I would definitely do that trade.
Team looks solid outside of those C's.
Is VMart catcher eligible in your league? If so, I hope he is starting there and Markakis is in the U or OF slot.
If not, IMO you need at least 1 above replacement level C (whatever Markakis could fetch in return).
