Veto Trades?

Cat in my league has been somehow getting guys to agree to some pretty extreme trades, but I think two today take the cake. I am almost never in favor of vetos, but am pretty close on these. Are either of these trades deserving of a veto?

1) His Marte for Ellsbury
2) His Shalby Miller for Kershaw

By the way, both trades were between the same teams. Fishy?

Vetoes should never be about whether you like the trade or not (as you know). It's all about collusion. If it were Miller for Ellsbury and the guy was desperate for pitching... maybe I could be talked into it. Those trades are straight bullshit though. Either there's money changing hands, the guy owns both teams, or he is taking advantage of a very smart monkey who had figured out how to play fantasy baseball.

So, yeah, veto.

Thanks for the confirmation. I am always very reluctant to veto trades, but there is something going on with these two team managers for both of those trades to be made between the same guys within about 30 min of each other. Thankfully our commish is stepping in and calling for a veto and threatening expulsion from the league. (These are not the first blatantly unfair trades that have happened in our league by the same manager)

I think veto is the short answer, but it sounds like you should probably find a different league. I too hate vetoing deals.
