Hey Martin! This is a good use case for the Streamonator, which has all of these right on the border. Although some are projected for negative values, the negatives aren’t too substantially, and I’m a bit more aggressive on early-season starts to bank Ws and Ks.
Here are my personal thoughts:
1 – Yes, correct
2 – Start for me, slightly negative in Streamonator
3 – Start, hands down
4 – Start for me, slightly negative in Streamonator
5 – Start, low positive value in Streamonator
6 – Start for me, slightly negative in Streamonator
