Howdy, Injury Enthusiasts!
This week on Razzball Ambulance Chasers preseason coverage, my special guest Jordan White dropped by to discuss the trials and tribulations of injured players in the AL West. You may have seen Jordan around the baseball community. Maybe you have even played in some fantasy leagues with him. If you haven’t, you can get used to seeing Jordan around Razzball for the weekly Middle Infielder rankings and coverage!

There is no shortage of ailing, healing, and mending players in the AL West. In fact, there are so many players coming off of injury, that we barely mention Scherzer, deGrom, and Verlander. Here is a quick rundown of some of our picks for AL West players to buy, sell, and enhance your line-up as you consider how you will draft for and manage injuries this year:
- He’s So Back (?): What AL West players will have a post-injury comeback in 2024?
- Mason Miller (SEA, RP): Let him be your SAVE-ior.
- Logan O’Hoppe (LAA, C): Labrum? I barely knew ‘um.
- Oof My Deductible: What AL West players to sell this year because of injury risk?
- Anthony Rendon (LAA, 3B): Rend-on. Rend-off.
- José Abreu (HOU, 1B): Can’t even get to first base but may be safe as DH.
- Pine Riding Prince: What players will you be targeting to augment or pad your roster in case of injury?
- Ezequiel Durán (TEX, UTIL): “A View to Kill” in Corey Seager’s absence.
- Chas McCormick (HOU, OF): Guys with glasses CAN make passes.
