Cubs / Giants 8/10

Postby danielpwnz » Thu Aug 12, 2010 12:14 am

Hey guys, I traveled up to SF (I live near LA) and splurged on awesome seats at last night's Cubs / Giants game. I thought you guys might like to see the pics.

Really nice pics... You took those? Look professional.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

Thanks Grey...yep, photography has been a hobby of mine for a few years. This is the first game I've ever shot because I finally had awesome seats.

I agree Daniel - really nice work, with a good eye for composition. I especially like the ones with the ballpark flourishes in the background (the Coke bottle, the Yahoo signage).

It is really hard to produce good work from the seats (behind the screen?) and in a low light/low contrast environment like after dark in the ballpark.

Good job!
Hey Smails! A thousand bucks you miss that putt!

Hey thanks, Bob...appreciate the comments!

Yeah, the setting isn't ideal unless you have uber equipment like the media guys, so I was pretty happy with the way they turned out.

Again, really nice work. You should be working as a sports photographer.

Thank you sir!

Also, it was 8/10, not 8/11. Whoops.
