Matt Carpenter

So what should we expect from this guy this year, and where does he fall in the 2B/MI order once he gains 2B eligibility? I have Asdrubal Cabrera as my MI with Pedroia and Castro at 2B and SS. Is Carpenter worth picking up over Cabrera?

I wouldn't be dumping Asdrubal for Carpenter. Carpenter is playing well this spring. I'd keep a close watch and nab him if you have room later....Asdrubal should give you steady valued productions.

I much prefer Cabrera to Carpenter. Over the next two weeks, I can envision Carpenter as being one of those guys that goes from sleeper to overrated.
