Lackey or Marcum

Postby john » Thu Jun 12, 2008 8:07 pm

Its that simple..Lackey or Marcum from here on out? Lackey is coming off that injury but as Grey noted, he was his Cy Young pick. Marcum is pitching insane this year, but was the Razzball 337th preseason player.

Its hard to pick.
On one hand, Lackey will probably get more wins becuase of the offense his team has.

But marcum has been solid all year, and will probably continue it. However, he could get tired come august and september.

So i'd probably take lackey.
My Random Prediction This Year -> JP Arencibia for AL ROTY

Lackey. End of Story. Lackey's tears cure cancer...Too bad he never cries!

Yeah I stole that from a Chuck Norris joke! How would you like a roundhouse kick to the face? No. I didn't think so.

It's Lackey without question. Marcum has been a nice pitcher this year but Lackey was elite and he has shown no ill effects from his injury earlier this year
