAnmartin
Stoman N Martinez
J Ryan m Gore
Houck d Bundy
Matz c Javier
Thank you!
Missing that true ace, but I like the build. I’m going to say 6.5 with plenty of upside to be better.
Thanks man, I was hoping for a 7 but I’ll take it!
