Happy Monday, Razzball faithful! Each week I sit down and run through the notes I made over the last seven days. Which guys should add to the ‘jumper’ list? Which guys should be added to the ‘dumper’ list? Who should be dropped off the list? Is there anyone who should be added to the list? […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?
Happy Monday, Razzball faithful! Well, it looks like I got ahead of the newest rush of Skibidi Skenes madness last week as our lede from 7 days ago threw an absolute gem on Friday night. 6 IP, 0 H, 1 BB, 11 K, and 100 pitches thrown? Oh yes. Do we polish up the Cy […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?Happy Monday, Razzball faithful! This week it dawned on me that I might need to roll something out for the younger audience. I mean, sending out Cat Stevens photoshops like this one is probably not reeling in the 18-35 demographic, that’s for sure. It really sunk in when I used a SweatHogs reference a couple […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?Happy Monday, Razzball faithful! I feel like an apology is in order. But, of course, it’s got a bit of a caveat. Let’s get this out of the way first. Yariel Rodriguez was NOT the answer to your starting pitcher streaming questions. The Cuban pitcher who shares the name with a certain fishy Disney princess, […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?Happy Monday, Razzball faithful! Well, I’ve broken down my version of the Top 100 Starting Pitchers. If you want to look at the articles from the past month, click on my MarmosDad link under my avatar photo and have a look through the extra words that I shared in there. So now what? Well, I’m […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?Happy Monday, Razzball faithful! We’ve arrived at the last quarter of our Top 100 Starting Pitchers list! Over the past month, I’ve gone through the Top 25 here, the 26th through 50th starters here, and the last pocket of SP 51 through 75 here from last week. Now we’re headed into that final section of […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?Happy Monday, Razzball faithful! We’re officially half of the way through the MarmosDad version of our Top 100 Starting Pitchers list! And for this week, we’re headed back to the Tanner heap. And similar to our Bibee from last week, this Tanner is most certainly no Bad News Bear. Two weeks ago I ran down […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?Happy Monday, Razzball faithful! Let’s get this out of the way first. Somehow, deeply rooted in my psyche, is that Britney Spears song. I did use it last year for a Ji-Hwan Bae post. But for reasons unknown, when I looked at the SP26-50 for this week, one obvious lede stood out. Then, after the […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?Happy Monday, Razzball faithful! It seemed pretty fitting to lead with Shrek this week after being swamped with Easter preparations and candy gathering for the last seven days. Then, when I thought about it some more, it was a bit of a natural segue since, “Somebody once told me, the world is gonna roll me…”, […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?Happy Monday, Razzball faithful! The day has arrived. It’s time to dive headfirst into the Top 100 Starting Pitchers version of ‘The Bog of Eternal Stench’. Following our “Next 100” starting pitchers from a couple of weeks ago is tough. If you thought there were some stinkers in SP101-200, you can bet more than a […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?Happy Monday, Razzball faithful! It’s good to (figuratively) see you all back for another week! Last week, I ran through “The Next 100” and outlined our 101-200 ranked starters from the 2024 Preseason Player Rater. Next week I’ll be trudging through the sludge that is the Next Next 100. But what to do in the […]
Please, blog, may I have some more?Happy Monday, Razzball faithful! For this week’s installment of Top 100 Starting Pitchers, I decided to give us all a peek into the darkness that is “The Next 100”. The shadowy realm of the next 100 starting pitchers isn’t nearly as deep of an abyss as the one that houses the pitchers that follow these […]
