Not sure about long term, but the white-sox look like they and swisher are heating up at the same time. I'd stick with the streaking player.

As I said in yesterday's post, Swisher is getting hot, and should be picked up. If anyone had him in the beginning of last year can tell you, when he's hot, he hits lots of home runs.

I don't. And I wouldn't drop Glaus for Swish. Swish may have a couple dingers in 2 games, but Troy's got 5 in the last 10 games. That's a hot streat. Swish could be a fluke.

I put Swish in the about same monitor/pickup category that I recently placed Delgado in. Just ask Grey (who opted to keep him on the bench all weekend).

this is the team I dropped greinke for to pick up alexei earlier today. Dropping a pitcher isnt an option as Im already behind the ball in IP and we score holds. I don't see anybody really expendable except perhaps kaz. He was a Grey recommended pickup to supplement steals.

Yeah, I'd hang on to Kaz. I still like him more than Alexeiei. He's like a poor man's Brian Roberts. In fact, he if you adjust his 2007 stats for the number of ABs that Roberts had last year, they were almost identical. The steals were +/- 1, and avg was comparable. Kaz was on track for 30 more runs than Roberts, while Roberts had, like, 12 HR while Kaz had a hypothetical 6 HR (I don't remember exactly, but it was something like that).

Then again, I guess it's worth noting that Kaz had ~150 ABs fewer for a reason. I'm not saying he's injury prone, I'm kust cayin' there may have been some fissures.
