Start, sit, who to acquit? My QB just lost a finger, wuss, who should I pick up?

Last night was the auction for my 10 team standard non-ppr league. Here is what I ended up with:

QB Donovan McNabb $2
RB Maurice Jones-Drew $56
RB Jamaal Charles $26
RB Jahvid Best $13
RB Matt Forte $15
RB Brandon Jacobs $5
RB Chester Taylor $1
WR Steve Smith $17
WR Steve Smith $19
WR Greg Jennings $26
WR Percy Harvin $7
TE Jermichael Finley $11
K Mason Crosby $1
D Giants D/ST $1

Obviously QB is my big weakness. Orton, Cassel, Smith, Henne, and Stafford are the best available on waivers. Should I stick with McNabb in week one, or drop Taylor or Jacobs for one of these players?

Also, pick 2 WR's to start: Jennings, Smith (Car), Smith (NYG), Harvin.

And finally: Forte or Charles as my 2nd RB?

Thanks in advance!

I don't do auction drafts, so it is hard for me to evaluate things. I think McNabb will be startable, but there will be better options. I would pick up Stafford for your bench as I have good expectations for him.

For your starters, I call: Jennings, Smith South and Charles.

12 Team, Non-PPR, Standard scoring, bonuses for yardage totals
Start 1 QB, 1 RB, 2 WR, 1 RB/WR, 1 TE, Def, K

G. Olsen

VERY deep at RB, not sure how many you start, and you got some good value there. Any chance you can flip one of these for a QB? Don't think McNabb should be a starter in a 10-team league.
