Somebody tell me what to do with this guy?? Trade low, hold and roll with him, or just give up on fantasy baseball entirely....okay, maybe not the last one, but you get the idea. I feel like I wasted a third round pick on him. Post here if you have any info/input on the situation....thanks!!

Step away from the ledge. Wright is still a damn fine player. His injury doesn't sound that serious and he could get a much needed boost from the Metco revamp. He may not put up third round numbers (or he might). Remember, it's all speculation at this point. No matter how informed you are, no matter how experienced you are, no matter how much you think you know, at this point in the season nobody knows jack. Wright could go 20/20 or he could aggravate the injury and miss three months.

The last thing you want to do is panic and dump him for below value. If you're worried, wait until he starts playing on Tuesday. Wait for a hot streak during the season and trade him for someone of decent value. Patience is the most difficult thing to master. Win or lose, you don't get anywhere by buying into the trend. I'm not loving him right now, but I'm not opposed to redrafting him if he falls to right price.

Shop him if you must, but don't look to unload him. Take a deal you feel good about and never look back. Regret is a pain in the ass.

Agreed, don't sell low on him. I say this despite having him on over half of my teams last year, including my RCL team. Like El Tigre De Papel said, he's still a great player. If he's healthy, .290/85/28/90/15 seems like a fair starting point.

All right, I'll step back away from the ledge & hold Wright, it's just that this is the very same injury that Ryan Zimmerman had last year, and everything is playing out the same. Injured in spring training, then tells everyone its minor and will start the season....then, reaggravates the muscle tear and on the 60-day DL.

I know that Wright & Zimmerman aren't the same 3B player, but its too coincidental!!

Unfortunately the majority of people you could trade him to are probably thinking the same thing, which is why it'd be hard to get any value out of trading him.

So, Wright hit a grand slam the other day....that's encouraging, right?? I know Spring Training stats are meaningless, but it's good to see that Wright's power is still good, and that he has remained healthy and without a setback yet....I hope this doesn't jinx him!!

FWIW, Brandon Funston is saying that Wright is a good pickup, even as a 2nd rounder!!

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.
There's more than one player with the same last name? Then spell out who you're talking about.
Thanks!
