Sneaky Stack Attack: Los Angeles Angels
Ok, not SUPER sneaky, but hear me out! They are going up against Dane Dunning, who has been stepping in for an injured Jacob deGrom. Dunning will probably only pitch a few innings, and then it is up to the bullpen. The Rangers’ bullpen is strong this year, but for the season, Los Angeles’ bats have a wRC+ rating of 131 and ISO of .207. Dunning has an ERA of 1.77 but an xFIP of 5.13. Throw in temp’s over 60, 11MPH winds out to the center field and the sky is literally the limit!
