I was offered Greinke, and Figgins for Utley.
I have Wainwright, Liriano, Chamberlain,Schrezer, and Jered Weaver with Carpenter on the DL, so I could use the pitching addition, but I don't know if I'm willing to let go of Utley.

No. So much positional scarcity at 2nd base. Figgins is waiver material IMO. Greinke is studly but you're buying super high right now. Imagine if he offered you that trade at the beginning of the season? You'd laugh your *#%^##* off.
If you'd like to get pitching take a look at the owner who has Brandon Phillips. He has been one of the most unlucky hitters in the league (statistically) so you could probably get him (solid replacement value at 2b) and a pitcher.
