Nearing the end of the top prospects for 2025 fantasy baseball — see them all under my 2025 fantasy baseball rookies. At least that’s nearing the end for who I will be writing up. Remember, this is also for redraft leagues, so I need to see real playing time opportunity. If a guy doesn’t seem likely to make my top 500, I’m not going over him in a full post. Someone might get through; when we get to Spring, maybe I get another one in if someone is showing out. Jackson Merrill totally snuck through last year, so I’m not infallible. Some prospects who I looked at but didn’t think warranted their own post were Xavier Isaac (too young for 2025), Dalton Rushing (they’re talking outfield, but I don’t see a path to playing time right now), Max Muncy (not that one, though they share strikeouts), Andrew Navigato (whose last name sounds like an Italian app that tells you where the nearest place is that serves affigatos), Luken Baker (I will never trust a Cards rookie again) and starters I mentioned the other day in the Rhett Lowder fantasy. Brady House grabbed my attention to warrant a post because he’s 21 years old until June, already played 54 games in Triple-A, has power and speed, and was rumored as a guy who could “take over 3rd base before the end of last season.” That’s quad cherries for me. Cha-ching! That’s not Chachi’ing as Garry Marshall would say (very new reference). So, what can we expect from Brady House for 2025 fantasy baseball?
Psyche! I’m gonna start sleepers next Monday and start my rankings on Patreon. Also, going to put together a slow draft on Monday for Tuesday or Wednesday start, we’ll figure that out in the comments. Anyway II, Brady House for 2025 fantasy baseball:
Here’s one of Brady House, I will forgive the social person here for missing, “Brady takes one to the House.” You don’t need both.
“Brady House takes one to the house!”

Hey, I know this pitcher:
Brady House takes Kodai Senga deep ?

Finally a clip that looks different but same outcome:
Brady House, the other way.

I looked for clips of Brady House running, but those are always the hardest clips to find. If a guy goes deep, they post that. So, in Triple-A, he went 6/1/.250 with a 28.8 K% and 3 BB% in 236 plate appearances. The walks have never been there, and the Ks look like a symptom of a young player getting his footing against tougher opponents. He looks like a .320 BABIP, .240 hitter, to start his career, at least. The power is clearly boombastic Mr. Fantastic. I do hope he can get into enough fly balls, a new problem for him in Triple-A. In all, the profile reads as 35/12/.240, and you can do worse at 3B. Speaking of which. Dot dot dot.
Jose Tena looked like a find at 3rd base at the end of the season for the Nats, and, honestly, was kinda on my radar for a sleeper. Nats’ lineup does not look as bad as you might think. Though, how long can the Nats hold House in Triple-A? He’s starting to annoy people with his outlandish medical diagnosis. “CJ Abrams has Jimmy Legs, which is why he’s seen here tapping his foot at the roulette wheel?” C’mon, House! Nats’ Spring Training will be revealing. Do they view Tena as a utility player? Do they platoon him with House? Is CJ Abrams still in the dog house for yelling “Full house, snitches!” at the team card game? Where does Jacob Young play? Wood really gonna be a 22-year-old DH? Even Andres Chaparro looked interesting and has no ABs. These things usually work themselves out, but I can’t conceivably give House more than 300 ABs without seeing an injury in Spring or a trade. For 2025 fantasy baseball, I’ll give Brady House projections of 31/15/42/.236/5 in 309 ABs with a chance for more.
