Take a shot on Price?

Postby Bjz1154 » Sat Jun 08, 2013 6:34 am

A guy in my league is looking for an OF and he is interested in Jay Bruce and in return he's offering me David Price. I've got 6 OFs now after trading for Cespedes yesterday and I've only got 4 spots (3 OF and 1 UTIL). It sounds like Price's bullpen went well yesterday and when healthy he's a stud. Should I pull the trigger on this deal?

You've got pretty good pitching already but Price is one of the best when healthy. Bruce is great when he's going but ice-cold when he's not.

I say do it and don't look back. You can always flip another pitcher for some hitting if you need to later on.
