Happy Friday, RazzBallers! It’s another colossal slate today that includes a Coors game and several other high-scoring matchups. Did I mention the weather? No? There are many warm-weather games (PHI/COL is not one of them, but Coors, so ‘nuf said), including TB/NY, PIT/BAL, NYM/WAS, and STL/BOS.

If you play cash games or small-field, single-entry tournaments, the Coors game (PHI stack) is the way to go. I’m a tourney kind of girl, so I won’t be stacking PHI or COL but will be focusing on the following stacks:

  • Oakland Their wRC+ has crept up over 100 to 106, so it could be a sneaky stack
  • Boston Sneaky Stack #2? A team wRC+ of 132, temps in the high 70s with an eight mph wind out to right field.
  • Washington The temp in DC will be in the low 80s with a four mph breeze out to center field. Opposing Pitcher Tylor Megill has an ERA of 4.3 but a FIP/xFIP of 6.16/5.45
  • Texas Their team total is around 5, and their bats are hot with their wRC+ at 120 and ISO of .180

SP1 – LAA Tyler Anderson $5,500 We want big bats for these warm-weather games, and Anderson going up against the very weak Cleveland bats is one way to get them

SP2 –ATL Spencer Strider $12,200 I rarely pay up this much for pitchers, but even against Toronto, I’ll do so today

C – TEX Jonah Heim $3,800 Doesn’t strike out much and has a wRC+ of 158 and a WAR of 1.9

1B – TB Luke Raley $3,700 For the season: 8HRs, wRC+ 155, and WAR 1.1

2B – TB Brandon Lowe $4,800 High ceiling, low ownership, and seven HRs for the season

3B – TEX Josh Jung $3,900 With eight homers on the season, he’s good for a homer and a stolen base or two

OF –TEX Adolis Garcia  $5,000 With NINE homers on the season, he should be a low-owned, big Texas bat who also has three stolen bases for the season

Oh, One More Thing

New York is one of our warm-weather games, and tonight, Gerrit Cole is going up against the Tampa Bay Rays. I’ve seen Cole let homers fly in the first innings of games, and according to statmuse.com, he has a record of 2-7 with an ERA of 3.80 and 144 strikeouts in 16 appearances against the Rays in his career. Sneaky Stack #3?

I’m Only Happy When It Rains

All games look clear for tonight
