Trade Heyward for Pablo Sandoval/Berkman?

Postby JimmyD1979 » Tue Apr 19, 2011 6:07 pm

I'm a Zimmerman owner, and am worried about Morneau.

Deep league with CI and MI spots, 5 OF.

I'd be losing Heyward, and getting Sandoval and Berkman.

12 team deep league

C (2): C. Santana, JP Arencibia
1B: Ad. LaRoche
2B: I. Kinsler
3B: A. Ramirez
SS: Tulowitzki
CI: Mark Reynolds
MI: Jose Reyes
OF (5) : Josh Hamilton, Cody Ross, Delmon Young, Josh Reddick, Luke Scott
Util: R. Furcal
SP (4): CC Sabathia, Anibal Sanchez, Ricky Romero, Mat Latos, Jarrod Parker, C. Capuano, Zambrano
RP (4): Motte, Santiago Casilla, Brett Myers, Scott Downs
DL: Berkman, Ryan Howard, Chase Utley

I would expect a better return for Heyward than that but different leagues, different trade markets...

Who would you have to drop?

I'd rather have Heyward in non PPR. Sorry, that joke was just sitting there.

I don't have much interest in Berkman in a keeper and even though i'm starting to think the Panda is a pretty good hitter, i still think Heyward has more upside. Not a terrible offer but i'd hold on to Heyward.

Edit: I see you didn't say this league is a keeper. I may consider it in a yearly league.
