Rate my 12-team roto league w/ saves+holds as a stat...

I never played a league with Holds, so I'm not even sure I got the right setup men, I hope so.

Carlos Marmol and Bastardo are still avail.

Here is my roster, should I make any changes? It was hard to get elite pitching as they all went kind of early.

Looks ok to me. SP seems to be your biggest weakness but not something I would be terribly concerned about. You have a solid 3-4 SP so it is really the depth that I don't love. Again some of them could surprise or you could find a couple decent ones of the WW. Something to worry about during the season and not necessarily right now.
