Hibbert's minutes are decreasing each month and Gortat's #'s in Phoenix match Hibbert's January almost perfectly with FG% being a huge difference in Gortat's favor. Personally, I'd hold steady.

O.N.C. is right, but still, I might still consider making the trade based just on Hibbert's upside. Gortat isn't going to be much better than he is right now. Hibbert has the possibility of figuring it out at any second.
If you absolutely have to squeeze the most out of every player on your roster, stick with Gortat. If you have a little room to speculate, take Hibbs.
