It’s time for post All-Star Break SAGNOF Razzjiblets. I hope you are ready for a fun and exciting stretch run in fantasy baseball and that your teams are all doing better than mine are. I missed the cutline in Razzslam thanks to an awful week 16 performance. In RCLs my best position is 10th. Other […]

Sorry about not being around for all you Razzballeroos last week. When life gets busy, my secondary loves of fantasy baseball and gambling take a backseat to real life youth baseball and travel. Sometimes it’s tough to find an hour or two to put together the dynamic articles you know and love when it comes […]

There is an art to the stolen base. Getting a read off the pitcher and learning when to go and when to get back takes patience and practice. It also takes a natural set of instincts that certain players just don’t have. That being said that art is meaningless without the natural God-given talent of […]

How does a bastard, 8th Round Selection And a San Marcos man, dropped in the middle of a forgotten spot In Milwaukee by providence impoverished In squalor, grow up to be a speedster and stealer? The $720,000 rookie Got a lot farther by working a lot harder By being a lot smarter By being a […]

Here we are. Back with SAGNOF stories once again as we approach Memorial Day. Had to skip last week’s article as real life sometimes gets in the way of Fantasy life, and between the full time job and travel and the kid’s sports seasons just couldn’t find the time any evenings last week to whip […]

Like anything else at Razzball, I strive to find humor in the face of Fantasy Baseball. I devote this article to Razzball reader and commenter Brent who wrote last week in the comments, “Such a strange article. How can an article about steals not even mention Jacob Young. And Oswaldo Cabrera has one single steal […]

Well, he did it again. By he I mean Elly De La Cruz. 6 stolen bases and counting since the last SAGNOF article dropped, including a steal of home (granted it was a double steal and the throw got into Center Field, but still.) The most impressive thing so far has been the improved patience […]

Some shows just have iconic lines that stick with you forever. “How You Doin?” and “Pivot” from Friends. “There’s Always Money In The Banana Stand” from Arrested Development. “As God is my witness, I thought turkeys could fly!” from the great WKRP In Cincinnati. And Of course there’s the highly fantasy relevant “Son Of A […]

Thank you very much to our everything guru here around Razzball Vinwins. He managed to nail the exact terminology I was looking for in regards to our Stolen Base Streamers. Anytime you grab a guy for your roster looking for a stolen base I will henceforth be referring to it as a Speed Dial. So […]
