my hitting is off to somewhat of a sluggish start. my pitching has been lights out.

I have been offered Nelson Cruz for my Josh Johnson.

Cruz would take Lucas Duda/Cody Ross platoon spot.

If Jose Bautista gets 2 more games at 3B i can slide Bautista to 3b, Cruz to OF and try to trade Freese for a SP.

Before the season i thought my offense was good and pitching suspect.

Would you make this deal or hold?

I think I would pass. You need JJ more than you need another OF.

I agree your pitching isn't strong enough. But I also think the bottom of your outfield could get boosted.

Also, wouldn't count on Bautista playing 3rd again. Last time he did it he missed 4 games with back spasms. Jays have said it's not happening again.
