Hi Mike,
Thanks for all your amazing help!
In our Yahoo fantasy league, you get play as many pitchers as you want on the last day. You can choose either Saturday ( list A) or Sunday (List B) and choose from either list A or list B:
List A:
Schlittler vs Baltimore
Early vs Det
Kelly at Cleveland
Liberatore at CHC
Paddack at Boston
Ed Rod at SD
Wacha at the A’s
If I take list B, I can pick one pitcher from A which will probably be Schlittler and then list B.
List B
Giolitio vs Det
Simeon Woods- Richardson at Phil
Springs at KC
Seymour at TB
Smith at Boston
Peterson at Miami
Cabrera vs NYM
Which list would you pick?
Have a great day!!!
I’d pick List A. I like the matchups better overall. Plus, I’m generally staying away from relying on starts on Sunday as much as possible. Playoff teams are going to shuffle rotations/bullpens and those out of the race are tough to rely upon.
Makes great sense!!
I agree with yours analysis. There is a few decisions within list A
1. Would you start or sit AJ Blubaugh at LAA?
2. Would you start or sit Jameson Taillon vs St. louis at home?
3. Would you start or sit Connelly Early vs Det?
4. Would you start or sit Verlander at home vs COL?
Thanks for your amazing help throughout the season!!!!
Start ’em all except for Blubaugh.
Thanks!!!!!
You were completely right! I had my best day for the season! Thanks so
much!!
I now have a 31 point lead – thanks to your pitching recommendations.
Would appreciate your input on two position players.
Catcher
I have Raleigh at catcher. I will obviously start him if he plays.
1. If he sits, would you start Francisco Alvarez or Tyler Stephenson?
A. Alvarez is at Miami with Cabrera starting for Miami
B. Stephenson is at Milwaukee with Peralta starting for the Brewers.
Second Base:
2. Would you start Otto Lopez or Luis Arraez?
A. Lopez will face Manaea at home
B. Arraez will face Bpfaadt at home.
Thanks!!
I’d go Alvarez but doubt Cal sits because he’ll take a crack at 62 homers.
Start Lopez for the same reason – Marlins will put out their best team today to try and keep the Mets out of the playoffs.
Thanks Mike!
I can’t thank you enough for all your help!!!
