It was bound to happen one of these days, but we here at the prospect podcast have finally created our War and Peace. It’s only fitting that the Atlanta Braves minor league system would be the subject of such a saga. To cover all of these prospects I reached out to a friend of the show in Jason Woodell (ProspectStorm.com, Prospects1500.com, and @Jasonatthegame), a man who’s seen more of these Braves prospects than just about anybody. So you’ll get some first hand accounts from a really knowledgeable baseball mind. We also dig into the Shohei Ohatni injury, have a detailed discussion of Platelet-Rich Plasma injections, and the success rate. You might need to listen across a few sessions (we go an hour and forty minutes). It’s all the Braves Prospects from Ronald Acuna to Austin Riley to Mike Soroka, Kyle Wright, Kolby Allard, Luiz Gohara, and the rest. See what I mean? There’s so much to talk about. Finally, please make sure to support our sponsor by heading over to RotoWear.com and entering promo code “SAGNOF” for 20% off the highest quality t-shirts in the fantasy sports game. It’s the latest edition of the Razzball Fantasy Baseball Prospect Podcast:

What’s up Ralph!? Sorry to bother you with an off topic question, but I need your sage advice. Long term how wide is the gap between Clint Frazier and Bradley Zimmer? Is Frazier a lot lot lot lot better or nah?
    Thanks bruh.

@Mad Beach Bums: I think Frazier is a much better hitter, I think Zimmer will struggle to make contact forever. He’s a better runner for what that’s worth, also has a more immediate opportunity. But Frazier should have the better slashline and more homers.

Prospect trade advice would be appreciated here.

Trading away Acuna, Juan soto and pick 30ish in rookie draft next year for Bregman, sonny gray, dave robertson, pick 15-20 in rookie draft. Dynasty 20 team league where my team is going to be abke compete with this deal. middle relievers are useful as well since there are lots of ratio categories.

@Julius: I wouldn’t do this. I see the value you’re getting but with Kemp getting dealt I wouldn’t trade Acuna right now.

    Ralph,
In a 12 team roto dynasty, keep all dynasty with 5 active outfielders and only 6 reserves. I’m just looking for the best reserve outfielder to hold. I already am holding K. Tucker. Here are my choices.
    H. Bader, C. Frazier, H. Bader, A. Hays, M. Kepler, T. O’Neill, B. Phillips, H. Renfroe, A. Verdugo or J. Winker. Is one guy obvious over the others?

    2. What would you want for Ohtani in a trade? Is Mancini and JD enough or dreaming. Just trying to see if I should trade him because I have a chance to win it this year.

@Packers: No one is obvious. I’d go Hays, but any of Frazier, Hays, Verdugo, and Bader are reasonable choices.

I think I would do JD and Mancini for him, especially if I needed bats.

Hey Ralph, great work as always. How would you rank the following players in dynasties?
    Michael Taylor
    Carlos Gonzalez
    Chase Anderson
    Kyle Hendricks
