Yes, Kemp will be top 10 player this year and pitching is unpredictable. I would take the chance on Liriano even though I think he's not right.

Disclosures: I wasn't high on Bruce this year at his prices. I usually trade out of pitching and in to hitting.

I would do that deal even if Liriano wasn't in the package. OF is more shallow than you would expect, and Kemp is going to give you power and speed. Take that.
