Welcome into another edition of Butters does DFS. The season is growing short and we don’s have many chances left to earn that sweet, sweet DFS money. Fortunately, there are guys like Adolis Garcia (OF: $3,400) just waiting to help you out. I love him and I don’t care who knows. Adolis is great, he has a great arm and while that doesn’t do anything for fantasy, he does have 30 dongs on the year. And that does count for fantasy, it counts a ton. I think this is a smash spot for him and you won’t want to be left on the sidelines.

Aaron Nola, SP: $9,100 – He’s been ringing people up all season and a date with the Pirates should allow him to add to those numbers. That makes him a very compelling option today. My only hesitation is the rainy conditions in the forecast for the Philly area.

Luis Castillo, SP: $9,000 – He was scheduled to take the mound yesterday but since mother nature had other ideas we get to use him today. He really managed to turn things around and has been putting some really strong fantasy numbers since the middle of August. He’s a very strong option today and right behind Nola in the projections. I would lean towards Castillo just because of the weather concerns.

Charlie Morton, SP: $8,600 – Facing off against the D Backs is a good spot for a pitcher. He’s been posting solid strikeout totals and as luck would have it they’re free swingers. Fire him up and enjoy the show,

Freddie Freeman, C/1B: $3,900 – At just under 4ooo he’s a much more attractive option than the top-priced guys. Not only has he been crushing all season but he’s on a 10 game hitting streak. That’s the kind of performance that’s worth paying for.

Miguel Sano, C/1B: $2,900 – I love him at this price just for the power he brings to the table. The average isn’t pretty but that’s not why you’re grabbing him. One swing is all he needs.

Tommy Edman, 2B: $3,00o – My man Edman just keeps doing his thing, and his thing is swiping bags. He’s also got just enough power to spice things up. This is an attractive price for a guy who can contribute in a variety of ways.

Brendan Rodgers, 2B: $3,300 – We’ve got a Coors game so that brings all Rockies bats into play. Rodgers has had a few monster games recently, and they even came outside of Coors. Even in a tough matchup, he can get it done for your team. Time to crack a cold one.

Justin Turner, 3B: $3,600 – Ooh baby, he’s pricey but he’s worth it. The bot loves him and it’s easy to see why now that he’s taking his talents to Coors. The lineup surrounding him is loaded and I’m not really scared of whoever is on the mound for the Rox.

Eugenio Suarez, 3B: $2,700 – With a price like this we can look past the sub .200 average. He still has power and seems to be hitting well enough to justify a more regular spot in the lineup. That’ll play for ya.

Dansby Swanson, SS: $2,800 – Jump all over him at this price, even though he doesn’t have a prime spot in the order. He’s getting at-bats and putting up fantasy points regardless of where he hits. Get him in your lineups today.

Willy Adames, SS: $2,700 – Another budget-friendly option is short is Willy. He should be feeling rested after a day off so you want those fresh legs. This is a big game for the Brew Crew so he’ll be bringing it today.

George Springer, OF: $3,600 – You gotta pay to play but at least with Springer you can get that top-shelf guy without going over four grand. That sounds like a win to me.

Jorge Soler, OF: $3,200 – Go green, save the planet. Get some Soler Power in your life.

I’m Only Happy When It Rains

Tut tut, smells like rain in Philly. I was told that it’s always sunny there, but apparently, that was a lie. Other than that, we should be good.

Doing Lines In Vegas

Would it surprise you if the Coors game was a 10? Would it actually be more surprising if it wasn’t?
