The Razzball Podcast is back in this bee-yatch with an action packed program for the fiends. Yes, all of my intros are stolen from skits first heard on mid-90’s rap albums. Sorry, we keep feeding you, and feeding you… nuggets of knowledge to help you take down the fantasy crown. Speaking of fantasy crowns, I have the reigning Tout Wars NL-Only champion in tow, as Grey Albright blesses us with his magical pipes, hot boba takes, and fantasy baseball wisdom. We talk Shohei Ohtani, Rhys Hoskins joining elite company, wavier wire targets, and why Grey loves him some Gregory Polanco. We also sit down with former NFL player and commissioner of the Fan Controlled Football League, Ray Austin. How about that? Finally, please make sure to support our sponsor by heading over to RotoWear.com and entering promo code “SAGNOF” for 20% off the highest quality t-shirts in the fantasy sports game. My new favorite nickname for our boy Hoskins, for those of us who are Game of Thrones inclined . . . DracaRhys!!

@Ralph Lifshitz: That, and whenever he does good for our fantasy team(s), it’s a Rhysaround.

Haven’t had time to listen to the podcast yet, but I really enjoy the Wu-Tang reference in the written intro. Keep the great work.

@Bryce Walter: Whoops, it put my real name instead of my username. I guess the cat is out of the bag where I get all my fantasy advice from. Haha.

Ralph, I really like your work and insight on razzball. I especially like your prospect and pitching insight. Is a Top 100 pitchers list coming out again soon? I really look forward to that one! Keep up the good work.

    Hey Ralph,

Thoughts on Yonny Chirinos? I picked him up for the White Sox start today. If he won Rays’ minor league pitcher of the year over Honeywell last year, could he be this year’s Faria?

    Thanks for the podcast!

@DeerHeadGhost: Yonny is different, he’s never going to miss bats like Honeywell, and no one would tell you he was better. I spoke w/ Jacob Faria this off-season about Yonny, and he was telling me he can really pitch. That right in line with what I’ve seen. He’s sinkerball, slider, splitter, don’t see him being a big K guy, but he misses barrels.

Hi Ralph … you’ve become a primary go-to for me. I’m still getting used to dynasty valuations and I kinda suck at it.

20 Team, Dynasty, Keep 26, Draft 4. Head-to-Head weekly categories. One point per week for winning HTH matchup.

C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, MI, CI, LF, CF, RF, OF, UT
    SP x 5, RP x 4, P x2
    BN x 7; NA x6; DL x5

OBP, SLG, HR, R, RBI, SB
    ERA, WHIP, W, SV, K, K/BB

I’m in pretty significant need of a SS … (Asdrubal Cabrera, Dixon Machado, Nick Gordon). I’ve targeted Solarte (owner has Solarte, Machado, Owings, Story). He’s in bad need of SP … (C Mart, Teheran, Colon, Skoglund, Chatwood, Caleb Smith, Rey Lopez, Beede, Salazar, Gonsalves, Tropeano, Buehler).

My SP … Scherzer, JA Happ, Lynn, Hendricks, Ervin Santana, Tyson Ross, Ryu, Anibal Sanchez, John Gant, Max Fried, Shelby Miller.

I’m trying to figure out the most even trade proposition(s).
    a) So you see any SP that is pretty close to straight-up value?
    b) Which SP (if any) is close in value, but worth perhaps a little more than Solarte
    c) Which SO (if any) is close in value, but may be a little under-value for Solarte

Your experience here would be really helpful. thanks muchly :o)

@Syllogism: Gaaa …. “DO you see any SP …. ”

      Thanks. :)
