We play in a total points league only... I'm currently 315 points behind 1st place (we continue accumulating points through week 16), and 77 points behind 2nd place.

The 2nd place guy is looking to deal Vernon and Ray for CJ...

My TE position has basically sucked since Finley went down...
I just think giving up CJ, especially with the addition of Moss, that his offer just isn't enough...

Is there any deal that would make this a "fair one" or am I overvaluing CJ?

With Smith in it's hard to know what VD will do. I don't think it's a horrible trade though. I would probably do it.
