We have a solid ten games on the main slate this evening which features a Coors game, this should be fun.  For some reason, we have a serious pricing issue on Yu Darvish ($9,000) against the Diamondbacks.  I’m a big fan of McClanahan and all, but why is he $500 more than Darvish?  The Orioles are a tougher match-up in Camden Yards than the D-Backs are on the road in Petco Park.  Maybe it’s just the recent game log talking for FanDuel, but the last time out against the D-Backs Darvish hit 40 points.  Darvish will be the cornerstone of all my lineups tonight.

New to FanDuel? Scared of feeling like a small fish in a big pond? Well, be sure to read our content and subscribe to the DFSBot for your daily baseball plays. Just remember to sign up through us before jumping into the fray. It’s how we know you care!

Charlie Morton, SP: $8,700 – Uncle Charlie faces off against the Juan Sotos tonight.  As long as he can get Soto to ground into a couple of double plays, he should stay out of trouble and score plenty of points.  I like him just a hair less than Darvish and conveniently, he’s priced just a hair less than Darvish.  If you get in a pinch and need a few more bucks for a hitter you love, slipping down to Morton is very acceptable.  I really don’t love any of the cheap pitchers tonight, I think Luis Garcia is the lowest I’d dip.  We’ll pay up and find some cheap hitters.

Jorge Alfaro, C/1B: $3,000 – I always love tossing a catcher in this spot to differentiate and we have the bonus of here of Coors exposure with our cheap catcher.

Ji-Man Choi, C/1B: $3,000 – Choi has been red hot with four dingers in his past 11 games.  He’s in the bandbox that is Camden yards tonight and facing Spenser Watkins who is rather…ungood.

Brandon Lowe, 2B: $3,300 – See the Choi blurb and substitute Lowe being awesome.

Whit Merrifield, 2B: $3,100 – How is Whit this cheap?  We don’t know and we don’t care but those SB points really add up.

Ke’Bryan Hayes, 3B: $2,800 – Let’s go a little cheaper at third and hope Hayes can pull himself out of his funk tonight.  The Great American Ballpark is as good a slump buster as any.

Mike Moustakas, 3B: $2,500 – Fresh of the DL, Moose should be plenty rested and ready to roll.

Trevor Story, SS: $4,300 – Between Story, Jazz and Rodgers, it’s going to be tough to avoid some Coors exposure at middle infield.  Story is the best of the bunch.

Rodolfo Castro, SS: $2,900 – Maybe Castro has another two homer game in his bat, if for some reason you can’t fit a Coors SS in your lineup, Rodolfo has some intriguing upside tonight.

Nelson Cruz, OF: $3,500 – A homer and five RBIs last night, Cruz finally looked alive.  That could be all it takes for him to go supernova for a week or so, don’t miss out.

Sam Hilliard, OF: $3,300 – Hilliard has some Grey-hype energy after he mentioned him as a buy Friday.  I stuck him in a few lineups last night and was shocked to see him under 10% rostered.  People are slow on the come up, don’t be like them.

Akil Baddoo, OF: $3,000 – Hitting leadoff against Eli Morgan and his 6.75 ERA is a choice spot and that’s where Baddoo should find himself tonight.  Yaba daba Baddoo!

Edward Olivares, OF: $2,300 – Let’s throw one cheap option at you.  Olivares will have the platoon advantage on Kim tonight and has 18+ points in four of his last six games.

I’m Only Happy When It Rains

We’re looking good with rain only near stadiums with roofs.  We love to see it.

Doing Lines In Vegas

We have some massive favorites tonight and Darvish and the Padres lead that at -270.  Urias and the Dodgers are at -260 and Morton and the Braves are at -240.  We also have some decent run totals with a 10.5 in Coors and a 10 in Coors East (Baltimore) and Cincy.  SF@MIL has the lowest run total at 7.5 runs.  I have deliberately avoided Woodruff tonight however, the Giants are strangely scary.
