im not sure whether to draft him or not and take Ubaldo (his fastball is back), Luebke, Garcia or Marcum. My other pitchers so far that I have drafted: King Felix, Garza and Latos

Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

I would wait a round and select Luebke because I presume some owners are sleeping on him. I certainly don't trust Marcum and I'm still iffy on A. Sanchez. Garcia is solid, but a bit yawnstipating. I'm not convinced that Ubaldo's velocity is here to stay.
I have Moore and Darvish just ahead of that group, Scherzer and Morrow mixed in that group. Those are four other options I would feel better about than Marcum, Sanchez or Ubaldo.

I agree with Deltron, Luebke is solid and i don't trust Ubaldo, Marcum, or Anibal. Just don't overestimate how much people are sleeping on him. He and Anibal both went in the 11th round of the Matthew Berry RCL draft and Luebke was picked first. We're all biased because we read this site and you know your league better than i do, but people are on him this year.
