Trading Tulowitzki

Postby zatchj62 » Wed May 09, 2012 5:24 pm

I'm probing around my league trying to deal Tulo (have Asdrubal Cabrera and JJ Hardy). Not sure if I should try to get more for him but I'm considering Michael Young/David Robertson for Tulo. It's a standard ESPN 5x5 H2H category league. 12 team auction keeper; keep 6. 1B, 3B, and RP are the main areas of need for me, so this trade would fill those holes.

I think you could get more based on the name alone. Chances are you drafted Tulo in the first round barely a month ago, and he is a notorious 2nd half player. Don't give up yet, but if you must you could certainly get more than an aging 3rd baseman and an uproven closer who may or may not hold the job.

Added Jesus Montero to his side and Boesch to mine to see if he'll go for it. Thoughts?
