Anibal Sanchez

Who to start, who to bench. Grab that WW guy? Low priced rookie or high priced stud?

Anibal Sanchez

Postby Hank » Wed Jul 09, 2008 4:23 pm

News: According to The Sports Xchange notes: RHP Anibal Sanchez allowed two runs and four hits in 4 1/3 innings for Class A Jupiter in his second rehab start, throwing 49 of his 70 pitches for strikes. He threw 13 of 19 first-pitch strikes. He struck out three and walked two. His velocity ranged from 88 to 93 mph. Sanchez, who threw a no-hitter in 2006, is trying to come back from shoulder surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff. He said he will start again for Jupiter on Sunday. That will be followed by at least two starts for Double-A Carolina. If those next three starts go well, he could join the Marlins' rotation by July 28 against the Mets.

Any thoughts on the Sanchez? He was pretty filthy in '06?

I'd let someone else deal with him unless your league is very deep. Even before the surgery he had control issues.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.
There's more than one player with the same last name? Then spell out who you're talking about.
