ESPN thinks Peavy is overvalued??!?

Postby MarkM » Fri Apr 02, 2010 6:14 am

So, I'm just hanging out and enjoying some Mike and Mike while laying in bed on my holiday off of work and I notice that they have a bar on the side of the screen talking about fantasy values and overvalues. I see Peavy am 10th round and think, "yeah, that's where I drafted him too, Jason Grey got that one right" and then I saw the players on the same list. Holy shit, he had Jake Peavy listed as OVERVALUED in the 10th round. Is he high?

Yeah, I think you gotta chalk this one up to the entertainment value of being contrarian. Peavy is perfectly reasonable in the 10th, and I've seen him go earlier in many mocks. I think these commentators have to make some risky predictions- one of the risky predictions is bound to come true and then they can say, "nyah nyah."
