Best trade you made this year...

My team was snakebitten with horrible early-round picks (looking at you, Hanley, Zimmerman, Heyward, and DUNN...) but my saving grace has been a couple of moves that really worked out for my team:

Chacin + Butler -> Votto
Bruce + Cueto + Hanrahan -> Kershaw
Heyward + Quentin -> Longoria

Haren + Victorino -> Choo + Greinke was a misstep but might still work out okay here.

Best trade: Feliz for Uggla

Worst trade: Phillips for Liriano

Helped my offense but caused my pitching to suck: Weaver for Zimmerman, should've used Price to upgrade 3B instead

Cc for hanley was my worst. I did it day one and would do it again. I got scherzer for Morneau and Kemp for Gallardo.

Best trade: Eduardo Sanchez for Alex Avila.

Worst: actually a preseason trade (keeper league), I sent Wieters and Kendrys for Liriano. While not so bad at first glance, I could've had Marcum for Kendrys, and possibly Tommy Hanson for Wieters.

In May: NL only - $5 Rasmus, $5 Ike Davis, $1 Stauffer, $1 Narveson
received $45 Pujols, $35 Cliff Lee, $1 Angel Pagan, $1 McClellan

Also in May: Edwin Jackson for Ogando.

Then in mid July, needing HRs: Ogando + Reyes for Cruz and Anibal
Later that day: Anibal + Freese for Uggla and Snider

So basically Edwin Jackson, Jose Reyes (got a great 1st half out of him) and Freese for Cruz, Uggla, and a great month and a half of Ogando.

Worst was the trade I did not make:

My $1 Angel Pagan
and $5 Jameson Taillon
and a crap IF

for

$22 Hunter Pence
$24 Brandon Phillips
and a crap OF

I wanted him to throw in an outfielder, because Pagan was my only decent OF (I had 4 OFs on the DL). I asked for Nix or Heisey, and he would not do it. He ended up trading Pence and Phillips for a $10 Shelby Miller.
